The hotel is located in an ideal location, very close to the beach. The hotel has 5 stars, but in my opinion it is too much for this facility. The rooms are already slightly worn, and the rooms on the first floor are not soundproofed enough. We could hear water flowing in our room all night long, the sound came from the corridor, and the ventilation grilles in the room were humming all night long. The service at the main reception was helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the same could not be said about the older lady serving at the Spa reception. The lady was rude, unpleasant and constantly complaining (someone walked in sandy shoes - bad, someone turned off the light in the Spa - again loud comments to customers). Breakfasts were very plentiful and delicious.

The stay was quite successful, after submitting a complaint about too much noise coming from the ventilation devices located above the occupied room, we were moved to another of a higher standard.
Breakfast very good with a lot of variety.
You can have reservations about the small pool.

This is just a 2-3 star hotel, not worth the price. Photos on their website seem to be quite old and photoshopped when compared to the reality. The whole hotel needs renovation (clearly for years now).
The check-in experience was not pleasant at all. The staff lied in our face, when we asked about a parking spot availability but after a few iterations finally found one spot “specially for us” (like it’s some sort of a magic).
The breakfast is a chaos - tables are placed too close to each other, during the high season there are too many visitors, making the whole experience awful for a supposedly 5 star hotel.
The room was spacious, but needed renovation. The mattresses were not comfortable at all. And the room service staff didn’t change the linens at all.
Nice view from the window, 6 floor cafe and very close to the sea. But this alone doesn’t make a hotel 5 stars and worth the price paid.
When talked to the manager, they nicely agreed to refund a significant part of our booking (even though it was against hotel’s booking policy) so we decided to stay in a different hotel.

Nice ,friendly place, but there's one or two things that they could fixin the room and restaurant. Beach is good , clean sand
