Hotel Monopol

I had a very nice stay at the Monopol during my recent work trip. It's a beautiful place with spacious and comfortable rooms, and the breakfast was excellent. However, I was disappointed with the services. The hotel arranged a car for me from/to the airport, but the price the driver charged was significantly different from the hotel's quotation. When I asked the hotel for an explanation, I received no response. I find this situation, along with the lack of a response, unacceptable for a hotel of this rank.

Be careful!!!!! Dont give them your visa in the check in if you are not the one who is going to pay on the hotel.
I was with my colleague and at the check in he told them to charge his
company and they insisted that we will give them a visa card, my colleague didnt has one and i was afraid to give them, because i was afraid that they will charge me and not him at the check out and they told me i have nothing to worry about, they wont charge me and its a normal procedure.
And unfortunately that what they did, they charged me.my colleague did the check out alone, without me and they
charged my visa and didnt asked my agreement for that, altought they told me they wont charge me!!!!!
And i was in the hotel all that time, they could ask me if its ok to charge my visa.i was all the time in the hotel packing all my staff.
A hotel that respects himself does not act like this .when you charge someones visa you need him to be there and let him know about that, especially when you told him you wont charge the visa!!!!They needed to ask me if its ok to charge my visa .
And the worse is that i told the hotel all that and asked them to charge the company, like my colleague told them at the check in and refund me and they refused!!!!!they dont see whats wrongwith how they handled the situationy
