Radisson Blu Szczecin

My advice, if you are travelling in a business purpose do not book this hotel.

I compared three 4* hotels in Szczecin so far and I feel strong about that Raddison Blu is the worst one yet.

Noisy air conditioning, packed with unnecessary furniture rooms, clients so so, bartenders have no idea how to make a basic drink (attentive though).

Comfortable bed, great storage for cosmetics, clothing, excellent location.

I am absolutely furious! My family shelled out a whopping 500 euros for a single night in a spacious family suite at the Radisson Blu hotel. But what did we get upon arrival? A load of excuses about the suite being unavailable due to some alleged accident! Instead, they had the audacity to stick us in two dreary, connected standard rooms that were absolutely dismal.

To add insult to injury, we tried to use the pool, only to be slapped with an extra fee that they conveniently forgot to mention earlier. And don't even get me started on the rooftop breakfast and other perks we were promised but were snatched away because of their lousy downgrade.

And when we dared to voice our displeasure to their unhelpful and downright rude staff, what did we get? Dismissive, uncaring responses! The rooms they dumped us in were nowhere near worth the hefty price tag we paid. It felt like they were deliberately disrespecting and humiliating us. I tell you, dealing with Radisson felt more like a punishment than a luxury stay!

We were so appalled and upset that we decided to bail without spending the night. You know where we found comfort? In our own darn home! Suddenly, our humble abode seemed like a palace compared to that disaster of a hotel. But you know what's truly infuriating? My wife, who hardly ever gets riled up, was deeply shaken by this whole ordeal.

Money might not be a big deal to me, but the emotional distress they caused my wife is beyond forgiveness. Radisson Blu, you've not just disappointed us—you've deeply hurt someone I care about. And that, my friends, is inexcusable!
