This hotel give me a good experience. Front Desk Zaf gave a nice room to use with High Floor which can see Twin Towers from room, it such a great experience here, Room is Big and All Staff including Housekeeping is good also.

I had a wonderful stay! All the facilities were well-equipped, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and the view from the pool was stunning. I also appreciated the free guest parking and the convenient location—so close to public transportation. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for a great experience!

Love everything about the hotel. Easy access to public transport. Breakfast also worth the price with variety of food. Waiting area as in picture also spacious. Hotel connected to mall easy to go out with infant.

As usual, when im at KL i must stay here. Love so much! I think this year almost 10 times i stay here. Nothing to comment for bad. All perfect stay! Love sunway putra

The location is very good. Bit confuse on where to park first because it shared building with the shopping mall. I booked the king double room and the room really spacious and have great view. It has separated living area from the bedroom.

Complimentary upgrade to executive suites make my days! Totally impressed of the view of rooms with living room, kitchen , huge washrooms, changing rooms, working table, rest area & etc. It is totally worthy and I will book again during my trip to works & holidays! Sure will recommend to everyone!

My stay this time was a bit disappointing because this is the first time I felt disturbed by the loud voices of the occupants of the nearby room - I'm not sure if it was the room next to mine or not. From there, I realized that the sound proof of this hotel is less than satisfactory. Maybe because my previous stays were far from the occupied rooms so their voices were not heard. Yes, I also understand that it's beyond the hotel's control when the occupants who make noise do not consider their actions to disturb the comfort of other occupants. However, in terms of service and comfort, this hotel is still among the best.

Stayed here as one night in KL before needing to fly out . Had a very pleasant stay for very good price. The highlight of the stay was the view from the room where I could see the pool and a bit of the skyline with the Petronas towers peeking at the back. Had a nice swim and stroll around the mall. It’s about an hour away from the KLIA airport,
