The hotel is HUGE! But everything clear, large... Recommending to take kick scooter 🛴 to reach your rooms from stairs /elevator 😁...
Great Aquapark is including in some hotel/room offer. Lot of pools also with thermal mineral water 💦.
Breakfast is good, lots of choices but was a bit upset of dinner in RedRestaurant...
Rooms: Very poor condition, old furniture and one simple sofa for two kids age 6/9 ... Clean, warm, AC/Heat works properly, smells fresh... Also heated floor in bathroom is big benefit in winter time ❄️.
Lobby bar in art deco style have big choice of cocktails and atmosphere in the evening with life music is also pretty cozy...
Summary: 7,5 of 10... Wit big benefit of Aqua park!

Absolutely awfull. Food terrible, absolutely zero choice. You can have either grilled pork or chicken. Three days in row no sides? No potatoes, rice, pasta. Poor choice of vegetables. For breakfast, no yogurts, eggs disgusting, prepared floating in butter. Two bread styles, thats it. Room absolutely worn, seems more like 30years old, not 15. Paid parking is joke. Paid bathrobe in 350eur/night hotel another joke. See on the photos, how they left our room “made”. Dirty glass, undone bed. Waterpark? Slides has 19C cold water!!!

I had a very poor experience with the Wi-Fi in our room. The connection was extremely slow and unstable, especially in the evenings when it often felt more offline than online. Communication with the staff was a mixed experience: some spoke English reasonably well, but not all. Email communication with the hotel was only in Polish, which felt strange, as I sent my queries in English and received replies in Polish. Not a big issue in the ChatGPT era, but still unusual.
Another downside is the extra charge for parking. Given the hotel’s location, the vast majority of guests arrive by car, so it would make much more sense to include parking in the reservation price rather than charging separately afterwards.
That said, these were the only real drawbacks. Overall, I truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to families, as there are plenty of activities for all age groups.
The wallpapers in the rooms and hallways make the hotel seem much older than it actually is. In some places, the wallpaper is even peeling off, which doesn’t do justice to the otherwise high-quality interiors. The furniture and window sills are of excellent quality and stand in sharp contrast to the outdated wallpaper.
Our half-board meals were perfectly fine, and the room view was outstanding. We’re likely to return in the future, as the area is rich with places to explore.

We had an amazing family stay at Gołębiewski Hotel in Karpacz and couldn’t be happier with our choice. The location of the hotel is simply beautiful, surrounded by mountains and nature, which made our time there feel truly relaxing. From the very beginning, the staff were welcoming, helpful, and always smiling – you could really feel that they cared about making guests comfortable.
The food was very good, with plenty of choice, but breakfast really stood out for us. The team preparing fresh omelets and scrambled eggs every morning were incredible – not only quick and efficient but also very friendly, and they made breakfast time a real pleasure.
Our room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s facilities are excellent – the swimming pool and animations were a big highlight, and we spent a lot of fun and active family time enjoying them together. It’s a place where both kids and adults can have a great time.
Overall, our stay was super relaxing, full of fun moments, and left us with great memories. Gołębiewski Hotel is definitely a perfect choice for families, and we’ll be very happy to come back again on our next visit to Karpacz!

Spacious and comfortable room. Excellent amenities and a great variety of activities for kids – especially the pools and sauna areas, which were a real highlight. The food was consistently delicious and well-presented.
ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT:
We’re giving four stars instead of five, mainly due to the service experience. While staff were generally polite, they didn’t go the extra mile. For example, my partner was celebrating a milestone birthday, but there were no options for a small celebration like a chocolate cake or candle in the dining area – so we celebrated after checking out.
Additionally, when I had a headache, there was no paracetamol available, and staff could only direct us to the pharmacy or boutique, both of which were closed at the time.
English was spoken very minimally by the staff, which made communication a bit challenging at times.
Also, the kids’ play area downstairs has a very tight space for removing shoes, and it often became cramped with families coming in or out.
OVERALL:
A lovely and fun stay overall, especially for families with children. With small improvements in service and guest support, this could easily be a five-star experience.

Generally speaking, my stay during the Wim Hof course was fantastic and the facilities were very nice. The only downside this hotel has is the service in the canteen, especially in the canteen. Since I am a person who is allergic to dairy, gluten, and nuts, when I asked whether a given dish contained any allergen I’m allergic to, I was either ignored or the answer was “I don’t know.” How can someone not know whether a product contains an allergen? Additionally, the lady at the entrance to the canteen told me that each dish would be labeled with potential allergens. Unfortunately, there was no such thing, so that’s a huge minus.
When it comes to food options for vegans—where I also need to use many vegan products because I’m allergic to gluten, nuts, dairy, and I can’t eat some vegetables—it was so limited that it’s shocking how such a large hotel cannot provide for vegans or vegetarians.
Additionally, when I asked the lady to make scrambled eggs without fat because of my allergy, she just frowned at me and said, “How can you not use fat?” Unfortunately, I can’t. That was also inappropriate behavior, and in my opinion, the canteen staff should not speak to guests in this way.
Overall, the hotel is huge, there’s a large pool where you can have a lot of fun, kids can have a great time with their family, there’s plenty of relaxation space. Outside the facility, you can hike to Śnieżka, or go to the small town center; there's a Żabka store nearby.

Bywało lepiej.
The hotel has potential, but unfortunately, in its current form, it’s hard to recommend.
The rooms are clean, but the furnishings have seen better days.
The staff is adequate, though not particularly engaged.
Breakfasts are monotonous.

The only negative points what was in a hotel was temperature in main hall when you going to kinder room or swiming pool it was really cold even you just go few meters to the place from the elevator. All others as room (clean and big) restaurantwith breakfast and dinners reall big options of delicious food. Swiming pool and "thermal" pool was not termal water was really cold all others pools were totally fine.
We got all sick and went home earlier :( probably because of low temperatures.

The venue is a bit outdated and old. Definitely needs renovation. Service is not bad, however, the front desk always felt like it was undermanned.

A Great weekend’s gateway spot. Big hotel with lots of entertainments. Big crowds to be expected over the weekend, but you don’t feel it as the place is huge and well organised. Amazing food variety
