Where to stay in Gdansk

They gave me a key that didn't work properly and I was briefly trapped in a lift. They couldn't give me loyalty program benefits because I booked via a 3rd party site. Otherwise all good.

Easy to find when you exit the tram at the station, you can pretty much see the sign on the roof of the hotel from there. The 107 room toilet doors were stuck and glass, so you barely could see a person inside, and the sink water was poorly flowing. The shower has no stoper, so the whole bathroom will be flowing. There's only one 3in1 soap. The breakfast was really good and tasty!

Stayed here during the Ed Sheeran concert weekend. Prices were higher than normal. Regardless, it was a very comfortable stay. The location was within a 10-minute walk from the old town and it was away from the busy streets. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and spa area were a huge plus after a long day of walking and sightseeing. Lovely room in an old Marzipan factory (?) . Large window with plenty of light, tea/coffee making facilities, comfortable bed, great water pressure. Excellent location - 300m to the sea. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Make sure you book early room with balcony (upper floors). Ground floor rooms are very dated, like the floor was built couple years before upper floors. Breakfasts very rich, buffet style. In house swimming pool. This was our 3rd visit. The hotel is very close to a lovely beach, close to Sopot and Gdańsk. The room was clean and had all facilities needed. The pool is a great addition and it opens late. Breakfast was great but a bit overpriced for a family with kids. It would be better if there was a slim down version you could choose, like cold breakfast only.

Good experience. The hotel is modern, clean and well located. I want to highlight the good predisposition of the staff. The breakfast was great, you will find some typical polish dishes, and it also includes some healthy options as fruits and vegetables. It also offers some lactose free milks. I would come back for sure!

Modern hotel, suits a younger crowed, huge bar below but you don't hear a thing in any other part of the hotel. Access to Radison spa is not in this hotel but is 30 seconds walk around the corner at the main Radison Bleu. The windows views were amazing, location is perfect. Light flooded beautiful rooms, TV had a chrome cast! (Could easily connect my phone/computer) cozy beds and highly attentive staff. Excellent last minute service when our expected hotel was suddenly unavailable. The Radisson Red is perfectly located near old town. The room itself was immaculately clean, with the toilet door handle and a loose tub drain the only issues. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a perfect temperature. The open-concept bathroom had no shower but included an excellent soaking tub.
