My favourite hotel in Szczecin!

Hotel is really near Train Station and well located in general. There is a lot of restaurants and Café near by.
Staff were friendly and food in restaurant was really good. Since I’m a vegetarian I was really happy to see such a good vegetarian meals .
We were travelling with a dog.
What I didn’t like was the cosmetic tissues in the bathroom, they were too hard… felt like a paper for hands that you can find in public toilets.

Second visit to the Novotel this year. Great location for exploring the city, comfortable beds, relaxing pool, cocktails at the bar and a kids play area. Something for everyone! Friendly staff too

Great hotel and second time I’ve stayed here. Nice restaurants close by and the Spa and pool is a good size. Location close to Glowny which was what we needed

Our flight from Bristol Airport was canceled, and we were transferred to a hotel near the airport—Hampton by Hilton. Honestly, it's a world apart from the Novotel! The room here is much more spacious and better equipped. The lobby and breakfast area are significantly cleaner, and the staff is incredibly helpful. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Szczecin. The swimming pool and sauna are clean. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place. Natalia in bar section is making amazing coffee. Thank you

I came back to this hotel after 6-7 years and in spite I had overall a good experience, I feel the hotel is going down. I think that the management should refresh the rooms, improve the illumination in the corridors, refresh the rooms with some more character and make them less IKEA- like and anonymous. I do not recommend the garage parking to larger and bigger cars. The breakfast is OK, the restaurant has a decent selection and nice beers, but if you demand more, you should walk outside. The staff is always careful and kind, which the best experience in this hotel, whereas all the rest would gain a lot from a good refresh.
