The hotel is beautiful! Polite and kind staff. Comfortable clean room! Very tasty breakfasts and a large and varied selection of food.
There is a spa - and this is a nice bonus, where you can relax after a walk around the city.
There is a shopping center and a transport stop nearby - it is very convenient.
I definitely recommend this hotel!And thank you for the hospitality!

The hotel would be five stars if not of the beds being so bad
The location of the hotel is amazing if you have a car and you dont mind being out of the area for the benefit of having a water park and shopping mall next door and it’s very near to the airport

We loved our stay at Hotel Swing. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the facilities excellent. This is a perfect break for young families, mainly for the proximity to the water park.

Great hotel with amazing food and drinks! Everything was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. Good atmosphere. We enjoyed the trip with our group of children – the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Good hotel. Pretty comfy beds, friendly staff, ok. choice if it comes to a breakfast menu. Coffee not the greatest - the one from the machine is watered down, and the one order a la carte not much better. They need to work on that (4 star service rating for mediocre coffee). Luckily in a walking distance there are few coffee shops with really good, freshly brewed coffee.
Also, close by restaurants, convenient stores, supermarkets.
On the same parking lot there is a water park, so bringing the kids and also sauna complex where guests can purchase access.

Guests appear to be an inconvenience. Breakfast times changed without notifying guests 2 mornings running. No cosy areas to be in with friends. Hard to get bar or coffee services outside of set meal times. Very clean, large room but uncomfortable beds and hard skinny pillows. Attended a gala dinner and had to queue at bar for 20 minutes plus. Ran out of wine on their wine list after 10 minutes. It seemed that guests needing a drink on arrival at the event was a surprise. Young staff left to deal with disgruntled guests, no management presence. Reception team perfunctory

The hotel is decent and the water park is great! Breakfast was included, we paid 100pln extra for a cot for a child. It smells of old times, I think 4 out of 5 is a decent rating👍🔥
