Mercure Centrum Mini-hotel

Unfortunately, I wish I could score less than one star.
- The pool is public, full of people, low hygiene, full of chlorine in the water, low water quality, the staff hesitates to provide towels to you (as if he himself has washed them by hands and does not like to lose them!), most of the lines are occupied by trainers (btw, I was really happy to see so many kids are learning in a very low price without any formality❤️). I recommend it to Gdynia parents 😁.
- The sauna had no sign at its door, you should try all doors to find it, and it was extremely hot.
- The reception, and restaurant do not accept to put your food in the fridge. They say it is only for medicine! I hope they have so many clients that fill the fridge with medicine! So your special foods for your kids will spoil in your room and you have to discard it later!
- You pay for the parking and the next night the parking is full and you have to wait hours behind the bar! It is also probably public parking! Then while you are shivering in cold, You call the reception and nobody answers for hours! You cannot park your car outside in the middle of the street. You should be lucky to have your lovely partner with you to send her in the wind and cold to inform somebody in the reception to help you get to another parking on the other side of the hotel which was also public and unattended (it is written there that the parkings are unattended!).
- The tough guy at the entrance to breakfast is more tough than the Police in the criminal scene! He probably tries to find illegal immigrants 😂😂😂. Btw, We could finally pass this hard step to enter the breakfast hall!!!
- We tried hard to get the sea view, the reception gave us sea view but in a low floor so we looked at the trees and buildings! I wish all the higher floors were occupied before us!
* I hope a person from hotel will find these comments and tries to correct them for their next clients.
* Actually, to be honest, Other things were normal and fine (But you go to a hotel with a good name to have no challenge. You expect to relax and have all normal services! ).
* I also respect the fine aspects and lovely hard working staff of the hotel.

If you have any mobility problem do NOT come to this hotel. I came here with my parents. The hotel bathrooms have high tubs that preclude showering by handicapped guests. The front desk shrugged their shoulders, did not offer their help at all. This hotel basically exlcudes handicapped guests. In addition, the staff at front dwak is not attentive at all.
