A Great weekend’s gateway spot. Big hotel with lots of entertainments. Big crowds to be expected over the weekend, but you don’t feel it as the place is huge and well organised. Amazing food variety

I have not experienced worse service at the reception than here. After I made the reservation, I did not receive any payment instructions. I actively write to the reception several times, no one solves it, in the end all I get is a cancellation of the reservation. I try to call the reception, no one answers the phone. I don't understand how anyone manages to stay in this hotel.

I did not enjoy the stay. Rooms upon first entry are dirty, not properly maintained, wallpapers on the wall are peeling and cracking, doors and windows are not closing/opening properly. Air conditioning units in rooms are faulty, they do not cool/heat, they just blow the default unconditioned air.
Bedding was uncomfortable and not regularly changed. Our necks and backs were very sore after each night.
Wifi has so abysmally poor coverage and speed, outside of common areas, that it is virtually unusable. Better have your roaming and 5G phone internet at the ready.
Allergens in buffet/the Red restaurant were not labeled so it is hard to follow dietary restrictions.
Zero tolerance for other languages than polish, we were forced to use google translator to be able to communicate even basic information. Crucial information was missing all along our 7 day stay ... and we had to figure it out the hard way.
WATER IS NOT DRINKABLE, or more like "WODA NIE DO PICIA" is NOT mentioned absolutely anywhere, no warning from staff or receptionists, no signs, nothing. I had to specifically ask this in polish to get this key information later on. Water is heavily chlorinated and we drank it as any other tap water, thinking it is perfectly safe.
Our family got some bacterial infection, we experienced high fevers, nausea, stomach issues, chest pains, lightheadedness, headaches, weakness etc. We had to rush to the closest pharmacy to resupply some pharmaceuticals we brought in our first aid kit.
Tropicana/Aquapark/Water park is unsanitary due to small children with swimming diapers pooping and peeing into the pool, infection waiting to happen.
At first glance the hotel seems okay but after closer observation you begin to notice that the price of the stay does not correspond to the state of decay the hotel is in.

For me and family too crowdy, so many people, we was 3 day stay with all features included. Location in the heart of the mountain resort Karpacz, good place to start hiking. Next time we would like to find some much more familiar place.

This hotel is great. I love the location , large number of hiking trails, delicious food available at the restaurant and cafeteria. What I didn’t like was the noise level beyond tolerance . The screaming children are everywhere, they are effectively silencing the beautiful piano music coming from cafeteria. They are also mindlessly killing the sense of tranquility all of us came for. Great place but something has to be done with running/ screaming children in the lobby.

When we visited in 2018, I gave it 3 stars!!! The service was very low!!! Now everything is completely different, the girls clean the room every day. Fresh water, tea, coffee, clean towels. Breakfasts and dinners are always super varied. I love scrambled eggs and fruit salad. The only downside was the jacuzzi twice and after each my skin was very itchy!!! I noticed that it wasn’t washed well, maybe that’s the reason, but my 7-month-old toddler enjoyed swimming in the children’s pool)))

This is a place you want to return to. Yes, the jacuzzi needs repairs, yes, the interior can be updated, but these are all little things against the general background of coziness and comfort.

It's better only in heaven! I definitely recommend it! In any season!

Excellent hotel. Quality, beauty, nature. The service is good, the food in the restaurant is excellent, the swimming pools have plenty to entertain children and adults. I recommend!!!

We have chosen this hotel for a family stay during Easter holidays, the decision was made mostly based on the photos we have seen. But this turned into a huge disappointment when we actually arrived there. The hotel is quite old, judging from out fashioned design of the interior and rooms I estimate 20+ years. It is enormous, about 800 rooms, and during Easter it was completely booked. So approximately 2000 people were staying there at that time. Swimming pool, whirlpool areas are really old, the whirlpool tubs are molded , and the paint is chipped on the stairs when you enter. Showers are just horrible, plastic panels are cracked and broken. Sauna is more or less ok, but people don’t respect the hygiene rules that are common in most of Europe, which is sitting on their towels in sauna, they just sit there in swimming suits, some of them not even on the towel, which isn’t a common thing even in Poland. The whole area of swimming pool is very dark even during the day, the ventilation is really bad and it’s hard to breathe and humidity is very high in the whole area. The darkness however is not only in pool area but in all other areas, including the dining areas, it’s really depressing and we had to find free spots near windows. Food is something individual but it wasn’t good enough for my liking. Every day you get the same more or less, there was a live cooking are which was alright, but the rest like salads , snacks etc I couldn’t even look at it, 90% of it is processed food, coffee is terrible, deserts were horrible. You could buy alcohol but it was overpriced, a bottle of local beer 5 eur. I saw many people going to a nearby shop to get it for 1 eur. And overall this culture of full board for some people in fact means that they will put so much food that they will never manage to consume, so half of the food goes to trash. Some things like cheese were obviously re-used next day as they were already dry. Or for example sliced pineapple was used next day in a shape of a pancake with pineapple. Overall this reminds me of Turkish All inclusive hotel. Rooms were good , no complaints there. But if you are unlucky you might get a room where there is a pillar between 2 beds 😀There was a huge underground parking included in price it was quite convenient. You could get a trolley for your luggage and it was really needed because you might travel like 500m from your car to your room depending on where you were staying. The size of the hotel was enormous as I mentioned so to get from one place to another like for example to a dining area or some place for kids entertainment it was taking some time and you had to use elevators that are working in a strange manner. Build quality of the hotel was also questionable, in many places there were cracks where you could fit your finger. So to conclude this hotel is not worth the money, we paid 300eur per night for 2 adults and 2 kids. For this amount or even less I would recommend to look for something smaller, and more modern in Poland, because we’ve stayed in other hotels and we were astonished how modern and stylish they were so our expectations were really high on this one but unfortunately we were disappointed. As a proof of some things I mentioned I attach some photos.
