The only problem with the hotel was the service, everyone was extremely polite and pleasant but everything was just so disorganised, we had a few serious issues with food but the staff just shrugged it off, one of our meals was completely ruined but at no point did a staff member suggest a way to correct the issue when really it should have been "we'll give your money back". Checkout was chaos as well, room was paid for in advance but reception had no record. Not great.
