Some hotels don’t allow dogs, some require additional payment for it, but Novotel welcoming pers even with a gift! Thank you for so welcoming service, comfortable and clean room, great coffee in the room and nice garden. In addition, the hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Gdansk
The hotel has a lot going for it, especially for families. Its proximity to the old town is a significant plus, making it easy to walk to many attractions. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the play options for kids are great. Breakfast was a mixed bag. The pancakes were good, but after four days of precisely the same menu, it became monotonous. I think the Chef is too lazy with his choices...
Excellent hotel, very friendly helpful staff. The hotel is in a very convenient location and is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Great breakfast selection and bar food.
This is a 3 star hotel that aims very high. I can't find anything wrong. The location is great, the hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is what I would have expected and good. The atmosphere is very relaxed. I have stayed in 5 star hotels that didn't match the experience in Novotel Gdańsk.
My stay was very pleasant, and peaceful. Great, and helpful staff was very friendly, and professional. To my surprise, due to earlier arrival, I was able to check-in, two hours before schedule time. Next surprise was waiting for me in the room. It was sweet chocolate treat, and very welcoming gesture from management side. It was very nice! Room it self was very comfortable, including the bed. Coffee...
Hotel is located close to old town of Gdańsk. The room was a bit stale. The soundproof was fair, we could hear tv in the neighbor room. The air condition was not working for cooling. Overall, it was rather good for short stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! It's centrally located, which made exploring the city a breeze. The room I stayed in was absolutely lovely and comfortable. The service was exceptional, and a big part of that was thanks to Julia at the front desk. She not only greeted me warmly but also helped me with recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. Her assistance truly made my trip memorable
Great hotel in the middle of Gdansk. When you arrive, you're received by Julia, who is very funny and helpfully showing you the best places in the city! I'm sure I will repeat!
Modern hotel, suits a younger crowed, huge bar below but you don't hear a thing in any other part of the hotel. Access to Radison spa is not in this hotel but is 30 seconds walk around the corner at the main Radison Bleu. The windows views were amazing, location is perfect. Slight issue with the stone smell of grease on all floors when you come out of the lift although this affects no other areas...
Light flooded beautiful rooms, TV had a chrome cast! (Could easily connect my phone/computer) cozy beds and highly attentive staff. Our concierge Dominik and his team were accommodating to all of our needs even at 4 in the morning. Thank you for making even the most troublesome trip a pleasant stay.
Excellent last minute service when our expected hotel was suddenly unavailable. The Radisson Red is perfectly located near old town. The room itself was immaculately clean, with the toilet door handle and a loose tub drain the only issues. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a perfect temperature. The open-concept bathroom had no shower but included an excellent soaking tub.

Nice little hotel. Its value for money. The rooms are small but clean and have everything you need. Breakfast isnt the best. The staff were nice, friendly and helpful
Cons: Rooms look a bit dated. There's really no view since it's surrounded by old buildings that looks like they are about to fall apart. Pros: Rooms are simple but have everything you need. Everything was clean and tidy. Very unique looking building. Good location, right next to old town. Our stay was warm and pleasant. Very tidy premises and modern finishings. Very good location and lots of amenities and activities in short walking distance from the Hotel. My overall experience was very pleasant.
This hotel is a hidden pearl in Gdansk old town, Rooms are clean, cozy and spacious. Personal is kind and service minded. Breakfast buffet is comparable to 5 start hotel. Only problem is sound isolation in the rooms, you can hear your the other guest but that was not something that bothered me
Clean, pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast just the job.

Not recommended at any level or side, rooms are just okey, disk/reception people weren’t kind, breakfast was terrible, the quality of products -4 star, I personally worked at Radisson chain 7 years ago in Norway as a chef and was brilliant, I did not see like this in my life! The location is amazing so central other than that spend your money somewhere else!
The hotel has an excellent location, close to all the attractions. Like other Radisson hotels, it offers full service. I had a room with spa access and enjoyed the pool in the afternoon.
Staff at the lobby bar have been excellent especially Jacob. He has been helpful and welcoming. On the other hand, room service has not been up to par. In two occasions where we wanted service they were unhelpful. 24/7 isn’t working. Reception has no clue about menu.
This is the perfect place to stay for a visit to Gdańsk. Like most Radissons, it’s a proper full service hotel. States in superior room with could also accommodate a child, very good size room, fantastic bathroom. Location cannot be beaten as just behind the busy street which means the rooms are quiet. Also easy for taxis to pick and drop off from here to the airport.
I loved my stay here, the rooms, service, everything has been lovely! In addition to that location of the hotel is heart of Gdansk and very convenient to reach all attraction points in the down town. The staff is extremely courteous and very particular about the guest’s needs. Thanks Alina and front desk team for your assistance during my stay.
Hubert, the bartender was amazing! He made the visit exceptional whit a good flavour combination and humoristic touch! I can really recommend this bar when you are in Gdańsk! And ask for Hubert!

They gave me a key that didn't work properly and I was briefly trapped in a lift. They couldn't give me loyalty program benefits because I booked via a 3rd party site. Otherwise all good.
I stayed in this hotel with my wife for 4 nights. It is in a central location, great for reaching the city's points of interest. We were enchanted by the view of the river, we enjoyed the sun on the hotel's deckchairs on the street overlooking the river. We've stayed for 4 days in the hotel with a 2 years old kid. The hotel has its own toy room which was well equipped with toys for a different age group. My experience with the hotel was neutral, but I can't see the reason why they think that they offer a 4-star service. The only difference between their 2 and 3 star hotels and this one is that we had a safe, a fridge and 2 armchairs. This hotel has a great location, great breakfast and great staff. The style is outdated and standard rooms very small, so this year I splurged on a suite and it was worth all the money. Max 10 min walk to the old Town and 10-15 to the shipyard, the venue of fantastic Mystic Festival if you happen to attend it...
Easy to find when you exit the tram at the station, you can pretty much see the sign on the roof of the hotel from there. Very close to the main city centre also and within easy walking distance to the WW2 museum. Very efficient and friendly staff - check in was seamless. The hotel is located near the train station and only steps away from the old town. The reception staff was very helpful and nice. Room was on the small side but very nicely decorated with views over Gdańsk. Breakfast was very good. Overall, a very good experience. It was my second stay there. During the first one I ran into some issues with housekeeping. This time, everything went well.
Clean rooms, but they show their age. Nice hotel over all, little on more expensive side. Classy lobby, with bar and restaurant. Very nice and professional concierge. For us a nice one day stop in Gdańsk.

Tucked in the heart of Old Town Gdansk, a fine place to sojourn and relax. Decor is modern and pleasant, with a maritime nod that befits its urban setting.
Very affordable given the standard. Best location possible - all the best restaurants and museums are within literally half a kilometer, many useful little shops, bars and clubs are literally next door (and the hotel pub at the 8 floor has a pretty nice view). Very nice hotel in old part of Gdańsk city. Cool and relaxing atmosphere in hotel with young and helpful staff, very clean and modern design! Full recommendation, will come back definitely
Very cheap room, £40 Oct 2021. Free coffee. Cool brand. Nice spa and sauna. Lots of reception staff. Central location. Not visited roof top bar yet, but will do on last night for a cocktail. The Warsaw one is also great - better tbh.

Great Staff. Asked for two eksta pillows in the middle off the night. Delivered in 5 min! Clean and nice location. 1 min to train station. 20 min ride to Sopot.
Brilliant hotel opposite Gdańsk railway station. It's the extras I love....the towels available if you're going to the beach...just too many to list here. The staff are so helpful and the breakfast has ALL options. One fault is ....there are no faults!
