The hotel was good for a couple of night stay. little bit old but good enough for the money value. We had a good stay. Food needs more options and variation. Location is good as it is near the beach walking distance. The Resort needs an upgrade if wanted to keep up with other resorts. overall our stay was perfect.

The room is big and has a bathtub. The room is carpeted and the air is not very good. The price is cheap and it is convenient to drive by yourself. It is suitable as a rest hotel for diving. It is close to the beach, but there are no decent restaurants nearby.

The room is good for its price, its clean, tv is not working though and the phone is also disconnected. I had to go the elevator area to use the phone to call reception for some request. But This are small things and I believed it can be fixed. Front desk staff is so approachable and professional. I will probably book again in this hotel.

Mediocre Hotel..... Good staff at reception...... Bad House keeping..... Very basic hotel ...... Ideal only for a short stay near the airport. Located in Seeb which is far from main Muscat. Difficult to get around unless you have your own Car. The best possible area nearby is Al Mouj adjacent to the Airport. Seeb Beach is also quite dirty.

The hotel is not far from the airport. Room was big but the window of our room faced to the neighbour building which made the room dark. It was ok for us as we were staying only few hours in the hotel before our flight. There were no shampoo or shower gel in the room. They provided it to us after 10 minutes from our request. In general it’s ok to stay there for short period of time before flights.

Review date 12 September 2022: Neat room with affordable price. 1. It is around 10 OMR from Airport to this hotel by Airport Taxi. 2. Return journey was only 4 OMR in Oman Taxi (booked through Oman Taxi Marhebba App). 3. There is no complimentary breakfast. It is cheap but good quality cafeterias nearby. 4. There is Mcdonald's, Park, and City Centre Mall within walkable distance.

One of the best hotels in Muscat City. Very close to City center mall and very close to many fast food restaurants and bus stop.. So no need to take a taxi.

The hotel is in a great location, super close to the airport and just beside the City Center Mall, with easy access to the main road. The room is huge and the bed super comfortable. The staff as well are all very friendly, which makes me feel at home. They are under renovations so im looking forward to what’s to come. I’ll definitely stay at the hotel again.

One of the best hotels to stay in Muscat. I booked a superior twin that was please t for 2 adults and 2 kids. Furniture is neat and cozy. Extra free twin-sized mattress is available. Good Internet coverage is there. Fridge is available in good condition. Smart TV is functioning well. The location has many services around and with an easy access to downtown as usually known. Location is perfect, staff is nice and friendly, the only problem is the rooms are not well equipped and of low quality. For room service we have to ask them, and they won't bother untill asked for.

The room has everything you need though the kitchen could be better equipped. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. Location is a bit far from the main attractions in Muscat but for the cheap prices you can't complain. I recommend to book online in advance because it's cheaper than paying at the reception.

There were ants in the first flat we checked in so we asked for a different flat and they were the staff were helpful and understanding. There was a leakage in two of the bathrooms which made it smell awful. Although the staff were friendly and very helpful, the apartments require more care and maintenance

The hotel stay was good, as were the interior furnishings. The reception staff were kind and respectful. The only minor issue was the construction noise from the surrounding buildings, but otherwise, the hotel was excellent.

Very friendly, attentive staff. I did not regret at all that I booked this hotel. We stayed after arriving early in the morning literally for a few hours before the next flight. Good experience in Oman Palm Hotel Suites I was happy because I got good dealing from the team quite and clean but some equipment in the kitchen were old there were some iron rust need to change and kitchen not very clean as well as limited TV channels only one channel for children.. We had booked a room for 2 nights with a pool view to end our 15-day trip to Oman. The young employee offered us a room with a view of the street when we arrived. Disappointment! We let her know and this error was corrected immediately. However do not take the rooms looking at the cafe, because the music is so high and you can hear it all night you will not a good night sleep. It was an good hotel the location close to the airport

The hotel room is relatively clean and sanitary, but there is a big taboo for Chinese people: the large mirror in the closet is facing the bed! This is a Feng Shui taboo!

We stayed here on our first night in Oman, getting here was a struggle, took several taxi rides to get to the hotel, the room was ok. The only problem is that the supporting facilities nearby are not complete and there are few places to eat. It is not as convenient as in the UAE or Qatar. The weather in Muscat is very hot.

Magnificent 5 star hotel decorated with great taste having three superb infinity pools, 4 restaurants serving cuisines from all over the world, a private beach curiously very little frequented, a sumptuous garden and very beautiful large rooms with beautiful bathrooms and all modern comforts.

The Beach Restaurant is serving very delicious food. You can hear the sound of the waves too.... Service was great. The beach has some pebbles, make sure you wear your slippers.

One of the best Hotels in Muscat. I love the swimming pool. All room services are excellent. Convenient car park facility. Easy access to many locations with supermarket nearby. In house food is of good quality. Morning breakfast is continental and asian, all items are fresh. You will enjoy your stay and the room rates are bit higher when compared with other hotels, but this one is in peaceful location

Modest hotel 7 minutes drive from the airport. Shabby but everything you need is there. No hair dryer. There is a mini-fridge and a kettle. The split system only works in cooling mode, in winter it was very cold in the room. For a taxi from the airport do not pay more than 2 rials, taxi drivers will try to cheat you

I liked the hotel both for the quality of service and the price. Convenient location relative to the city's facilities.

The standard of a guesthouse, the single room is good, the twin room is small, the wifi doesn't work, the shower water is cold, and the breakfast is 3 Omani rupees. It's better to buy breakfast outside. There is really nothing.

The location is good and convenient for traveling. It is close to the main road and is very close to the IKEA Food Court or other places. It is also close to the airport. The room is relatively tidy. The front desk service attitude is good. This is my second stay and I can extend my check-out until 1pm for free.

Not a bad hotel for the money. Clean, comfortable bed. Tea, coffee, 2 bottles of water. Breakfast is modest, but you won't leave hungry. They promptly answer questions on WhatsApp. Of the minuses, there are no slippers, poor sound insulation, sockets are not suitable for our chargers. They asked for an adapter. They promised to bring it to the room, but it never arrived.

The facilities are clean and the location is good. The bed and bedding were really comfortable. Parking in front of the hotel was easy and I used the gym well. It was a little disappointing that there was no swimming pool.

I had the best sleep of my life at this hotel. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that even though I only slept for 5 hours, I was very well rested. Amazing stay – perfect location! Everything about this hotel was great. I especially loved the convenience of the walking bridge that connects directly to the mall – I could shop and then walk straight back to my room. Super comfortable, clean, and well-located. Highly recommend!

We stayed for three nights, the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was rich and varied, and we were surprised to have three dozen fish and monkey peaches. The elevator leads to Grand Mall, which has supermarkets and restaurants, clothing, etc. Every waiter is very warm and thoughtful. But the taxi outside the hotel is twice as expensive as the taxi downstairs, which brings us inconvenience...

Me and my friends travelled to Oman for renal workshop We stayed for three nights, the location was good near to Muscat grand mall and 7 min away from Oman Mall by car. Room were super clean, with daily room services, the presences of  Iron in the room was a great add.The front desk people were polite and cooperative.

Don’t mention 4 star hotel room like normal hotel rooms , service also not full filled , all about average. If you looking luxury don’t come here

My stay was short but I enjoyed it so much

The checkin process was not so great as the front desk attendant lost one of our passport and then had to check all guests’ passports to verify the lost one. Not appealing or polite, got 2 out of 3 rooms 1 hour late even upon arriving at 5pm.

Staff were very friendly and the level of hospitality was good. Only downside is that their room cleaning was average.

First time staying at this hotel. Visited for a drink on my last visit when in Muscat. Rooms are clean, staff very friendly and the two bars are a nice change. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The pool is very large so wasn't very crowded. Overall we worth a stay, especially for a few days whether it be work or pleasure.

We stayed here for three nights. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. All the hotel staff are very polite. The two single beds are quite large. The shower in the bathroom is very strong and comfortable. Breakfast starts at 5:30 in the morning. It is the earliest hotel I have encountered on this trip where breakfast can be served.

The Muscate Holiday Hotel was very good and especially its restaurant and buffet service. I must say the deserts were always varied and the fruit displayed in a very creative way. The entrance Hall and the reception area were too shiny for my personal taste, but contrasted with the bedrooms whose decoration was sober.
