Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Reservation staff Ziela is very unhelpful, did not understand my enquiry and just asked me to cancel my booking! Explained again in details with dates but still got the same reply, cancel and rebook!

Night shift ladies are not up to standard! I gave my credit card to guarantee the payment and go get cash to settle, return with cash and gave my room number, she does not have a clue what I am doing, so I asked if she remember me, she said no, there are many guests!

Nigh shift male staff and all the bell/concierge are helpful and good at their job.

Just an ‘OK’ personal experience stay at this hotel because it didn’t match expectation of a four star hotel. 2 star for no parking provided + no pillow case provided (unready room) when i enter the room. There’s no on duty house keeper when i request for put the pillow case. But i have to compliment the staff attitude and decorations of the hotel. The on duty front office staff, he’s very friendly and so kind to help my family and i to get new pillow. The locations of the hotel is great. I hope the management will improve certain part in order to match with rating of four star hotel.

Inconvenience. No parking. Crowded place/jammed. Stressful. Beside parking cost rm50/overnight. Ridiculous. Better go to elsewhere if you want peace of mind. Stuck on the road around here for like an hour or so just for parking. Not coming here again. Better invest elsewhere for peace of mind.
