We stayed 4 nights at this hotel
I do not see it a 5 star hotel , it deserves only 3 stars.
Location is good , staff are friendly and helpful. However , there is a major problem in this hotel which disturbed our staying. First it is noisy always and there is a bad smell at corridors.
During our stay , there were huge number of indian groups of men who are staying at hotel and they do not have any kind of ethics , behavior and totally are unrespectful. We could not enter the elevators me and my wife 5 times because they do not respect distances , spacing and our culture behavior as we do not accept this kind of behavior at our arab societies.
I highly recommends the hotel management to take action toward this to ensure the good quality of tourists who stays at the hotel.

This is my balanced and fair opinion of this place. There are both positives and negatives that you’d want to consider before booking here. I do think the lack of cleanliness though far outweighs all the great positives as is depicted from the images. The hotel is ideally Located in the city centre and easily accessible to lots of restaurants and night spots nearby. The attachment to a huge mall is definitely a plus factor. The hotel lobby and common facilities are excellent. The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Sadly the cleanliness of off-putting. The daily cleaning of the room is poor standard. The hotel rooms need a desperate deep clean because the rooms have a foul smell sometimes. The bathroom I found to be in the worst condition with mould and grime .definitely not within the usually international standards of a 5 star hotel. The price is reasonable but given the large variety of high end hotels all within the same price range in the city, and given a another opportunity, I would book elsewhere.
