Reviews
I cant wait to go back!!
Big, spacious and clean hotel rooms. Very helpful staff. The receptionist helped us to rent e-bikes. Excellent breakfast with a lot of different options. Nice and quiet spa with saunas and a big pool. I had the best cocktails in the evening at the nice terrace! I can really recommend this beautiful hotel surrounded by beautiful mountains!
The kindest staff I’ve ever met. The service is amazing and the food in their restaurant is up to class. They have a nice outdoor and indoor pool, 3 different saunas and a jacuzzi🤩
The room was so nice and the bed really comfortable. The area is so beautiful and an amazing view over the mountains and valley. We rented electrical mountain bikes from the hotel and biked around 3 different mountains. Theres a lot of hiking options in the area as well!
Big big recommendation! I will return😄
St.Lukas offers also access to a SPA which I definitely recommend, they have a big pool, jacuzzi and different types of sauna. We were there every day after all the outdoor actvities, which helped us relax and get ready for the next day.
And the best part was food! Such a wide variety of choices for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Usually including some polish specialities definitely worth trying.
If I could I would give it 6/5 stars. If you want a relaxing vacation, but also enjoy some outdoors activities, this is the place you are looking for!
Good things first. We were able to pay the city tax in CZK instead of PLN. It's sad guests have to pay in cash but I guess this is how city wants it. Staff was friendly. Everything was clean. Rabbits in the garden were cute. During dinner you can get water and tea as part of it.
Now the bad things.
- Paying extra for parking and 6 EUR. No other hotels around have this. I didn't pay it and parked at free parking around the corner so I highly recommend doing the same.
- It is far from 4 star hotel. 3 stars at most. Stay with dinner was fairly expensive compared with other hotels around so I expected bit more. Rooms were clean but furniture worn out. In the TV only german and polish channels (or russian but from german side). I don't think it's that hard to arrange czech or english channels considering at least 30% of guests must be czechs.
- SPA is a joke. There are three saunas and on small indoor pool (forget about swimming) and one jacuzzi (absolutely impossible to get into it without waiting) for whole hotel with capacity of what.. 200 or 300 guests? As a bonus sauna is opened only from 17 to 22. During dinner. Why can't be sauna running whole day is beyond my understanding. There is no reservation list either.
- Breakfast was just a crowded mess. All tables taken. Noise. The queue for coffee machine to get the decent bean coffee. Grapefruits or melons are not being refilled. There is nothing sweet except for some home made bakery (one type) and musli. Bread wasn't fresh. Facilities just not prepared for the amount of guests.
- Dinner was calmer as not everyone has it included but the selection of food was nothing great for the price. Two types of meat, two types of soups. Spaghetti and some leftovers from breakfast.
