Rooms are good, and the washroom was smelly. The location is good, and the breakfast was good. Our wifi initially didn't work.we had to ask them twice to make it work. The price was very good for 3 pax. The location is very good, so it is recommended.

* location: KM hypermarket, Hardeez, KFC, plenty of other restaurants, laundry, barbershop,... all with-in a short walking distance.
* parkings: plenty of public packings in front of the hotel.
* breakfast: was decent enough.

* staff: horrible reception, extremely inattentive. I kept calling to confirm before I reached, they do not answer! At the check-in: no information s at all. Calling from the room, guess what! no answer! At checkout, I asked for a bellhop, waited half an hour, no one came! Went down and took the trolley myself, receptionist did not care!

Two days stay with bed and breakfast.
Without breakfast, as it ran out with no foods very disappointing..
The room requires maintenance for the facilities..
We didn't like the stay at all compared to 3 star hotels other areas..

3 stays in 3 weeks. Loved the Plaza. We got a decent walk in rate and they welcomed us in a friendly way each time we arrived. Even got the same room. The front side rooms we got were very spacious. On the roof there is a 40 degree celsius pool not frequented often during hot day time. Mainly in the late afternoon people show up. Bikini possible! Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Old Turkish is our favourite. We really enjoyed our stays at Muscat Plaza And appreciated the personal service of the receptionists. Keep up the good work.

I don’t Recommend it at all, I woke up in the middle of night because of my neighbor, they were noisy and screaming , i had to go to work at 4am and couldn’t sleep.
Also, no soundproof in the rooms, if you talk, every one in the floor can hear you.

Stayed 8 nights for my quarantine, nice room for the price and great location too. Satellite TV and fridge are provided, though WIFI isn't great.
Noticed some stains on the linens and seats, also limited soap and shampoo provided. Make sure to bring your own.
The only downside is the food but you can order online if you want.

As I was about to stay for 7 days.. the experience is Not so good for it's price.. wifi was problem in my room.. and the service people couldn't able to fix it.. that's the pathetic.. food was little boring for first 4 days.. same menu.. tried telling to change but it was in vain.. expect few room service guy's services other things are not even upto a mark.. if you don't expect much for a three star hotel.. you can easily find this place a good one to stay..

This is a big Hotel with plenty of rooms, as of this season it is mostly used as a quarantine shelter those who arrived from abroad. Rooms are average or ok. Very economic also. Since the quarantine package is so cheap, it reflects on the stay too..
The quantity of food served during each meal doesn't fulfill an average grown up's hunger. The quantity of Sugar sachets and tea bags aren't adequate. No evening snack provided ie. after lunch, directly dinner, nothing in between. This might be what that makes the quarantine stay cheap.
If you are not on a quarantine, there are so many alternatives for food outside this Hotel.
I guess it is those company owners/representatives who who demand for the cheaper package making it horrible stay.

Stay here for 8 nights for quarntine.Rooms are good. Service is bad everyday need to ask for complementary things ( water,sugar, tea bags) tea kettle sometime not working. Price not worth it.
