I was very happy with this place, it’s 2 mins walk to Ausch-witz and the hotel is very nice. It has a restaurant and bar and your room will likely include breakfast in the price, which is basically unlimited all you can eat buffet, with juices, coffee and cakes. The rooms we clean and the staff were friendly. I was not expecting this for the price I paid.

Camped in their secure car park for 2 nights so we could visit Auschwitz about 20 mins walk away. Use of luxury toilets and supermarket opposite. Cost 30 PLN a night. Would recommend, staff very nice and food available hotel.

Didn't stay, but ate dinner at the restaurant. The waitress lost the order, didn't know the price of a glass of wine, after writing the order down gave us the wrong dish. Service was slow, but the food was good. We won't be repeat customers.

Amazing breakfast! This is the highlight of the hotel. Rooms are quite spacious and clean with a modern touch and location convenient to reach Auschwitz museum. One thing they can improve is the customer service. Receptionist looked quite bothered when we asked her a couple of things. Maybe because was late and she couldn’t speak English very well.

We went to this hotel for a classtrip and it was over all very nice. We had the room 1 that was pretty spacious even for 3 people. Only the bathroom/shower was a bit small. The location is unbeatable for a visit to Auschwotz-Birkenau. Parking is free and easy and the reception agents are friendly and courteous. With a few improvements this place would be so much better. Hotel in the historical center of Oswiecim, right next to old castle. Service fulfills expectations for Hilton chain hotel, probably even exceeds the US level for Hampton. Whictoria helped me out of a tough spot at 3 am In the morning. Not only did she help me still get to check in to my room that I was late for, but let me upgrade to help accommodate my coworkers who lost their room to another hotel. I've stayed in this hotel for one night. Excellent standard and real good value for money, good restaurant too. The hotel was nearly empty when I've been there. It is a bit far out of the city center, yet.

Great hotel, located next to a sportcomplex, you can use all the facilities for free. Rooms are a bit thight but the beds were great. Only downside being that the staff didn't speak english.

The hotel is for everybody very interesting who loves sports and spa. You have the possibility to use many of the fields (e.g. soccer, tennis or table tennis). The hotel has its own bar, where you can also play bowling. There is also a swimming pool, two whirlpools and two sauna.

Nice atmosphere. Ignore the reviews from people who say it is old. The furniture is new reproduction furniture and all clean and functional. In court parking for a few cars. Downside quite a climb with no lifts. Not disabled friendly. Didn't use the restaurant.

I arrived late and left early and didn't have breakfast. But it was quiet and clean with a new bathroom. A little problem at checkin when she didn't speak a word english and didn't find my reservation. But it was solved after a while. Location quite central

The name of the hotel is related to a historical area in Poland, with a profound cultural heritage. A large shopping mall can be reached in a 5-minute walk.

I needed a hotel situated close to the important roads such that I can efficiently travel by car to my intended destinations. The hotel was perfect for that. The room was just right for my needs. The hotel was clean enough for my needs. Staff was friendly and polite. I did not have any particular issues.

Great Hotel, room are big super clean and bed are so comfortable. We stayed there for 3 nights during Christmas time. The market was only five minutes away by walking. Being so close to the city center was so convenient.

Location and service were great. You can basically know half of Katowice's attractions by foot by staying here. At night, though, it can get noisy due to the neighboring bars and night clubs, or inconvenient guests that just don't care. Since this is not a hotel, it's hard to report such incidents. Still, I'd recommend a short stay for tourists getting to know multiple cities in Poland.

The room we were in was small. I am 182, but someone a bit taller, 190 will have a problem with the bed. Location is great and so is the breakfast. The food in the morning was fantastic, literally some of the best "hotel food" ive had, and i travel quite a bit. Anyway, our room was small, perhaps other rooms are bit bigger. Would i stay there again? Of course!

The apartment was very nice and in the centre of Katowice. The owner was very kind and he came earlier to open it and let us have our language inside. It was on a central street with plenty choices of food and drink, although there was a little noise in the night. It was 5' max from the central bus and train station. I would totally recommend it for someone who wants to explore the city.

Had a 4am check in and provided with a 1.30pm later check out. Room was spacious and bed comfy. Breakfast was diverse. Location was central. Lots of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. Staff were polite, service minded in person and via email correspondence.

I stay here most of the time when I come on business trips. The price is very cheap and the breakfast is not bad. And parking is free. The accessibility to the city is very good, so it is good to stay at an affordable price.

The Staff where super friendly and helpful. but sleeping here was impossible as the room was super hot and suffocating so we had to open the window and with the window open there is no way of sleeping due to the rail way behind the hotel, so all night almost every 30 minutes...

The hotel is super city centered, and the staff here are nice and friendly. However, the room equipment is not satisfying,: very small single quilt was provided, and the mattress for a queen bed was putting two single bed mattresses together.

beautiful, pleasant and clean hotel but unfortunately with below average staff and average breakfasts. for the whole three days the receptionists were very unpleasant, impudent and rude. Thanks to them we could not use the paid parking in the garage, no apology came AND they did not even care. you really do not expect this in such a hotel.

For people who don't drive there's a tram stop that brings you into town only a 10 minute walk away from the hotel.
