A very enjoyable stay. Nice and helpful service both at the reception and in the canteen. Delicious breakfast, lots to choose from. Clean rooms, spacious bathroom, daily cleaning, electric kettle in the corridor on each floor. A huge advantage is the hotel's proximity to the beach, railway station, swimming pool, on-site cafeteria and elevator.

Ambience is getting old. Food pretty monotonous. Choice for lunch, well... everything there was with dill. Age wise 50-60+. Not a hit for me, between the old people.

The receptionist was not helpful, she sat in the back all the time and graciously provided limited information.
The building is old, ugly, its glory days are long gone.
The prices for the stay, which are tripled due to the festival taking place at that time, are an expression of the typical greed typical of seaside towns.
The only plus is the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Although there was fungus in the shower cabin.
Even though we paid PLN 670 for one night, we were not entitled to a parking space as part of our reservation. Embarrassing. I will never use this facility again in the future and I highly do not recommend it.

Stay for a week in April 2024. The hotel itself is well located. The treatment base is good. Food and service were very good (as in most NAT facilities). Average standard rooms. The fridge heats up instead of cooling, there is no possibility to prepare coffee or tea in the rooms (there is one kettle available in the corridor). The mattresses would need to be replaced, or at least seasonally rearranged. The advantage is the swimming pool and a small cafe. The big disadvantage is the tiny, paid parking lot, which is difficult to reserve, and is partly located under trees, which, unfortunately, were used by malicious seaside birds as a toilet, needless to say, where the end result ends up. And one perhaps strange comment, but for older people, a longer shoehorn would be useful in rooms.

I stayed at the NAT "Górnik" hotel for a week at the beginning of October 2023 in a double room with a large bathroom. The hotel and room were clean and well-kept. With a swimming pool and its own terrace. Good breakfast and dinner buffets, lunch served at the table. Nice and helpful staff. Good localization. 5 minutes walk to the beach - 500 meters. Approximately 1.5 km to the pier. To the lighthouse and port about 2 km. The Arka revolving café is about 2 km away - I especially recommend it, with a beautiful view of the sea from the 11th floor.

The hotel itself seems nice. The rooms (ours) were very clean. The only thing that was strange for us was that to get to the room you have to leave the hotel to get to the room, which is located on the side of the hotel, so the landlord has the impression that he lives in servants' rooms. Ok, this is a solution because we heard that we got this room because most likely there were no other rooms available and for that I am grateful, but I give opinions based on honesty and experience. To sum up: clean, very nice service, but the lady on the phone did not inform us that we would be staying "at the back" or in "servants' rooms" (of course, with all due respect to the people who work in this hotel) you can call it in a hundred different ways. I fly around the world and I'm not a star, but I encountered such a situation for the first time in Kołobrzeg, in this hotel

If 3 stars are enough, it's okay. Nice service, clean. Swimming pool also great. Price and performance are right for it. Not luxury, just a quick trip to the beach 😀

My husband and I spent a week's holiday in this hotel. We are very pleased. Friendly service, tasty meals, great location. We have already used all the offers of NAT hotels and they were all great. I have one comment regarding my own bikes. Would it be possible to create a place where (electric) bicycles could be locked? In some hotels this is possible.
