I was very happy with this place, it’s 2 mins walk to Ausch-witz and the hotel is very nice. It has a restaurant and bar and your room will likely include breakfast in the price, which is basically unlimited all you can eat buffet, with juices, coffee and cakes.
The rooms we clean and the staff were friendly.

Called only for a drink in the bar, so can’t rate the rooms. Modern and impeccably clean hotel in the public areas. Visited with two friends, coffee and a beer! Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended

Amazing breakfast! This is the highlight of the hotel.
Rooms are quite spacious and clean with a modern touch and location convenient to reach Auschwitz museum.
One thing they can improve is the customer service. Receptionist looked quite bothered when we asked her a couple of things. Maybe because was late and she couldn’t speak English very well.

Camped in their secure car park for 2 nights so we could visit Auschwitz about 20 mins walk away. Use of luxury toilets and supermarket opposite. Cost 30 PLN a night. Would recommend, staff very nice and food available hotel.

Didn't stay, but ate dinner at the restaurant. The waitress lost the order, didn't know the price of a glass of wine, after writing the order down gave us the wrong dish. Service was slow, but the food was good. We won't be repeat customers.

Along the route to Auschwitz, an employee of this hotel in a yellow traffic jacket motions cars to use the car park of the hotel. He told us it was the official car park of Auschwitz, and that the entrance to the camp museum is just a 5 minute walk.
After parking our car we went on out way to the entrance of the museum. The walk took about 20 minutes instead of just 5, almost making us miss our guided tour. This really is a nasty tourist trap, which is a specially sickening practice at such a significant site.

Employees of the hotel are deceitful. I do not recommend the hotel. Employees on purpose make a car drive in their parking so that the driver has to pay around 8 euros for leaving/ driving out of the parking. When asked a question, they lied right in my face when I asked if a have arrived at the same place, thrn I parked and had to pay for leaving even though I was not at the right place. I would not trust a hotel where Employees lie right on meeting you.

Great hotel. very nice rooms. watch the prices as they are as from.... staff is very helpful and friendly. Watch the rooms on the back of the hotel for the noise from the other business like the airco and compressor and the early greenguys. The international part of the breakfast needs some work still. It is a waste how much is left over of the local food. And the hotel should use cooling in the breakfast buffet. The staff however ia great. Compliments.
