Glenmarie Hotel and Golf Resort

Bad experience with this hotel. Had to walk long distances from the pool area to my hotel with no buggy. It was 8 pm at night and so dark, have to walk under the rain with all my kids. I have a 1.8 months baby and many bags to carry. Apparently buggy out of battery. Your security stands infront of the golf has one idle buggy but no courtesy to try help us even i asked for help.

Used to come to this hotel for my company corporate event but cant expect to receive this kind of service.

Hotel undergo massive revamp, there is not even a lobby but a temporary room. The renovation will be on going for the next few years according to the front desk (they look like they dont know what is going on)

Had a chance to stay here for 7 weeks due to work reason, experienced 3 times water service disruption (the worst one morning i had no water to shower before coming to work and had to use bottle water because they did not inform beforehand), air conditioning breakdown is very usual and frequent, renovation work make noises, renovation material is everywhere where could possible cause hazard.

Yellow sheets are very common, even after your requested change, they will still bring another yellow stained sheets for you (or they did not change at all im not sure)

As i have encountered many displeasure during my stay here, i always try to reach out to the reception to solve things. Funny part is they do not answer call until you call them the 7th time. Very time frustrating and inefficient.

The hotel staffs love feeding cats and intended to raise cats at the hotel. Every morning i can see staffs petting cat everywhere, feeding and playing with cats. I have no issues with cats but there are too many feeding bowls at the walkway, as we know pet food stinks and attracts flies & insects. The cats are also pooping everywhere hence the walk way sometimes smell like a mini zoo
