It's one of my favourite hotels when i have my business trip in KL. The front desk staff is very kind and is always willing to help. The hotel is attached to a mall with lots of food options and a grocery store. The hotel is also attached to a train station which makes getting around the city very easy.

Location is great but often it feels like there is not enough staff manning the counter.
Also, was charged RM10 tourism tax at the hotel and then later found out that I have already paid in Trip.com

Aloft is a good option for families, though the room felt a bit squeezy. It was also quite dim would be better if there was a brightness adjustment option. Check-in experience was smooth even though the room wasn’t ready yet. The breakfast spread was great as usual, definitely a plus point.

The breakfast buffet featured a wide selection of local and international dishes, all freshly prepared. For lighter fare and quick snacks, Re:fuel by Aloft provided convenient options around the clock. The W XYZ Bar in the lobby was a lively spot to enjoy evening cocktails and live music, creating a vibrant social atmosphere. Additionally, the Mai Bar on the rooftop offered a chic setting with creative drinks and a relaxed ambiance, perfect for winding down after a day of sightseeing.

I had high expectations for Aloft, being part of the Marriott group, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The facilities were below par – outdated and poorly maintained – and the overall atmosphere didn’t reflect the modern, vibrant brand that Aloft is known for.
More importantly, the staff’s attitude was indifferent and unhelpful. Requests were handled with minimal effort, and there was a clear lack of hospitality. As a frequent Marriott guest, I was expecting better service and professionalism.
Aloft should seriously re-evaluate its service standards and facility upkeep if it wants to stay competitive and meet the expectations associated with the Marriott name.

Good location, good amenities, friendly staff and nice breakfast. Comfortable room, enough mineral water supply. Will book again next time. Space enough for families of four.

Room is spacious and clean. Toilet is big. Breakfast is average. Location is good, connected to shopping mail, LRT, MRT and train station

The location is good, connected to Nu Sentral Mall. The bed is facing the windows which come with a roller blind,the tv is facing the side instead of the bed or sofa. Tv channel limited. The breakfast is not many varieties, but only like it as they have putu mayam.
