Very basic for the price. The pool is saving the scores. The hotel itself is hanging back in 80's of the previous century. * Rooms are very poorly equipped. * No rails to hang a towel or to dry the swimming suit. * Light switch too far from the bed. *Confusing air-conditioning *No leaflet with basic information or a notepad *No choice of wine at the restaurant, none on the menu. *We have ordered a steak beef with mixed salads and received Polish pork chop with cooked cabbage. *Beds are as old as the hotel most likely. *Tiny duvets. *Dirty show print on the bed The staff are friendly. Ps I am staying here for another 4 days. I will add the positives ...as soon as I find them.

Overall, a neat, well-prepared and equipped room (kettle, bottled water, tea, cosmetics). Comfortable beds, spacious room. The carpet could perhaps be replaced, but it was cleaned. Even thin walls, like in buildings from the Polish People's Republic, do not bother. Room service is ok. Very kind people in reception. Large, free parking. For guests free access to the swimming pool (large, as for a hotel pool), sauna and jacuzzi. Excellent, abundant breakfasts. Very charming area, quiet, next to a park and ponds (ideal for walks). Close to public transport (tram, bus), shops and bars. Access to the center in 30-40 minutes, by public transport.

old amenities. The apartment was nice. Bed was good. Breakfast very good.
The lady in service was working non-stop and very kind. Reception very helpful.

AC not working. Very poor service. Restauraunt was lacking staff, had to go inside the kitchen to find someone. 10min later a very annoyed server brought a menu, which was not very fun. Breakfast was barely worth wasting time for. At this point i was decided to never come back. Forgot a laptop (€70) charger in the room. Not even a reply to my email asking about it.
No, go somewhere else.

Excellent facilities and great value for money
Very comfortable stay in a Delux King Room, with sun soaked balcony overlooking gardens and the pool. Very quiet and peaceful.
The room/bathroom could do with an update and some deep cleaning (walls, doors etc.) but was perfectly adequate and comfortable.
The bed itself was clean and comfortable.
Lovely pool area and gardens.
Great selection of breakfast in a nicely decorated, meticulously clean restaurant area which overlooked the pool. Pool itself and communal areas were beautifully clean and tidy.

Diffinetly would recommend. Great staff, we was lucky and could check in 4.5 h early on arrival. The reception staff very happy and helpful. Lovely swimming pools and great food. Excellent choice of breakfast and delicious dinner. Also chicken nuggets and chips available for my daughter of the menu.

Poor quality rooms. We paid €83 per night with breakfast. Unfortunately, the quality is worth half of this price. The hotel remained as it was in 2004.

Very dirty, dust everywhere - obviously not wiped off for weeks. Dirty carpet. Very poor finish, bathroom fittings so dirty that I didn't feel like taking a shower. Standard breakfast, but with very poor ingredients. The room was large and comfortable, but due to the dirt and embarrassing condition, I did not want to spend time in it. The outdoor area is full of garbage bags. The price does not match the quality offered. The pool is ok, the lifeguard is polite, but he sits behind the door - in a crisis, there is little chance of a proper response. Cardboard boxes at the entrance, a ping-pong table folded in half. Overall impression: a previous era at a price similar to decent chain hotels. I won't come back, I don't recommend it.
