Mercure Karpacz Skalny in Karpacz

I’ve stayed in Accor hotels across the world and had massages in some of their most luxurious spas.
Nothing compares to Ania at the Mercure Spa in Karpacz.

There’s skill. There’s intuition. Then there is what Ania does.

The whole spa team is excellent, but her massages have a level of precision and care that stands out from anywhere I’ve been. I’ve returned multiple times. Every friend I’ve sent here walks out saying the same thing: that was incredible.

If you’re anywhere near Karpacz, make time for a treatment with Ania.
I’m already planning my next visit.

Hotel used to the creme de la creme of Orbis hotel chain. But that was long time ago…. Now the glory days are over, and the main advantage are the huge area occupied by hotel grounds (tennis courts!) and huge parking lot. Service is mediocre, rooms worn out. Still good value for money - at least off-season, but the glory days are over and not likely coming back.

Phenomenal !!!! My daughter (16) and myself decided to re-start ski-ing and snowboarding in Karpacs. We picked the.e mercure hotel, allthough it is not directly located at the ski Arena. But I know Accor hotels around the Globe.

This hotel stands out and can only be rated as superb in all Matters.
Slowly:
Booking and check in was super smooth. Cctv covered parking area, nice location in the woods.

The rooms are perfect for a few days stay with space to work, a Balkony and are top top clean.

The Bar area is a bit the heart if the hotel in the evening.
Super kids friendly and parents relay and enjoy their drinks, watching the kids playing in the 2 kids play areas next to it. Nice vibe and perfectly arranged.
If you dont opt for halfboard, try the Burger 🍔 simply outstanding

On each floor there is a water dispenser for free to refill your provided carraffe.( who needs a minibar nowadays?) Superb and sustainable. Great.

Breakfast:

I stayed in a few hotels around the world. 5 star, 4 Star,...
But this breakfast buffet is simply best in class, top quality, top arranged and you can not expect more to start of a ski day.

We do know poland, as my wife is from wroclaw, but this Breakfast is a culinary journey

The regular cold cuts and Cheese are just a side.
Min.6 different salads, 3 different smoked/marinated fish, fresh pencakes, Waffles fruits all over the place and finally not only the regular sausage and eggs.

3 different typical polish sausages, kacanka, pirogie, scrambled eggs , bacon,...

It is not a breakfast
It is a BRUNCH

The pool and Sauna are very good. We were there during holidays, so the 2 pools & jacousy were for the kids. This makes perfect sense and if you need to do your 1 mile swim, you better start early.

The location of the hotel requires a 10 minutes Taxi ride to the sky Arena. But cabs are quickly availbale.
(If you go for ski there, take a Taxi rather driving on your own. You might end up with a paid parking space 1Km away from the ski area)

Finnaly
All hotels can make points with the hardware such as, beds, w-lan, TV size,.....
But a heart and soul of a hotel cones with the staff.

You guys are so helpfull, professionell and all day smiling
From F&B, housekeeping, kitchen, Engineering,....you let us feel realy welcome and taken care of.

Wow wow wow
Outsatnding in all matters.

Is there a Bad point?
Well, the building is a 3 Storey hotel with appr.90 rooms (?)
There is only 1 lift to reach the floors, load/off load luggage and shared with housekeeping.
In busy times and when out of order, you might need to wait a bit.

But this is not worth a Bad Mark or point.

Kobido massage at Mrs. Ania's. I just had the great pleasure of participating. I have never experienced anything so magical in my life. Mrs. Ania has magical hands, I felt very taken care of by her. Body on the table, and spirit in another dimension. Thank you very much and I wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Ania. If Kobido, then only with her. Wow! 🩷🙏

We had an amazing time in Karpacz. Our rooms were relatively big and definitely clean.

The room is not too big, but it is enough to do proper endurance or strength training in a hotel setting. Equipment in good condition and good quality. Next to the swimming pool there is a jacuzzi and a sauna. Everything you need when you want to get tired and then take care of yourself. Absolutely ok 💪💪💪🏋‍♂️🏋‍♀️🏋🏋‍♂️🏋‍♀️🏋🤸😀

I stay there for 2 days, It was amazing place. Hotel was clean and staff is very cooperative.

Absolutely love 💕 it:) We, a small family with a 5 year old boy, have visited Karpacz a couple of times and but stayed in aparthotels mostly before. This time we have decided to try a relatively big hotel at the end of May. This is great value for money , a paid parking a bit of disappointment but other facilities beat it. Children's pool, warm enough to stay there as long as you wish. Sauna for parents, you can relax there after having a hike. A small playground outside the backyard, a play room inside near the kitchen - heaven for kids
