Pensjonat Burkaty in Bialka Tatrzanska

Very nice accomodation. The rooms are big enough and clean, our room had also balcony. Staff was very friendly and patient, most of them speak English.
Breakfast was perfect, dinners were very tasty too. Whole restaurant is very cozy and stylish.
I really loved stylish bar with bowling!
Hotel has spa too (jacuzzi and few saunas).
I like the "playing" room with ping-pong table and other games. There is also big playing room for little kids.
Parking is big enough. Location is pretty fine, it's close to grocery store (Biedronka).
Negatives:
- they served dinners very soon (from 2PM til 5PM). They told us it's not posible to serve it later as it's off season.

upon arrival, very pleasant and kind staff at the reception will be waiting for you, they will gladly explain everything you need, the staff in the restaurant and in the entire guesthouse are also great and friendly, the rooms, restaurants and overall facilities are beautiful, clean and very suitable for families with children. We recommend, we will come back again.

We chose your guesthouse for a family celebration. We were very satisfied, both we as hosts and our guests. The accommodation was beautiful, the food excellent, the service and staff excellent. We would especially like to highlight the attitude of your employee, Mr. Krištof, who was very kind, helpful, accommodating, always smiling and in a good mood. Also the bartender in the bowling bar, who was very helpful and smiling all evening. Thank you for a welcome weekend. We will definitely come back to you.

Fantastic hotel, with great staff and good facilities and adults, kids and teens. We went to Bialka Tatrzanska with friends in February 2023, my friends have been going to this hotel every year for over ten years, which says it all. Room - spacious, comfortable, clean - we stayed in a family room, two adults and two teens. Restaurant - We went with half board option, breakfast and early dinner, but on some nights we ordered from the menu or went out, which the hotel was very accommodating with. Food was mostly traditional Polish hearty meals (soup, meat and veg), with some twists form the chef. It was very tasty and well presented, if anything I would say the portions were too big, so maybe reduce it or introduce kids portions. Breakfast was buffet style with something for everyone. Facilities - Sauna and Jacuzzi were great after a day on the slops, especially for us as we were learning to snowboard so plenty falling down, which was soothed in the warm sauna and water. There were playrooms / game rooms for the kids with bowling, pool table etc, and the kids were roaming around playing hide and seek. They loved the hotel. A bar for socialising in the evenings with good selection of drinks. Staff - Very helpful and cheerful. From the moment I started interacting with Krzysztof to make the booking to our departure who was fantastic, helpful and kind. Natalia was also very nice and nothing was too much trouble, especially when it came to food for my fussy teen. Information - Very knowledgable about the local area, transport and things to do. Make sure you ask about suggestions and any discounts before booking any activities. I got 10% discount for visit to the thermal baths. We really enjoyed our stay and if we go back to that town we'll definitely stay there again. Thank you Pensjonat Burkaty!

Good breakfast. There is parking. There is a games room for both children and adults with billiards, air hockey and ping pong. There is a spa with jacuzzi and sauna. There is a bowling alley. The location is very close to ski slopes and shops.

My wife and I had our after wedding party (poprawiny) there in the new building behind the hotel. We could not have been any more happier with the food, management,staff and location. The views of the mountains and river are breathtaking. We had sixty guests fly in from the united states and about 120 local guests. Everyone was shocked upon arrival and I noticed them just pausing for a minute to take in the scenerys as soon as they walked in. They have worked with our budget and really took it to the next level. We Highly reccomend this place! We stayed in the hotel as well and the rooms are very classy and comfortable. We cannot be anymore happier and had some great memories.

We just stayed for a week while skiing, and were very impressed. The rooms are large, and the hotel staff all very helpful and friendly. There's loads for kids to do, but make sure you book the bowling alley in advance as it's very popular. The food in the restaurant is very good (they often have live music too), and we particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast - great before a full day on the slopes!
