Grand Ascot in Krakow

The hotel is a revelation. The Klima room was quiet and the decor was excellent. The service was excellent. An 8-minute walk to the market. Underground parking is available. I recommend the large apartments, excellent food, and breakfast.

Brilliant hotel!
Rooms are very spacious ,modern, clean, no noise (I was looking out on a busy street) & had a lovely balcony to sit on if wanted. Bathroom was enormous with shampoo, conditioner, body lotion towels changed daily if needed.
Breakfast had a very good selection of hot eggs, bacon, sausages & fruit, pastries, cereal etc…
Can’t comment on restaurant in evening as had 2 very long days so did not eat there but menu looked very appealing.
Hotel is close to main square approx 10mins walk.
I will be back for longer next time & can’t really recommend highly enough.

One of the loveliest hotels we have stayed in, large rooms, amazing shower ,spotless and quiet. Great location near the old square , breakfast was plentiful and delicious will recommend to our friends who want to come to Krakow

Appreciated many helpful, kind front desk staff, comfortable bed & pillows, mini-frig empty ready to use, kettle, convenient location for walking to sites & to public transport.

Housekeeping was tricky. They kept taking my key out leaving mini frig without power for the day, despite requests that this stop. Once she arrived mid-morning when I was on a work meeting call. She persisted in knocking on the door. I asked if she could come back later. Then she had her manager call. I asked if she could come back later. They seemed to disregard the door tag. When they cleaned the room, they often missed basics like toilet paper & refilling soap bottles.

The TV had only one English language program which was Euro News which just replays the same newscast. Missed options like Al Jazeera, BBC or CNN international.

Very modern hotel, very clean, friendly staff, even has a water dispenser and the location is top for visiting the city center. You are in the middle of Krakow and can get anywhere and back with no problem. Honestly all you could want from a hotel, highly recommend it!

New, clean, spacious and well located hotel. Highly recommend. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Big plus are the high quality breakfast and water refill in every floors. We had a great stay and I cannot complain anything.

Quick check-in. The hotel and our rooms were clean and everything was in order. The mattress was a bit soft. Fast internet, and there was cold water and soda available in the hallway. The street is quiet with little traffic. Since it's a smaller hotel, there were no lines at the elevator or at breakfast. Breakfast was great, and we could sit both indoors and outside. The courtyard was well-kept, and we were surrounded by greenery despite being in the city. We used Uber to get around, but the city center is within walking distance. There are many restaurants and cafés nearby, and even a pharmacy just two minutes away. The staff was always helpful and answered all our questions. I would especially like to highlight the kindness of the bartender, but we were happy with everyone! I can’t say anything negative—we left satisfied and we’ll definitely return!

Spacious room with a good sized bathroom. Sufficient power plugs. Good WiFi. Excellent breakfast selection and a good bar. Most notably an excellent service 24/7.

Seriously one of the best city hotels I stayed in. New facilities, well maintained, size of the room was crazy (family suite), nice decor and high level of room facilities (note that for the floor heating in the shower you need to keep the key card in the slot all time). Service is perfect and always with a smile and with a lot of patience. Breakfast is delicious and has many choices, nothing I missed (maybe only some light bubble wine for mimosa 😊)
