I am fully satisfied my stay at this hotel. It was a professionally managed property and comforts and needs of guests were being taken care in a professional way. Rooms were comfortable. Bathrooms are hygienic View from our room was excellent. Checking in and Checking out, both were effortless. Staff appearance and behaviour was reasonable.especially kalpesh.
Overall guests profile was also excellent. The food was also amazing. will definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

The hotel was recently renamed but you’ll still find it under the address / old name.
Very comfortable beds. We arrived in the middle of the night after a long flight and the staff was just wonderful. The rooms are a bit outdated but still a great value. The breakfast was AMAZING, honestly the best we’ve experienced on our whole trip through Oman.
There’s two big shopping malls within walking distance with grocery stores and everything you might need.
The hotel is right off the highway but we didn’t hear much noise.

I am really happy with the service I received from all the staff. They are very friendly! I am very impressed with the quality of service I received. Food quality was very good. I especially want to mention one name that helped me a lot during my stay and that is Housekeeping Supervisor "Kalpesh". He is a very polite and loyal employee.

Staffs are extremely good. Well trained and they take care of each and every need of the guests. Especially Mr kalpesh is very helpful person.. Good job ! This will reason for bringing me again and again

Very nice, bright, comfortable, clean,good location...every thing is just amazing. Breakfast buffet is variable and delicious The staff there so friendly, helpful ,professional I remember Kalpesh made me feel happy by There nice and neat behavior. Thanks to all hotel staff.

Excellent place for a "all you can eat Lobster" (every Tuesday). The appetizers were yummy too.

We enjoyed our stay at Park Inn, as always! It is like our home in Muscat. All the staff are friendly and thoughtful. They always make sure that everything is almost perfect during our stay. We will always go back!

The stay was very nice, the supporting staffs ware great in service i could name them Idris, Riyas Khan. The response was prompt from the reception as well to the calls and understand the needs. The wifi was awesome and uninterrupted.
