We spent our wedding anniversary and couldn't have asked for a more friendly service. Everyone was helpful and friendly, we had a delightful room and breakfast was amazing.

Four of us stayed and took four rooms. The rooms were very comfortably sized, beds great, linen's great, towels great, and bathroom very comfortable and nice size. The desk staff was excellent on the way in and the way out. Breakfast was very good as they had someone making omelets and other dishes if desired. A great location next to Old Town. I'll definitely stay here again.

Everything is as it should be in a hotel. Good, professional service. Clean cool rooms and most importantly a comfortable bed! Restaurant MEGA, I recommend!!!

We stayed at this hotel a few months ago. From the outside it looks inconspicuous. Everything around was built or renovated. There were doubts, but inside ... a dream. Everything is modern and very tasteful. Very clean and very friendly staff. The car was securely parked behind the hotel. Since the hotel is in the center, we could walk a lot. We had dinner one day at the hotel restaurant. It was very good. Visually and tastefully. Unfortunately, then Corona came and brought us breakfast in the room. All the staff tried very hard. This hotel is recommended. With pleasure again?

I visit Szczecin quite often and usually stay in a hotel in the city center which is located in a park ;-) This time I wanted to test a hotel near the Castle and train station. From the very entrance and contact with the Reception Staff, my rating grew every minute. Very good, professional and fast service at the front desk. Jump room, very well equipped - recommend a room on the 3rd floor (this is the top floor of the hotel where you can stay in a room), Very nice sauna and mini gym on the last 4th floor - clean and everything works (of course from -due to COVID restrictions, unfortunately you can't use the jacuzzi, but the infrared sauna is cool). Very friendly service in the restaurant, delicious breakfasts and an interesting selection of wines for dinner are another reason to choose this hotel. The only downside is the entrance to the hotel's free car park - the so-called option for good and brave drivers.

Average hotel but beware, the room pictures does not reflect the room you get! I booked a top floor room, and got a 1st floor directly to a noisy street. Checked out early to find better option. Hotel manager did not have time to get my feedback, seem that customers are not 1st priority...

Really nice. A little pricey compared to what else is available, but if you want the security of a hotel suite it's fantastic. For the quality and size of room I had, it was just fantastic. Well worth the money. Very clean, air-conditioned well lit, nice TV, fridge, roomy safe, very comfortable bed and wonderful shower. Bathroom is spacious too with illuminated make-up/shaving mirror. Very friendly and professional staff, a nice breakfast. Very satisfied.

First the cons. The hotel parking is very narrow, so if you come by car, that is something to consider. Having said that, this hotel has blown away any expectations I had. The staff is very nice and helpful, the rooms are nice, big, and modern, and the rooms have AC (which is a godsend during the heatwave hitting Europe at the moment). The location of the hotel is right next to the old city center, and about a 10 minute walk from a shopping center. The breakfast was very fancy, with a chef that makes eggs the way you like it, which is not something I'm used to when staying at hotels.

I went there with my friends for a dinner during my short stay in Szczecin and it was the right choice of restaurant. We were served by very nice, friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious. For starter I've ordered the traditional polish soup, Zurek. One of the best I've ever had. While we were waiting for our food to arrive we've tried some of the free antipasti at the buffet table. We thought it was a good idea that the restaurant offers something like it for the guests.
After that I had the trout on leek and potato mash. That's a great combination. Actually I was already full, but upon the advice of my waiter I ordered dessert. Cheese cake with white chocolate on strawberry mousse topped with fresh mint and strawberries. It was the best cheesecake I've ever had.
We've all really enjoyed the evening at Zamek Restaurant and hopefully we'll return there.
