I was very happy with this place, it’s 2 mins walk to Ausch-witz and the hotel is very nice. It has a restaurant and bar and your room will likely include breakfast in the price, which is basically unlimited all you can eat buffet, with juices, coffee and cakes. The rooms we clean and the staff were friendly. I was not expecting this for the price I paid.

Camped in their secure car park for 2 nights so we could visit Auschwitz about 20 mins walk away. Use of luxury toilets and supermarket opposite. Cost 30 PLN a night. Would recommend, staff very nice and food available hotel.

Didn't stay, but ate dinner at the restaurant. The waitress lost the order, didn't know the price of a glass of wine, after writing the order down gave us the wrong dish. Service was slow, but the food was good. We won't be repeat customers.

Amazing breakfast! This is the highlight of the hotel. Rooms are quite spacious and clean with a modern touch and location convenient to reach Auschwitz museum. One thing they can improve is the customer service. Receptionist looked quite bothered when we asked her a couple of things. Maybe because was late and she couldn’t speak English very well.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights on a visit to Auschwitz. The hotel is very clean and modern. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. bathroom was ultra clean. Beds were very comfortable. We went to this hotel for a classtrip and it was over all very nice. We had the room 1 that was pretty spacious even for 3 people. Only the bathroom/shower was a bit small. The hotel has immaculate rooms, accommodating staff, and a fantastic restaurant. I could not ask for anything more. Quiet room, showed with excellent water pressure and hot. If you are visiting the Auschwitz concentration camp, this is a great hotel to stay at.

One of the best hotel choices of our trip. Large clean room, AC already running, friendly staff, across street from Auschwitz entrance, good reastaurant. We took our time to enjoy the room a little longer.

Great hotel and restaurant. Clean rooms, big enough for 3*, friendly staff. Very close to museum Auschwitz and to free bus stop between Auschwitz-Birkenau. Their restaurant is probably much better (taste) than those around hotel.

The Lobby is comfortable, just as the rooms. Almost everything is cleaned but there is mold in the shower and my towel was dirty... as we asked at the recipion to clean the mold, they promised us to clean it immediately. later that day when we came back to hotel and the rooms got made, the mold was still there. Perfect location. Hotel nice n clean. Can’t fault it. Just wish they had tea/coffee facilities in the room.

The location is unbeatable for a visit to Auschwotz-Birkenau. Parking is free and easy and the reception agents are friendly and courteous. With a few improvements this place would be so much better. Namely the bed. It was just horrible. We woke up with our backs in pain. The restaurant was fine with a good amount of options and good pricing. Nice hotel with free parking lot. Breakfast is basic but the food at the restaurant is great for a dinner. They don't accept euro but you can pay with credit card.

The hotel is perfectly located near the old town, it’s clean and personnel are very friendly. There are good restaurants nearby as well as many shops. The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was clean. The only real issue I had was having no refrigerator in the room. Other than that, everything was fine. Also, the food in the restaurant was outstanding.

A typical European style Hampton Hotel. It means that there is parking, in the garage, but it is paid, 45 PLN for a night. The service meets the expectations of a Hilton hotel. Hotel in the historical center of Oswiecim, right next to old castle. Service fulfills expectations for Hilton chain hotel, probably even exceeds the US level for Hampton. The room was modern and tidy. Breakfast had wide variery of selection. Especially would like to high light the salad buffet in the breakfast table. All vegetables fresh and here also wide selection of toppings.

Me and my partner mandie stayed 6 nights last week and what a fantastic hotel and staff.location is amazing and very beautiful. I booked this hotel because of its close proximity to a well known museum and close walking distance to the town centre. The service was great with the front desk able to communicate in English. Whictoria helped me out of a tough spot at 3 am In the morning. Not only did she help me still get to check in to my room that I was late for, but let me upgrade to help accommodate my coworkers who lost their room to another hotel. Coming from the United States, I would stay here again if/when I come back.

The room was modern and functional, as was the bathroom, which we also remember for the very good water pressure and temperature.
