Grand Hotel

Great location by the main square. An older hotel but the rooms were clean and service excellent.

Perfect! My first time visiting Kraków and it’s was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is virtually on the square and is on the doorstep to all central activities.

Also wanted to mention I left my charger in a restaurant one night and didn’t realise till I was back at the hotel and realised the restaurant was shut at this point… The most amazing/friendly/helpful receptionist ever Justyna lent me her personal charger after I told her what I had done! But previously to this occurrence at around teatime-ish when I was going out Justyna greeted me and was so nice asking me about my stay at the hotel, as well as if I was enjoying Kraków… then two gentlemen approached to check in which I moved away and sat down waiting for my family to come down. As I sat waiting I could hear how helpful and friendly she was to the gents, asking her questions and she was so helpful with her responses! As this was happening an elderly couple had ordered a taxi to take them to a restaurant but were confused as to where it was waiting for them. After Justyna finished helping the two gentlemen she approached the couple and went with them outside to help make sure they got into the correct taxi. So so friendly / approachable and super helpful. Thank you for making mine and my families stay at The Grand Hotel perfect!

Beautiful old hotel in an ideal location. Two minute walk to the main square , old town. ( this can be a little noisy at weekend but outwith the hotels control) Management and Staff go over and above to help their guests. We would highly recommend the Grand Hotel.

I brought my 8 year old niece for a weekend shopping trip. Grand is always safe. I must say that I found the butler and the man at the front desk to be very friendly. The hotel did not seem full and was very dark, both in the reception and restaurant. The room was clean and large, but only hot water in the shower and not in the sink.
Since we had two nights here, I thought it should have been addressed as soon as I pointed this out the first night. I can live with that, but it's still strange that it wasn't fixed.

Amazing historical place, in the heart of the Old town everything is walking distance, very nice and helpful staff!

The hotel was nice and authentic, however very old and outdated

I loved everything about this hotel. The location. The rooms. The amenities. The staff. Above and beyond. We had so much fun and loved the location so much.

The Grand can be described as Elegant and Sophisticated. It hark back to olden times when service was given to a very high standard. This is not a plastic hotel. There are proper carpets on the floor, good damask wallpaper on the walls. This is a 5 star plus hotel.

Amazing hotel, and I highly recommend you to stay there.
Staff are all nice,friendly and they support your wonderful stay.
I arrived there very late but they found a good restaurant, also arranged my another dinner too. Breakfast is great and scramble eggs were amazing.
The roof is high and you can relax well.

Historic hotel, well located in the center, 5 minutes from the central square, excellent value for money.
