The housekeeping service should be improved for better cleanliness and comfort. The swimming pool was not clean—the water had a bad smell—and there was no juice bar available at the pool, which was also a letdown.

Good location. Decent space for twinbed room just enoungh space for muslim perform prayer. Walking distance approximately 700m to Lrt Sultan Ismail Station and Monorail Chowkit. Limited parking bay about 11 cars only behind the hotel open bay.

Theroom and bathroom are clean, the water pressure is sufficient, the view is open and quiet, buffet breakfast is included, there are restaurants nearby, the light rail station is 15 minutes away, the rooftop swimming pool has a beautiful view, but unfortunately there are only 2 elevators, and you often have to wait

Spent 3 days 2 nights at WP hotel. Was there by myself. Overall it was a good stay. Had to deposit 100RM upon check in. Will receive it back at checkout if everything is ok.

It was good but it could be better, especially ranked as a 4-star hotel, they can do more to improve their customer experience. I dialed the reception to double check it a late check out was ok and he said “Yes, before 1 pm” and about 12:18 he called my room and asked what time I wanted to check out. Well, huhh??
