We were staying down the road and we came here for breakfast & the staff were so amazing. We were struggling to book an airport transfer through our own hotel so we decided to go back to this hotel and ask for help. Despite us not staying there, the staff were amazing & booked us an airport transfer through their services. Such a great experience and next time I am in Nepal I will be sure to stay here.

All well but towel and other things can be improved. Staff is very friendly and helping nature. Staying in this hotel from last so many years. Breakfast is also good. Little bar is good for chilling in evening time. And situation is very nice and centrally in Thames

Breakfast is served on the outdoor terrace, and the food is made to order. The atmosphere is great. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there is no elevator. It was a bit tough to climb the stairs to the 5th floor.

I stayed here on my first trip to Nepal.
The location was great!!
It was fun walking around the area lined with handicraft shops.
Convenient access to tourist attractions!
There were a lot of small cockroaches in the room, which was a bit disappointing, but the breakfast was very delicious.
They didn't clean the room unless you asked them to.

The hotel staff is thoughtful and friendly. Air conditioning with hot air so you can do the laundry in hotel. Room is clean

Great for central location but if you’re a light sleeper, this place won’t be for you. It gets the job done but there are nicer places a little further out.

In the center of Thamel, it is very convenient to go shopping and eat. Although the facilities are a bit old, it is clean. The hotel's food ordering is delicious, but the service is a bit slow. The breakfast variety is very rich. The service staff has a good attitude.

The hotel location is very good, just in the centre, 10 minutes to Garden of Dreams and little more walk to the Royal Palace,which is worth it to go! Its easy to get to Rani Pokhari and Durbar square too.
Breakfast is very nice and the meals from the menu are tasty. The rooms are clean and spacious.
The hotel manager took care well about us and he arranged a very good driver for one day sightseeing tour so we managed to visit many places in one day. He also organised a very very great and experienced driver for taking us around Nepal in few days. The best idea ever. We would never reach any place driving on our own. Seriously! Thank you !
