Villa Green in Oswiecim

The hotel is perfectly located near the old town, it’s clean and personnel are very friendly. There are good restaurants nearby as well as many shops. The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was clean. The only real issue I had was having no refrigerator in the room. Other than that, everything was fine. Also, the food in the restaurant was outstanding.

Service fulfills expectations for Hilton chain hotel, probably even exceeds the US level for Hampton.
The room was modern and tidy.
Breakfast had wide variery of selection. Especially would like to high light the salad buffet in the breakfast table. All vegetables fresh and here also wide selection of toppings.

A typical European style Hampton Hotel. It means that there is parking, in the garage, but it is paid, 45 PLN for a night.

The room is very modern, with USB ports built into the sockets.
The breakfast was amazing, the widest choice of food I have seen in several years of travelling around the world.
The decorations and pictures on the wall were very nice.

I really liked that the ladies who helped with breakfast had shirts with a similar pattern to the ones in the pictures. Lots of little squares in different colours.

Our room (123) was not very soundproof from the corridor. When going to the lifts we could hear people talking behind the doors. Also, when we were in the room, some doors somewhere would slam loudly and we would hear it loudly

Me and my partner mandie stayed 6 nights last week and what a fantastic hotel and staff.location is amazing and very beautiful. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff including a few problems with paying with cards but these problems were overcome in a friendly way including us arriving at about 3am in the morning due to the flight from England and cards would not be accepted.the young lady on reception even said its no problem sort later if you need to the payment.very kind offer but we found a card that worked so problem sorted.the rooms and everywhere else are all immaculate and clean.all staff very smiley which is refreshing and the breakfast was the best we have ever had in any hotels we have used(and we have stopped in many).a couple of nights we ate in the hotel and this food was outstanding too.everything was freshly cooked and all ingredients were very fresh too.bar prices and food prices were very cheap too..so thankyou hampton by hilton oswiecim we will be back ASAP we love your country and your people

I booked this hotel because of its close proximity to a well known museum and close walking distance to the town centre. The service was great with the front desk able to communicate in English. Check in was easy and quick.

The room was very clean with lots of room. Each room has climate control which was quick and effective allowing me to adjust the temperature to my preference.

The washroom was very clean and spacious. My one concern was with the slight lack of water pressure alongside the water not consistently being at my desired warmth in the shower. It seems to have a safe guard in place from preventing the water go to my desired warmth.

The breakfast buffet was extremely generous and honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. There were plenty of different options both hot and cold, lots of different available side options, and plenty of toppings/sauces.

The town centre is about a 5 minute walk. The town centre has quite a few bars and restaurants. Directly below the restaurant, there are a few more restaurants including a cafe and a ramen place. The hotel restaurant is open as well.

Important to note that parking is extra and be sure to pay for it at the hotel desk as you can’t pay upon exit.

Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is terrific! It is located near the marketplace, and is very close to many museums in the area. It is short trip by taxi to Auschwitz and the train station. Perfect location to meet your needs.

The rooms are very nice, well maintained, and have daily housekeeping service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Anna, who works the desk in the mornings, was very helpful with getting me taxis and giving me great ideas for the places to see during my visit! Once again, the whole staff deserves credit for the incredible stay I had in Oswiecim.

Of note, in addition to the free breakfast, they have an excellent dinner menu and bar for your evening dining needs. I recommend the pork tenderloin, as it was one of my favorite dishes.
Last but not least, would I stay here again? Absolutely

Whictoria helped me out of a tough spot at 3 am In the morning. Not only did she help me still get to check in to my room that I was late for, but let me upgrade to help accommodate my coworkers who lost their room to another hotel. Coming from the United States, I would stay here again if/when I come back.

Very clean room. The service was great. I told the night staff that I was gluten free and asked if they had gluten free items on the breakfast buffet. The lady told me she would let them know that they had a gluten free guest and I could also let them know in the morning. The staff seemed to have been waiting for me. I mentioned to one of them that I was told to tell them that I'm gluten free and things were set into motion. I spoke with one lady that gave me a booklet with allergens listed. I told her that I'd like an omelet. I asked if they had gluten free bread. They did! They brought out gluten free toast with the omelet. It was delicious! Thank you!

The service was great and the amount of food on the buffet was the most I've ever seen at a hotel. All the staff seemed very polite, happy and hardworking.

I asked the staff to please let the breakfast servers that I was very appreciative of all their help that morning but I wanted to make a post saying thank you as well! Thank you!!

Nice stay so far, FO 50/50, careless F&B in general, with only one dark haired lady with a hair knot that likes her job. Not too tall "I'm really sorry for not knowing the name, she's just great and very social", always welcoming all of the guests, ready to help.

Good location in general, outstanding housekeeping, bar available, just a bit overpriced.

We were an American family of five of all differing ages and every one of us enjoyed this hotel thoroughly. The staff is remarkably friendly, helpful, and the breakfast IS AMAZING.

We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to Auschwitz, deciding to stay closer to the landmark versus staying in a big city, but this location was perfect. Old town charm, wonderfully priced, and is walking distance to great restaurants and eateries.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. (Thanks to the front desk staff for all the tips on where to park in Krakow, where to get amazing pierogi, and for the amazing drinks)
