I was very happy with this place, it’s 2 mins walk to Ausch-witz and the hotel is very nice. It has a restaurant and bar and your room will likely include breakfast in the price, which is basically unlimited all you can eat buffet, with juices, coffee and cakes. The rooms we clean and the staff were friendly. I was not expecting this for the price I paid.

Called only for a drink in the bar, so can’t rate the rooms. Modern and impeccably clean hotel in the public areas. Visited with two friends, coffee and a beer! Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended

Camped in their secure car park for 2 nights so we could visit Auschwitz about 20 mins walk away. Use of luxury toilets and supermarket opposite. Cost 30 PLN a night. Would recommend, staff very nice and food available hotel.

Didn't stay, but ate dinner at the restaurant. The waitress lost the order, didn't know the price of a glass of wine, after writing the order down gave us the wrong dish. Service was slow, but the food was good. We won't be repeat customers.

Amazing breakfast! This is the highlight of the hotel. Rooms are quite spacious and clean with a modern touch and location convenient to reach Auschwitz museum. One thing they can improve is the customer service. Receptionist looked quite bothered when we asked her a couple of things. Maybe because was late and she couldn’t speak English very well.

The best place to stay if you are visiting Auschwitz. Its bang opposite to the Auschwitz museum. Most convenient if you plan to catch the early entry.

Perfect stay. I’ve been there for around 5 days. The employees are very kind and helpful. The whole hotel atmosphere was very pleasant and somewhat luxurious. The room was very nice and had everything a person might need. The spa was amazing just like the massage!

Just awesome 👌🏾. Beautiful town with lovely places to walk. If you don't feel like a 3 hour return journey from Krakow, then this is the perfect solution. Restaurants, rooms and spa amenities are brilliant 👏🏽.

Nice place to be. For a good price you get some real stuff. A nice room with a clean sanitair. The food in the restaurant is nice, but the seemed to be potato's are very weird, but in general I recommend this hotel for a stay.

Nice hotel with free parking lot. Breakfast is basic but the food at the restaurant is great for a dinner. They don't accept euro but you can pay with credit card.

The hotel is perfectly located near the old town, it’s clean and personnel are very friendly. There are good restaurants nearby as well as many shops. The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was clean. The only real issue I had was having no refrigerator in the room. Other than that, everything was fine. Also, the food in the restaurant was outstanding.

Hotel in the historical center of Oswiecim, right next to old castle. Service fulfills expectations for Hilton chain hotel, probably even exceeds the US level for Hampton. The room was modern and tidy. Breakfast had wide variery of selection. Especially would like to high light the salad buffet in the breakfast table. All vegetables fresh and here also wide selection of toppings.

Whictoria helped me out of a tough spot at 3 am In the morning. Not only did she help me still get to check in to my room that I was late for, but let me upgrade to help accommodate my coworkers who lost their room to another hotel. Coming from the United States, I would stay here again if/when I come back.

The room was modern and functional, as was the bathroom, which we also remember for the very good water pressure and temperature.

Nice atmosphere. Ignore the reviews from people who say it is old. The furniture is new reproduction furniture and all clean and functional. In court parking for a few cars. Downside quite a climb with no lifts. Not disabled friendly. Didn't use the restaurant.

Friendly staff and customer service, but it shouldn't be an ibis Styles brand. Perhaps, if with Accor, it could take the ibis Budget name, but that might still be a stretch. Basic rooms but hotel staff were very accommodating with our boisterous kids' karate squad (and their parents!). Even allowing us to eat our own food and drink our own drinks in the bar and foyer area. Cheap food & drink prices ?

The 3rd football club in the city (Rekord Bielsko-Biala, play here in the 4th tier. Saw them play Otmuchow. Within the complex, plays a successful indoor football team, that I plan to watch one day. Also there is a hotel here.

Great hot stone massage for only 170 zloty. Good food in the restaurant with friendly service. Everyone spoke English which was very helpful as my Polish is limited to a few words. We stayed in a comfort room which was spotless but felt a little old fashioned compared to the entrance and ground floor.

Near mountains situated hotel with many summer and winter atractions, yet close enought to the city Bielsko Biala. I enjoyed the accomodation with high standard services.

We arranged a yoga retreat at the hotel, and I must say I've never seen such good standard at any other hotels in Poland. Adding to that, the staff were very nice - including the cleaning personnel :) Warmly recommended!

Had beef tartare and chicken liver in a hotel restaurant and both were delicious. The staff of the hotel (waiters, bartenders, cleaning service and receptionist) were super polite and helpful. They are doing amazing job for you to feel well there.
