I was blown away by the impeccable service, convenient location, and the wide range of services provided. While there were a couple of minor issues that could be addressed, overall, my experience was exceptional
While my overall experience was fantastic, I would like to provide some constructive feedback for improvement. Firstly, the lighting in the room could be enhanced. Although the ambiance was cozy, a brighter lighting option would have made it easier to work. Secondly, there was a noticeable smell in the apartment, which, while not overpowering, detracted slightly from the otherwise pristine atmosphere. I would suggest addressing this issue to further enhance the overall comfort of the accommodation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was blown away by their exceptional hospitality and top-notch service. From the moment I stepped in, Omar and the staff made me feel like a valued guest. Omar's attentiveness and warm demeanor were remarkable, going above and beyond to ensure my every need was met.

hello- i did not complete my prior review. this hotel in Muscat is close to the airport and for that reason- it has its advantages. the staff works very hard to provide great service and the food is much better than usual- well above average. This is a large hotel and I was with a large group- and I prefer smaller hotels- but for the location- it was a quite nice facility- the rooftop pool is great- rooms clean and well maintained. there are no views of interest from the hotel= but overall This is a very nice facility. staff very nice, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating- which is what really matters when one is at a hotel.

Stayed for weekend with the family just to relax over the weekend. Apartment was spacious and clean. Food was good specially the lamb chops in taybat we like the Sunday lunch though weekend dinner buffet wasn't so great. Overall good experience because of the connectivity with the malls and of course spa was there .. so it was overall good experience for us.

Great service, great rooms (mine had a very deep bath in it). My shower water was cold not sure why. Their jacuzzi in the spa is big, the steam and sauna rooms are high quality too. The ambience is beautiful, besides there's two malls next to it, with lots to do inside, such as cinema, arcade, and a supermarket

I have stayed twice at this hotel in different period of time.
Unfortunately in both of my stays I experienced a poor service. Firstly, I booked for 2 adults but we found services only for one ! (One toothbrush, one slippers, one robe, one toiletries set, and so on).
I booked in a period of time which I’m sure isn’t crowded, however the reception gave me a room in the back of the hotel, which have an unpleasant view and smaller in size. I don’t understand why would you give us this room when there are a bunch of empty rooms facing the Avenues Mall (which is a better view!!!) like let your guests enjoy it as long as you could!! We requested to change room and it took around an hour to do so !!!!!!
Later we found out that there is no hair dryer, we requested for one and after hours and a couple of follow up calls they brought one finally late at night!!!!
We didn’t used it at night, and in the morning we found out that the hair dryer isn’t working, we called and promised that the housekeepers will bring a new one -again-! And yes they brought one but after 10s of calls and follow up calls.
In my first stay I requested an extra bed and I got one without any charge. In my second stay I requested an extra bed, and after a bunch of calls and redirecting me to different staff and explaining my request over and over, they finally told me that there is a fee for the bed !! (I don’t remember how much but it wasn’t a great deal for me)
In regarding to cleanliness, it is poor, the bathtub wasn’t clean enough. The room carpet had disgusting stain, it looked to me like a blood !! Or maybe a liquor.
We went to the roof to enjoy the pool, we found maintenance guys who told us that it is closed! Nobody told us about that ahead.
My sister had to leave for work, so she went to have breakfast before me, the staff did NOT welcome her pleasantly, he was really really rude to her like she is someone snuck in and try to steal breakfast from them !! 😳😒 we paid for breakfast for two, we don’t owe you anything at this point, like why is the rude attitude with us!! And yet, there he is smiling to guests who are not Omanis!! 😳😂
yes we faced discrimination from ALL staff (Omani and non-Omani staff), they were treating us like we owe them something, or like we didn’t pay for every service we got. On second thought yes we paid for a service we did NOT got!!
Two stars for the good variety in breakfast choices, and nice seating areas.

As a five-star hotel, no one helped me with my luggage. The house smelled damp. The bedding was also a little damp. But the bath tub is not bad. But there is only one pair of slippers, and there is no kettle! There is no toothbrush, I can understand, but there is not even a mouthwash cup for the toothbrush.

Attended a wedding and couldn't get parking... that's one draw back of the place. It has an amazing wedding hall. And services is nice. Beautiful rooms and wash rooms. Thumbs up

Location is perfect and helping staff, however room service is slow and needs reminder every time you ask for something.
I stayed in this property in March 2022 for one night.
