Perfect location, right next to KL Sentral station with indoor access across a walkway (head up the escalator into the shopping centre then take a sharp right). Was a great base for us to explore KL via train.
Very smart hotel. Buffet breakfast was brilliant, nice varied selection of food. The restaurant is not open every day but you can get room service 24/7. Room service food was really nice. Rooftop bar and pool is very nice, it's not heated so can be a bit chilly for kids. Loads to explore locally, markets, food, etc. Would definitely make a point to stay here again, we loved it that much! Thanks ❤️

Stayed for one night on the 27th floor in a Guestroom King. Fast check-in and check-out, spacious room. All necessary amenities available for free. Room condition 7/10. Very large hotel with a lot of families staying but also couples. People talking from the next room were audible but not too loud. The view is good.

Direct access from KL Sentral bus terminal via basement entrance.

Breakfast buffet offers large variety of Western and Asian cuisine and also a good selection of bread, pastries and coffee. Waiting time to be seated in the breakfast area on weekends or holidays can be quite long due to a small number of seats and tablets compared to the huge number of rooms. But nonetheless worth it coming for breakfast.

This is the hotel of choice for my family. The rooms are huge. They have twin double beds that suit my family. The in room wifi is super fast and totally free! The roof swimming pool is very nice. We like to go for a morning swim when there is usually no one around. The lobby is beautiful and perfect for waiting for friends and visitors. I don't drink so I haven't been to the bars yet but they look modern and clean. The buffet restaurant is good. I haven't tried the buffet before but I was told it is good value and quality.

Stayed a night here, lovely spacious room for a king size bed. Came here for an event, the food just average.

Parking is rm10 if staying at the hotel.

The staff were polite, good service. The only thing I do not like about this place, is the lobby. Right next to the entrance and rather uncomfortable lining up so near the automatic door that keeps opening and close when it sensed people nearby.

The check in took really long. However, check out was fast, just drop the key cards into the box. But then, still need to go to the front desk to validate your parking ticket.

I used touch n go, and chose to pay cash at the front desk. So I just tap out with my touch n go, with no additional charge of course.

Parking area was good, not too tight and easy to maneuver. Safe for those driving SUV.

+ Amazing room with amazing view. Everything was good, this is was my 3rd hotel in KL and it was the best.
- Only one thing I didn't like it was a noise at night like hum from the device.

The lobby smells great the moment u step into the hotel. Staff are kind and friendly. The rooms are superb but still have some stains at the mirror for the room I got. Breakfast was awesome with variety of choice, definitely kick start your day the right way. However, some of the tables are slow in cleaning and on my first day one of the plates still have oil stains on it. That's the only reason they didn't get a 5 star.

The staff were brilliant. They anticipated what we needed after a long flight offering early check in, a shower in the gym before the room was ready and luggage storage before and after our stay. The swimming pool on the roof was larger than expected and drinks service to lounger was luxury! The breakfast was incredible.. like nothing I've seen before. The room was clean, large and comfy. I could have slept either way round on the super king!
