Where to stay with pets in Karpacz

The location is great it is quite and there are a lot of activities to do, the room was clean and the staff are nice. Great for kids there is also a rollercoaster out back, you do have to pay for it do.

A Great weekend’s gateway spot. Big hotel with lots of entertainments. Big crowds to be expected over the weekend, but you don’t feel it as the place is huge and well organised. Amazing food variety

For me and family too crowdy, so many people, we was 3 day stay with all features included. Location in the heart of the mountain resort Karpacz, good place to start hiking

I love the location , large number of hiking trails, delicious food available at the restaurant and cafeteria. What I didn’t like was the noise level beyond tolerance

The beds are particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a day full of activities. Dining at the hotel is a delightful experience, with a variety of cuisines to choose from

Amazing location, beautiful hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Very quiet place, but at the same time a short distance to hiking trails, the ski slope and the center of the city Karpacz

Live music in the evenings! Generally this is how I immagine a modern 5 star hotel. Of course there are mistakes here and there: a broken window handle here, a missing toilet paper there, but no big deals

The staff speaks very good English and everyone was very professional, kind and helpful. We enjoyed the long and varied breakfasts and the best part was the perfect wellness and spa

Access to the pool area is dangerous - very slippery (not only for kids, for adults as well). Generally a nice hotel, with great food, but I wouldn't even consider going back there with small kids

I wouldn't call it kid-friendly (at least for 6yo and below) - difficult to get there, accessible only by car (the road has no sidewalk)

I'm italian, I never seen something like this in Italy. Beautiful place and panorama, a wonderful and accessible spa. Funny swimming pools for children. Free deliciuos buffet food. I will be periodic guest.

Well equipped aquapark and SPA made our family happy. Very tasty meals on breakfast and supper. Extra restaurant and Night-club/ Pub on site made our time excellent. The price adequately to the quality

Either my or Booking misunderstanding at the begining of our stay but the lady at the front desk, Agnieszka did a great job a got it sorted. She was so kind and went really beyond. Well Done!

We got lovely, large and spacey family room with balcony and as a welcome a free bottle of wine and sweets. During stay the hotel offers a lot's of different activities for kids

Great place for family with children. Rooms are comfy, staff is friendly and helpful. The service including food is great. Spa area realy spacy and sufficient

We were in Aquapark. 5 different kind of jacuzzi, river and wave. Kid have great time and also me. We didn't rent a room, we were from outside.

Nice location, very kids friendly with a lot of entertainment. Also, pets friendly! Rooms are OK, but nothing extraordinary. The fitness center is really small and with old equipment

Fantastic hotel!!! Nice quite location near centre of Karpacz. Good standard of the rooms, good facilities like pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Food is the biggest plus of the hotel. Very tasty, fresh variety of food

On the plus side: good location, good value for money, medium standard rooms and a swimming pool with spa area and gym, decent food and a bar open until 22

I just had the great pleasure of participating. I have never experienced anything so magical in my life. Ania has magical hands, I felt very taken care of by her. Body on the table, and spirit in another dimension

A great place as a base for exploring the area. A very nice atmosphere. Good food. Lots of attractions for the youngest, which allows you to spend time in bad weather. I would highly recommend!!!

We generally really enjoyed our 4 night stay in this hotel. It has a convenient location, near the trails and lift - we didn't need to use the car at all

Pretty nice hotel. The breakfast was good (average coffee). The sauna and pool are great! Bedroom doesn’t look amazing, but the bed are comfy. The shower has low pressure. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

We had beautiful time, food is excellent and room is cozy, and stuff young and friendly. ☺ Pool is little to small but that is not big problem for us. ☺

This hotel is located in Centrum. The hotel has a friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is served from 8am to 10am in the breakfast room. The breakfast has a large selection. The bedroom is large and modern

On the contrary side, the facilities with swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were open until 22:00. Also, the room could be warmer. Apart from that, everything was great

The bed is comfortable and the cleaning is perfect. The hotel has also spa, I recommed it. The hotel is perfect if you want to go skiing or hiking in the mountains

Very nice and cozy place, with friendly staff and excellent breakfast. The jacuzzi could be bigger - it can only accommodate 2-3 people

Our room was big and refurbished. However everything else in the hotel (including our hotel room bathroom) was very oldschool. That applies also to the staff and service

Breakfast was sufficient but we saw much better around. Only positive is their pool, but its surrounding/design is not very welcoming either

Breakfast amazing, very rich choices. Very nice dinner, including desert. Sauna should by turn on enough time before official opening. Because, when opening time is at 4pm and sauna has 50 degrees

Lovely hotel. The Christmas decorations were fantastically done. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Quick 5 minutes drive to the slopes, will definitely be back.

The hotel is located in a quiet part of town. Wi-Fi connection is free and fast. Rooms are tidy but pretty old fashioned and you can see some wear and tear

The bed listed as one for a couple is actually two narrow mattresses put together with a gap in the middle, Ill advised for couples that like to cuddle :) The hotel advertises a gym, but it's just one multi - exercise machine and 2 light weight dumbbells

There also is a sauna but we did not try it. For that price there might be better offers nearby, but perhaps we were unlucky with the room

Pleasant environment, comfortable room, including the bed. The staff was helpful, I was just surprised that they demanded payment for the accommodation in cash, even though the conditions were for payment by card

Hotel with a reasonable price with a good level of accomodation. Quite a long way to skiing slopes but the hotel has its own car (9 seats) so the can transport you easily

General hotel service as if nobody wanted anything. A big plus for being with a dog. Parking quite large, free of charge

Second year in a row visiting this hotel during the winter and it was fantastic. The food is delicious, traditional Polish kitchen. Clean swimming pool and sauna. Massages offered in the hotel are very professional

It turned out to be much cooler, prettier. With a very nice and large bathroom. Overall it was something to eat but still the same. There was always something missing and everything had to be asked for

But the rooms, unfortunately, in my opinion, are not fully adapted to the number of guests. The children slept on the fold-out couch. There was only a coffee table and a pouffe in the room

There was even somewhere in the day to sit down. The bathroom, on the other hand, is simply a failure. So small that it could barely fit one person. There were toiletries and towels

A great place with a family atmosphere. A huge plus of delicious breakfasts and location. Rooms clean and bright, well-equipped, very comfortable mattresses, tiny bathroom, but it was enough :)

The staff were very friendly and each member of staff could speak English or German, so we could always communicate. The location was also good and the rooms were clean. We had a very pleasant experience staying here.

Very friendly staff and very good breakfast. The balcony and shower place was quite small. There were not any room service / cleaning for 4 days we stayed. There are only single beds available and beds are comfy

Very good breakfasts - goat cheese and salmon are a rarity on hotel breakfasts, you can come with dogs and spend time walking in a beautifully adapted garden with a chill zone right next to the stream

We felt very well here, everything could be arranged without any problems. We wanted to stay a bit longer in the pool area and that was no problem at all, we asked for extra towels and that was no problem either

The hotel is situated in a charming place, near the dam on the Łomnica River. Very nice and communicative service. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the forest

There are no horses in the closet and no dust or any strange stains or rubbish behind the beds, I laughed to tears as I read some of the reviews. The hotel needs to be refreshed, but it is still very decent

However, it is worth checking the showers - note to the owner - we had moisture in the corners. Tasty and varied breakfasts and dinners. Linen, towels clean, fragrant

Beautiful pool and spa area, not busy at all so pretty much had to ourselves. Desserts were always great and bed soft and clean.

It's perfect place for every group ages, couples, families or retired. Fantastic service, clean and modern, perfect location. 15 minutes walk to Karpacz centre or 90 minutes to Sněžka 1603m

We stayed at Sowia Dolina at the end of January. The food was very good and there was always a nice selection for breakfast and dinner. The facilities are well maintained and there is always something to do

Even though it was snowing and people were dragging in snow all the time, it was quite incredible to see how the staff kept the corridors, elevators and other areas clean without disturbing the guests

Since 2008 we had always traveled to new places each ear including Carribean or South East Asia but to Artus resort we since the first visit come every year

The hotel has a great location. You can walk quite to the Wang temple, to the Kopa lift and to the center. Clean rooms, fulfill their function. The hotel offers bowling and sauna facilities

Excellent value. Price includes a very substantial dinner (!) and breakfast. Nice views to the forest and Riesengebirge (Karkonosze) mountains. Good base for hiking in the national park. Friendly.

There are animations for both children and adults. Buffet breakfasts and dinners. The only thing I miss at this hotel is, at least a small indoor pool, it would be perfect

From the outside, the hotel does not look very inviting and the rooms are ok. Furniture has its course, but there is no tragedy. Mattresses are a matter of taste - not very comfortable for me
