Great place for family with children. Rooms are comfy, staff is friendly and helpful. The service including food is great. Spa area realy spacy and sufficient. We come again. Private parking possible. Prices are affordable.

It is quite nice place, not a hotel, with well-equipped rooms, conference centre or children facilities, good for families, with some animations for the younger ones, including aqua park with a kind of limited access to hotel guests. The rate for the May weekend was pretty pricey.

Either my or Booking misunderstanding at the begining of our stay but the lady at the front desk, Agnieszka did a great job a got it sorted. She was so kind and went really beyond. Well Done!

I'm italian, I never seen something like this in Italy. Beautiful place and panorama, a wonderful and accessible spa. Funny swimming pools for children. Free deliciuos buffet food. I will be periodic guest.

This is horrible place. Lazy, stupid staff. At the reception, they can't even describe where to go from the hotel to AQUAPARK (they pointlessly send you there via the first floor - but it's normally via the second lift). It is not possible to order drinks at dinner (only tap water is available). Breakfast - you get in the morning to look and leave to see your family, and then the doorman won't let you and your family in again because you've already been there. I do not recommend the stay. For the money it's a scam. And another great thing - the safe in the room - it is not allocated, you can take it with you :)

We visited the saunas a week ago and we got a nasty surprise to find out that we must rush from gate to gate - we were given 7 minutes to get undressed and get to the saunas area even though we'd paid for 2 hours - frustrating and annoying. And we weren't allowed to use their towels although they'd told us on the phone that they are included in the price - outrageous!

Great Easter weekend. We got lovely, large and spacey family room with balcony and as a welcome a free bottle of wine and sweets.
During stay the hotel offers a lot's of different activities for kids. Well equipped aquapark and SPA made our family happy. Everyone found their own fun. Very tasty meals on breakfast and supper. Extra restaurant and Night-club/ Pub on site made our time excellent.

Unfortunately we didn't even get to the hotel, a family member fell ill a week before arrival, I immediately wrote to the hotel about the possibility of changing the date. Date refused to change, deposit forfeited. That's why next time I prefer to buy accommodation through booking.
