I had the pleasure of spending two nights at Temple Tree Langkawi and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The charm of the heritage-style villas combined with the serene surroundings made for a perfect escape.
A special thank you to Manager Fauzan and his amazing team for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived until our departure, their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Every request was met with a smile, and their dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay did not go unnoticed.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and peaceful getaway in Langkawi. I’ll definitely be back!
Firstly the property is so well maintained, the gardens are stunning and the interiors are in keeping with the beautiful surroundings.
We were staying in one of the bungalows and we loved the space. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with excellent air conditioning, the bathroom and living spaces were comfortable and it had everything we needed. They offer a mosquito pack, and a turn down service which was brilliant.
I loved listening to the birds, lizards and the call to prayer, it all felt so magical.
The airport is close, but there are only about 4/5 flights a day and it really doesn't affect your stay.
The pool I believe is freshwater, so the water is green. But this isn't an issue for us, and the kids loved it...they also loved watching the frogs swimming about at night!
The staff are outstanding, so friendly and helpful. And the food was amazing. I only ordered from the East section and every dish was delicious.
We will definitely be coming back to stay again.

The area is not large, but it is beautifully developed and lush with greenery!
It features a main pool with sun loungers, showers, and umbrellas.
In the morning, you wake up to the sounds of birds, and in the evening, you might spot lizards, chipmunks, or cats :)
For those worried about the nearby airport – flights to this part of the island are rare. You’ll probably hear only 3-4 planes a day, which don’t disrupt the vibe or the magical atmosphere of this place at all!
And the best part – the people working here! We have never encountered such helpful, kind, and genuinely caring staff in any other resort in Malaysia. Their hospitality is truly outstanding!
P.S. They have a fantastic food and drink menu at great prices!

When we checked out I’ve seen the staff cleaned our rooms for next guest. But they just changed the bedsheet and refill all the necessaries but thorough cleaning should be done before for example all the cabinets and flooring.
Maybe it’s hard as well cause the houses are made of wood and it’s harder to clean. So you have to wear hotel slippers in the room and it’s fine. Just that we have a toddler and they just tend to run around barefoot.
Overall everything is great. Would recommend couples, solo travellers and families group but without kids would be ideal.
