Perfection in every way! Me and my partner went for a 2 night stay as a suprise birthday for her and we were immensely impressed from the get go. The moment you enter, the feeling of warmth surrounded by beautiful decor, Christmas trees and a festive feeling gave us the instant relief needed for time visitors to Gdansk. It's was a compliment to such a beautiful and cute city! We were greeted by Mateusz at reception who's professionalism was breathtaking and a credit to such a wonderful hotel ( he also takes a good picture for you! 😄). The food was stunning in the hotel restaurant, the local Polish rye soup is a must try and with a whiskey menu to die for! Along with the relaxation of the Spa and massage treatments, our stay was absolutely perfect in every way and all staff were polite and helpful. Also a shout out to Ciprian from the restaurant, who made our dining experience alot of fun with his humour and kindness! Our package was also very adfordable and worth every penny. Thank you for a memorable stay. 👏🔥

The hotel has a good swimming pool and a great breakfast menu. The breakfast menu has lots of items and if you utilize the swimming pool and jacuzzi well it's definitely a value for money. The river side Nowa Motlawa is at a walkable distance from the hotel.

The reception staff are always really lovely and helpful!
The rooms are nice and large but the beds are really hard and I woke with back ache most mornings, I also don't get the bedding you get one very flat pillow and then a square pillow which also goes really flat, and not to mention the single duvets - very strange.
There is a message saying don't damage the towels but one of our towels had holes in! The breakfast wasn't to our liking but none of the traditional Polish Cuisine is so this is our problem! The spa and facilities were lovely and nice and clean! It's a short 10/15min walk to the town and the hotel is pleasantly quiet. Overall very clean, modern and quiet but missing a few nice touches to make it a more pleasant stay.

Stayed here during the Ed Sheeran concert weekend. Prices were higher than normal. Regardless, it was a very comfortable stay. The location was within a 10-minute walk from the old town and it was away from the busy streets. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and spa area were a huge plus after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The breakfast was probably at par if not a little better than other hotels of its class. The property never felt very busy even though it was the peak summer period. The staff were always quite friendly and quick to help.

This was a very nice hotel with great and friendly staff, both in the main desk and the spa. I stayed for two nights. The room was spacious and clean. The shower head was a bit broken/loose, but it was alright. I would also have liked more hooks to hang towels etc on in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was really good! It was also very nice to have the opportunity to relax in the spa area in between walks around the city. My only concern is some of the cleanliness down there. I noticed some black spots in the waterline of the pool. They looked like mold, but I’m not sure. The rest of the spa area seemed clean.

All in all, I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family if they decide to visit Gdańsk.

Lovely room in an old Marzipan factory (?) . Large window with plenty of light, tea/coffee making facilities, comfortable bed, great water pressure. Restaurant had amazing food with plenty of options. Didn't go out but could see things nearby I would like to have visited. Reception was very accommodating and helpful. Would return.

Nice hotel experience, clean rooms and very good breakfast. The breakfast was much better than in many 5 stars hotels world wide famous. Attentive staff and friendly receptionists. Spa was also good and clean. Lots of parking but pricey. Definitely good price performance. Will come back for sure.

Worth for a short time business trip. Stayed here for 3D2N and very happy with everything. Very clean and spacious room and bathroom with good view and very private. There’s a pool jacuzzi sauna and steam bubble bath for free and super cool relaxing area for free. Really good spa with very little money to pay but very good massages.😍
This hotel is close to everywhere (walking distance). Looking forward to stay there on our next trip!❤️❤️❤️❤️
