Diffinetly would recommend. Great staff, we was lucky and could check in 4.5 h early on arrival. The reception staff very happy and helpful. Lovely swimming pools and great food. Excellent choice of breakfast and delicious dinner. Also chicken nuggets and chips available for my daughter of the menu.

Poor quality rooms. We paid €83 per night with breakfast. Unfortunately, the quality is worth half of this price. The hotel remained as it was in 2004.

It is good choice when you want to stay in Łódź for business or some quiet place as it is located far from centre. I didn't have time to check spa area because of too much work but room was really nice and breakfast tasty as well.

When I asked for an extra pillow, I got the answer that it was impossible to get it, strange... but okay. However, when it is so hot outside and you order a hotel with air conditioning, you hope that it will not only be there but also perform its function. Unfortunately, the air conditioner did not work even after two requests. They told me that they turned it on, and I would have to wait, unfortunately, it didn't work all night, although it made noise like a lawnmower. The pool was good, the breakfast was good, but the lousy sleep ruined everything. I am disappointed.

Staff was nice, the rooms were okay, some of the lamps and switches were slightly tilted, and there were only two plugs for the whole room, one in the living room and one in thr bathroom, the air conditioner was not also working. Plus points for the clean pool, if you are willing to wake up at 7-8 am, the pool is completely empty and just for you, you will get a nice morning swim in here.

Swimming pools are amazing. But the level of cleanness is kind of low. And there is no place in standard room to dry things after pool. The restaurant is closed after 21 and on Mondays. There is a kettle but no fridge in the room. And the hooks on the wall cannot hold even the weight of a hat.

Hotels needs renovation from outside, but the location is quiet. Very good breakfast.

Very disappointing experiance. Constructions started from 7am. Receptionist is unpolite and pretends it is not happening
