Nice hotel, nothing to complain about
I only found the food in the restaurant a bit less… it wasn't bad but not super good either, maybe we as Belgians are used to a bit too much 😉

Everything was great, easy check-in and check-out.
As we arrived by train, the train station was within walking distance for us.

The hotel was exceptionally beautiful, clean, and modern. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spotless, bright, and wonderfully quiet. The breakfast was outstanding!! Since we stayed over Christmas, they offered a buffet instead of à la carte, but the food was of high quality with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The location was excellent—very central, just a 3-minute walk from the central station and with a tram station conveniently located right across the street. We would definitely book the hotel again if we plan to visit Szczecin again!

Hotel in very good location close to flixbus stop and train station. Very friendly receptionists, quiet and cute room . Food from room service very good. All in all I can recommend and I would totally visit again!

Hotel is brillant in the center of Stettin. Nice room, service and friendly staff.

The hotel is located near the train and bus stations, which is a huge advantage. An excellent base for a city break, due to the proximity of public transport stops. If you are traveling by car, the hotel provides parking. The hotel itself is very clean, tastefully decorated and stylish. Particular attention to every little detail deserves special attention. Delicious food. The staff is helpful, polite, ready to share their knowledge both about the hotel itself and about Szczecin itself. On the 5th floor there is an observation deck with a panoramic view of the city. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family, and I will return with great pleasure! In this hotel everyone will feel like a VIP :)

From the outside it looks rather unremarkable, but inside we find very clean and beautifully decorated interiors. I have stayed in many hotels, but this one hits the nail on the head! Plus the price is incredibly affordable. Delicious breakfasts, freshly squeezed juices, great pancakes, juicy fruits - I sincerely recommend this place. The only small drawback is that there are no windows outside - the windows overlook the corridors, which causes slight disgust (I add a photo with a "view" outside the window and a view from under the hotel), but the equipment and everything else is definitely 5!

The rooms are neat and modernly furnished. The bed was very comfortable, nice to have two pillows per person. Overall, the whole hotel is luxuriously decorated, although the price per night is not high at all. Okay, we had breakfast, I just got a very runny scrambled egg, which I liked average, but the choice of dishes was large + you can take sandwiches prepared and packed for the road, which is a very good option. I was very surprised by the area where the hotel is located - I have not seen so many homeless people and drunks for a long time as when moving around the hotel. There is a very good restaurant Ceglana nearby - I recommend it. I have not tried the hotel restaurant. About half an hour on your feet and you are on the ramparts of Chrobry. I have no complaints about the staff, everything is fine, if I was traveling through Szczecin, I would definitely stay in this hotel for the night :)

Beautiful facility. I recommend it with full responsibility to everyone. The hotel captivates with its beautiful architecture, functionality, perfect service and, what is very important to me, it is pet-friendly. From the moment we crossed the threshold of the hotel, its qualified staff took care that we felt exceptionally at home in the interior of the facility. The facility enjoys deservedly great interest, which resulted in a large occupancy, which at no time caused negative feelings - there were no problems with an excessive number of guests, a queue for the restaurant or anything like that. Everything went smoothly, with full sanitary rigor. We recommend Grand FOCUS Hotel - you will not be disappointed.

A first class hotel. Everything was high quality. We very much enjoyed our stay here. At check-in, we were offered a room upgrade. This "apartment room" made our stay even better. A livingroom, bedroom, two bathrooms, and dining area makes for a very compete and comfortable stay. The hotel's restaurant hosted us for a dinner and breakfast each day of our two night stay. Around the corner from the hotel is their fenced private parking lot, which gave our motorcycle a home for the nights. Definitely recommended. We would stay again without question.
