Commercial stay.
Good morning, we received a room in the old part of the building, where no one lived, the hall looked like a hospital, rubber on the floor, a specific smell. A room from the 90s. After talking to the lady at the reception, we were given a choice of 2 apartments in the new part of the building - great. Although I saw hair on the wall in the bathroom. Heating controlled by air conditioning, terribly noisy. A TV that doesn't connect to the internet. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are a laugh in the room. A poor, hackneyed choice. Coffee only for breakfast. Jelly desserts. If you want a cake, they invite you to a cafe, you have to buy it, despair. The food is tasteless and "poor". Paid parking, the barrier opens only after calling the guard, and so each time when entering and leaving. The swimming pool is nothing special, the women's locker room has a dirty floor. Nice location, close to the sea, right on the promenade. A hotel for people looking at the average age during my stay, which was 60+, definitely NOT for young people with children or couples looking for a romantic getaway. I will not return or recommend this hotel to my friends.

We were on holiday for a week and my impressions are very mixed. We started our holiday from August 9, 2024 to August 15, 2024. When we arrived, painting took over 2 hours. When we got to the room, everything was great, but when I took off the sheets, the sheets were dirty. When I went to the reception desk to ask someone to take it away, the lady said that I had to wait a while, it took a while, but the lady came and took away the dirty clothes. The parking lot for hotel guests was a bit exaggerated by the gentleman in the parking lot who was very nice and smiling. When we went for dinner, wow, it wasn't there, but it was tasty, the next day the breakfast was average, lunch was average and dinner was the same, there was very little choice, sometimes it was very male and sometimes not, coffee makers were only available for breakfast, it was a bit strange. The swimming pool is very small and the salty water is a disaster. We used it every day and when we returned, our hair smelt with salty water and it was impossible to wash it off. I only washed it after 3 courses when we were home. The staircase tracing paper was dirty for over 4 days and no one was interested. The location is great. The children's room is great. I can say that for people who go on a senatorial trip it's ok, but for people who go on holiday and who don't go with the National Health Fund it's average. Upon departure, the payment was made quickly and efficiently, without any words.

Very clean, well run, close to a beautiful beach and quaint town. Should have English signs and instructions to attract a more travellers. Looking at the other reviews, shame on you, what do you expect for low prices. The rooms were cleaned every other day, B&B is once a week for the same price

Yesterday I returned from the Hotel Verano. I spent a wonderful two weeks here. A hotel worth recommending, a revelation, I will definitely come back here. The entire service is very nice and the chef is probably a genius. The meals are very tasty, varied, like home-made. The brine pool or actually the service is very nice, friendly, polite. I would like to express my special praise and thanks to Mr. Miłosz. The classes he conducts are amazing, full of professionalism. I have already participated in swimming pool classes in various centers many times, but this was the first time I encountered such professionalism. Mr. Miłosz shows exactly how to perform a given exercise correctly, he pays attention to each practitioner. I believe the resort can pride itself on having such an employee. Besides, he is always smiling and cheerful. Anyway, it is not just my isolated opinion, all patients praise him very much. Together with Mr. Miłosz, a nice woman, Mrs. Dorotka, works at the pool. The changing rooms are always tidy, the lady is very polite, very polite. All other treatments are great, but I highlight the activities in the pool.

1. WiFi here is an insult to XXI century! If you plan to come here and work remotely, then forget about it or bring your own hotspot. You cannot get a stable connection with decent speed. Loading interrupts, VPNs get disconnected. Saying they have wifi, but one you cannot really use, is FALSE ADVERTISING!
2. Due coronavirus some rules are introduced in the dining area, but noone is enforcing it, while the staff do not manage the extra work.
3. Cleaning staff is not proficient at wiping floors, leaving wet floor, a slip hazard in your room, then arguing its not their fault but the weather!
4. Avoid taking a room next to a cleaning supply closet - staff is noisy, rattling off everything in there, so you can forget about sleeping late!
5. Avoid taking a room on ground level - they allow to park right in front of balconys.
6. But if you come here just for the sea and the beach, its like 200m from the porch. At least they deliver on that.
7. And yes - unless you complain - the staff is nice and friendly.
PS: spider webs, habited! In some corners, ones in plain sight!

The room was okay for spending the night there. The food was nothing special. Bread and chese or sausage. The personal was Friendly

One of the best pizza i ever ate. The handmade limonade is absolutely recommendable. It's direct at some Tennis courts on the promenade near the beach.
