This is not a luxurious hotel from the outside but you can expect fantastic service. The rooms are OK, nothing special. However, the breakfast selection was the greatest I ever had with regular food, but also lots of Polish specialties. The hotel has a pool, sauna and massage service. Very close to the seaside. The service was great.

If you have any mobility problem do NOT come to this hotel. I came here with my parents. The hotel bathrooms have high tubs that preclude showering by handicapped guests. The front desk shrugged their shoulders, did not offer their help at all. This hotel basically exlcudes handicapped guests. In addition, the staff at front dwak is not attentive at all.

Stepping into this place feels like hopping into a time machine set for the 80s. The rooms are spacious and clean, which is nice, but they scream "outdated" louder than an old dial-up modem. If you’re into retro, you might dig it; otherwise, brace yourself for some serious nostalgia.
The breakfast spread is pretty impressive – a decent selection to fuel your day. Plus, there's a cozy little bar that's perfect for winding down with a drink or two. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Location-wise, it’s a winner. You're right in the thick of it, close to the city center and just a stone’s throw from the beach. Plenty of spots nearby to grab a bite or sip on something cold.
So, if you can handle the vintage vibes, it's not a bad choice. Just don't expect modern chic – think more along the lines of your grandma's living room, but with a sea view.

The hotel does not meet the Mercure level! The rooms are old, I was shocked by the appearance of the bathtub and toilet. Renovation is urgently needed. Nice swimming pool. And a great idea with water near the elevators.

The hotel room had a fantastic sea view, the room was clean and spacious, breakfast was as you would expect for such a hotel. There was an offer to have breakfast sent to the room, with a card to fill out, but no pen or pencil provided for this, and the air con was blocked at a minimum temperature of 20 degrees which defaulted after a while up to 23 degrees. The hotel had no code to override this issue, which created a personal sauna in the room with elevated outside temperatures meaning the room temperature was about 25-26 degrees. There have been studies that show a better nights sleep is achieved with the room at a lower temperature, which for me is very true, and this aspect was very disappointing, despite informing reception about this multiple times nothing was done to make the air con work at lower temperatures.

Comfortable stay. Need to maintain the room. Dust on the walls, sink clog and mold from the sink.

This is definitely my favourite hotel in Gdynia! Perfect location, hotel exceptionally clean, super friendly and helpful staff, housekeeping and the front desk. And last but not least, THE BEST breakfast ever! Everything you can ask for and more, fresh, local and absolutely delicious. I’d definitely stay there again.

I was visiting for 3 nights for a local conference. It was a great base and lovely to be close to the beach and a some nice places for dinner / drinks.
It was nice and clean, but a bit dated in places.
Absolutely fine and I had a nice stay. Thank you!

Had a lovely time staying in this hotel. Would highly recommend. Got a room with a sea view. And the staff were all very welcoming! Had breakfast on the last day and it was delicious!

A lot of of our stay was very positive. The rooms were comfortable although slightly dated. My biggest issues were the following. The guy in the red shirt at the swimming pool was very rude. I was there for the first time and not sure of the procedure. His attitude to me was far from what I expect to receive as a guest. He was rude when explaining to me the procedure for collecting a towel and locker key and also because I hadn't taken my shoes off. When I asked the lady in the room for assistance she was also very rude and it seemed she would rather have not been disturbed. This experience caused me to only use the pool once and this was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. Very disappointing.
