I did not stay at the hotel but ate dinner at their wine bar/restaurant. The food was excellent, and a great wine list. The service was top notch too. I would consider staying at this hotel. The location is great for sightseeing. Close to everything but quiet.
The location is very good, near to almost everything great, the staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast has wide options, no matter where you are from, you will find your expected options. The room is good, it will be good to have an iron for a people on a business visit. Thank you Kärcher team for choosing a convenient option like this. I recommend
Nice hotel, easy access to the train station and short walk to the city centre. Rooms small and showing their age. Air conditioning didn't cool the room at all, shower very small (should really be a walk in shower rather than a bath with a screen), mini fridge didn't really work either. Few power sockets by the bed and no USB sockets anywhere in the room. Bed was comfy and the hotel was clean and...
The hotel has a beautiful view on all sides. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. The hotel rooms are quite spacious with a big window to soak in the view. The bed was very comfortable with a thick cozy duvet. The bathroom was great except for the somewhat uncomfortable placement of the toilet paper holder, and showering in the morning was a bit frustrating because the temperature would fluctuate...
My experience with the hotel was neutral, but I can't see the reason why they think that they offer a 4-star service. The only difference between their 2 and 3 star hotels and this one is that we had a safe, a fridge and 2 armchairs. No slippers, no bottled water, nothing that we had in other 4 and even 3 star hotels in other countries. Last month when I stayed in a 2-star Ibis the girl at the reception...

The rooms were modern and very nice. Glad wall to the bathroom was a little surprise but the was a good curtain to close it of. The check in and out was easy. Breakfast was some of the best we have had in a hotel, with a big variety of continental and lokal products. Easy access to the old city and lots of good food in the area.
I recently stayed at PURO Hotel Gdańsk, and it was an incredible experience! The design of the room was absolutely stunning – modern, aesthetic, and so intuitive. The space felt open and airy, providing both comfort and functionality. Every detail seemed carefully thought out, making the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile...
Fabulous architecture, very friendly service, great spa facilities, unique cocktails, comfy beds, very central. What is not to love! Stayed in a suite - quiet and spacious, comfortable bed & multiple pillows, water, coffee and toiletries in the room. Breakfast was plentiful and the cooked choices delicious. Vibrant atmosphere, great staff. Loved the main restaurant and the chilled rooftop cocktail...
Location amazing on Granary Island, newish part of town and centrally located. Service fantastic. Hotel is beautifully designed. Very modern and cool. Breakfast not included. We paid for it one time, honestly not worth it. I wouldn't pay for it again ($30CAD each person) given quality of food. Our room had two tiny twin (?) beds. You almost have to sleep like a vampire lol. Pillows by default are...
I had a wonderful stay at PURO Gdańsk. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a modern and tasteful design. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions and the vibrant Old Town. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. This is my second stay in the hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, with nice bedding. The hotel is very well looked after. Breakfast is amazing and has options for everyone. There is a lot of space to relax. I will stay again.

Amazing place! Beautiful and clean rooms, great staff, delicious breakfast, there's nothing to complain about. Yes, it's a little bit outside of the city center but a bus stop is right in front of the hotel. And it will take you like 10 minutes to the center. Don't know how can be this hotel so cheap. 100%recommend!!!
A very pleasant, clean place with convenient parking. The hotel is easy to find and easily accessible from the highway. Very nice people work at the reception. Parking is 30 PLN and There is also a free one behind the hotel. The hotel is well located, there is a public transport stop nearby. The hotel also has a pizzeria open until 10 p.m. the pizza is delicious. The room is clean. The room...
We definitely recommend this place! Stayed for 3 nights, everything was great - clean rooms, stocked with essentials, service was pleasant. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! It's centrally located, which made exploring the city a breeze. The room I stayed in was absolutely lovely and comfortable. The service was exceptional, and a big part of that was thanks to Julia at the front desk. She not only greeted me warmly but also helped me with recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. Her assistance truly made my trip memorable
Great hotel in the middle of Gdansk. When you arrive, you're received by Julia, who is very funny and helpfully showing you the best places in the city! I'm sure I will repeat!
Modern hotel, suits a younger crowed, huge bar below but you don't hear a thing in any other part of the hotel. Access to Radison spa is not in this hotel but is 30 seconds walk around the corner at the main Radison Bleu. The windows views were amazing, location is perfect. Slight issue with the stone smell of grease on all floors when you come out of the lift although this affects no other areas...
Light flooded beautiful rooms, TV had a chrome cast! (Could easily connect my phone/computer) cozy beds and highly attentive staff. Our concierge Dominik and his team were accommodating to all of our needs even at 4 in the morning. Thank you for making even the most troublesome trip a pleasant stay.
Excellent last minute service when our expected hotel was suddenly unavailable. The Radisson Red is perfectly located near old town. The room itself was immaculately clean, with the toilet door handle and a loose tub drain the only issues. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a perfect temperature. The open-concept bathroom had no shower but included an excellent soaking tub.

Nice hotel, good, extensive breakfast choice. HOWEVER, on a Wednesday night the dining room was closed one evening for a function/conference that turned into a party that went on until after 1am. (!) Being on the first floor directly above, I heard everything. Some prior warning from the staff or option of changing the room earlier in the day would have been appreciated as I was there for business...
Amazing location, you can reach the old town in just 10 minutes. Friendly and warm staff. Amazing breakfast - I have never seen such a large selection in any hotel. The dinner dishes are very tasty and sumptuously prepared, the environment is very cozy.
Clean rooms, good cleaning service. There was a mix-up regarding our breakfast from the hotels side, I still don't know how it was possible for us to eat breakfast 2/4 mornings (we were on the list), but I frankly don't care anymore. Breakfast was great anyway! And we paid extra for the two mornings because of that. Location, yes it was great, but it was also quite noisy because of the cars right outside...
Excellent hotel at just 5 mins walking distance from the old city center. Nice rooms, service, breakfast, and restaurant. Perfect for a family stay. Or a business trip. My family really likes this place.
Excellent calm location, a few minutes away from the "main drag" and with plenty of parking spaces availble in the hotel's parking lot. The room (deluxe) was well equipped and large, but with quite horrible furniture. (Why don't put in a sofa instead of those armchairs?) The bathroom was basic and had sharp lightning - not so nice to walk into. Nice soap and shower gel. During our stay, the sauna...
The hotel looks and feels nice, it has a decent pool area (for 4-5 people max), parking space outside and inside, good breakfast and dinner options (with reasonable prices), good bar area, clean room, located close to the city center. Lovely hotel and such a very generous & tasty breakfast offering. As a Platinum guest, I got upgraded to their Twin Bed Premium with a River View room which was very much appreciated plus it comes with a nice welcome treat of macaroons. The hotel is fantastic! Very modern, big rooms, great views if you are in an upgraded room. The breakfast is very tasty with great variety. The gym is big and very convenient. The event space is also impressive. The only minus is that even though I spent almost the whole day out of my room, it was not cleaned. I had to request it as they have apparently forgotten to clean it.
They gave me a key that didn't work properly and I was briefly trapped in a lift. They couldn't give me loyalty program benefits because I booked via a 3rd party site. Otherwise all good.
I stayed in this hotel with my wife for 4 nights. It is in a central location, great for reaching the city's points of interest. We've stayed for 4 days in the hotel with a 2 years old kid. The hotel has its own toy room which was well equipped with toys for a different age group. This hotel is amazing! The perfect beach holiday hotel like what you would get in Spain, or even better. We had a late flight so checked in at 2am and the service was great. The room is nice, clean and modern! The staff was polite and helpfull. The location of the hotel is close to Long market, forum mall, Christmas market etc. The breakfast was good but they should get better at refilling the food because f.eks. the cheese had seen better days. As a family traveling with two kids, we absolutely adored this place! It was perfect in every way: affordable, easily accessible, peaceful, with fantastic food and even a coffee machine (and a nice surprise for two 👀) in the room. It was clean, spacious, and honestly, I can't think of a single thing we were missing. A sincere thank you to the hotel's management. ☘️🇮🇪

We stayed at the Scandic Gdansk Hotel with my beloved partner, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in the absolute center of Gdańsk, so it's logistically perfect—everything is within walking distance. While the exterior may not look very appealing, the interior is quite the opposite—elegant and representative. A great place for a stay in Gdańsk, combining convenience and comfort
Nice hotel is in the closest proximity to the Railway station and the Bus station, quite near to the historical center. The rooms are comfortable, breakfast is good. There is a small kids corner in a restaurant, high chairs are also available.
Located just across from the train station, it would be hard for Scandic to be more convenient, whether you want to take a cab, the tram, or the train. Well located hotel nearby Gdansk old town. Room was comfortable (bed) but typical Novotel design (boring). The bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent (I liked the fish options).
Beautiful hotel, fully appointed rooms (though a few more electrical outlets would be nice), clean, and an excellent breakfast buffet. Stylish bar in lobby. Large screen TV (that we never turned on). Excellent location very close to old town chock full of bars, restaurants, and museums. Groceries located around the block. I would always stay here in the future.
Booked for a trip with my teenage daughter. The centre of the city is a few minutes walk away, as is the nearest tram stop. The room was clean & the air-con was a godsend as it was very hot when we were there. Breakfast wasn't overly to my taste but everything was fresh & kept replenished. There is a message saying don't damage the towels but one of our towels had holes...
Stayed here during the Ed Sheeran concert weekend. Prices were higher than normal. Regardless, it was a very comfortable stay. The location was within a 10-minute walk from the old town and it was away from the busy streets. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and spa area were a huge plus after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The breakfast was probably at par if not a little better than other hotels...
