The room seemed fresh. Walk-in shower was great. Bed comfortable but pillows too big/hard to sleep on. Bar was well staffed and the food choice suited us - the cheese and meat platter was excellent.
Breakfast was one of the best we have had in an Accor hotel. There were different flavours of herring, a fresh waffle maker and a good selection of fruit as well as the hot and cold food selections.

It's definitely the weirdest Mercure I've been to.
To start off, nobody answers the phone at the reception. The rooms are clean, carpets stained only occasionally, and in general, the breakfasts are awesome, withh a wide variety of vegan stuff as well as substitutes for allergic people.
What's disappointing is that does the egg station doesn't do anything else but scrambled eggs.
Another disappointment would be the sauna and the swimming pool. In general, It's a sport swimming pool with clearly divided lanes, but I've seen no jacuzzi. Also, the sauna doesn't have a clear Dresscode. Some people are naked, some people are in swimsuits. This is rather confusing, and just weird.
At least the location is very nice, and so are the views. The place has live music occasionally and a great bar.
Also - an edit: they do possess any sort of beach equipment to rent, which is a big missed opportunity.

Everything is good but it could have been little bit more add on if they could have provided a little bit extra effort to borrow hdmi cables since they don’t have chrome cast ,Guests could use microwave.Location is perfect for exploring town Gdynia. closer to the beach.Breakfast was amazing we stayed for three nights and we all loved breakfast very much.Rooms were really good and the cleaning staff as well.
Reception staff need to be more informative and i noticed evening staff was not so happy to serve or help on reception as well bartenders was not happy to make a drink out of menu which was easy asked me to do it myself by buying beer and sprite ( You can make it yourself )

Overall one of the nicest hotels we stayed. It can definitely have 5 stars. It seems to be renovated, staff well trained, naturally polite. Big smart TV in the room, perfect carper colour in the room and on the corridor, bathroom equipped in perfumed liquid soap and hair shampoo.

A disappointing stay. The reception staff did not describe any amenities or features of the property. A friendly front desk person was a rarity. Reception does not answer the phone. Requests for things such as additional hangers were sometimes fulfilled and sometimes not. Lots of families and children. Overall the hotel is a bit run down with stained and bleached hallway carpets. Probably the best thing it had going for it was the view of the sea. I wouldn't stay here again for business or pleasure and I do not recommend staying here.

This hotel is a must try. Excellent location within walking distance to the beach, several museums and restaurants nearby. Super clean rooms and public area. Mattress in the bed is so comfortable that I slept like a baby. I loved the wide selection of fish products and the vegetable stew at breakfast. Winestone Restaurant in the hotel did not offer pirog, but I found a restaurant a block from the hotel specialized to this Polish specialty.

This is only about Gdynia city as this was the only default, it's a port city on the baltic coast of Poland ,known for it's modern buildings including the museum of Gdynia which exhibits local history, with a distinctive fountain in its centre,museum ships are moored at the southern pier

We've spent one week in Mercure Hotel, in rooms with see view on 10th floor. Service was always in very goog level, especially in cleaning rooms. Swiming pool is really great option, and bathrobes You have in room without additional fees. Breakfests was very tasty, dinners in hotel's restaurant, too. It was great time.

Good hotel, it's about the base for meetings. Good and friendly service, clean rooms, good breakfast. Well-equipped bar. Beautiful view from the upper floors. I recommend for quick trips. The hotel is located near the main station. See you next time

A good hotel for a holiday with family and children. The friendly staff is pleasant. Clean comfortable rooms, sea view, we did not have a mini fridge in our room. Good pool and sauna. Tasty and varied breakfast, delicious coffee, gofry, there is everything and for every taste, the only thing I would like to add to the breakfast assortment is croissants and good tea. There are two entertainment rooms for children. In general, everything is good, if Gdynia is Hotel Mercury Center!
