VISLOW Resort

Lovely place. Apartments clean and tidy. Spacious and comfortable. Swimming pool small but cute- perfect enough for kids - not adults. Nice sauna.

Spa really nice - lady Danusia the leader of spa very pleasant and educated woman with great intuition and thinking out of the box. She provided excellent service and chocolate massage is highly recommended there.

Minus is that spa is on the way to swimming pool and door to door to the swimming pool area - so you can hear a lot of the outside noise.

Outside natural pond very clean and good for kids - not too deep.

Bar - well here is why I put service stars on 4 not 5. Well lack of fridges give you warm Prosecco. After each use, it is important to reseal the bottle and store it in the refrigerator to help maintain its flavour and carbonation - temperature should be 6-8 degrees- especially when u drink it alone not mixed in Hugo or other drinks containing ice cubes.
Second thing is that we wanted to eat something at 4pm and there was nothing to eat except some 4- point bar menu that was unsatisfying for kids or vegan/vegetarian.
Main restaurant was closed for a la carte service in that time. Pretty shame as food a la carte in restaurant very very delicious 😋 . We were forced to go somewhere else.

Reception staff very good and helpful.
Would be good to know thou that iPad in the room is on the guest service- not that someone forgot it by accident.

That’s all - have a great stay there and don’t hesitate to go. Nice place to visit.

Wonderful place for time out of the city. Friendly staff, quiet place with a private beach for kids.

Everything is perfect. We travel from ireland and we dont have car but the place is accessible by bus. Its very family friendly, they have arts and crafts activities for kids. The place is surrounded by trees and mountains. Buffet breakfast is perfect lots of choices. Highly recommend. We will come back definitely.

Spent 4 nights here.

Good things:
- Insanely polite and helpful service. All of them: reception, bar, spa, restaurant, cleaning service, everyone.
- New, clean and bright rooms with spacious bathrooms, tea and coffee.
- Dogs- and children-friendly.
- Buildings have rooms for your skis and other equipment to dry.
- Resort's computer system available through the room tablet makes it easier to order room service.
- The resort offers a decent selection of Polish books and board/card games to borrow while you're there.
- Beautiful area around the resort, a few hiking trails, nice views from the windows.
- Good breakfast with a broad choice of dishes and a few rotating ones, so things don't get boring.
- Clean saunas, swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Minor complaints and improvement ideas:
- The floor right outside the pool are (next to the massage area entrance) is insanely slippery when wet.
- The sauna door is always slightly ajar letting out the hot air. Might be worth adjusting it a bit.
- The sauna itself could be hotter and some water to pour over the hot stones would be appreciated.
- I'd consider expanding the board games options. "7 wonders of the world" would be a nice one addition.
- Adding an online reservation system for the spa services may make life easier for the guests. Potentially for the staff as well.
- It would be helpful if the room's tablet also showed the breakfast and dinner menus for a given day.
- Could use a pavement connecting the resort to the main road but that's outside the control of the resort.

Perfect place, everything new. Perfect food, friendly service. Everything is what you need. Tea, coffee in the room, payable bar. Plus a large TV. Small pool but outdoor jacuzzi. There are also saunas and SPA. Restaurant and bar with nice drinks.

It was really plesure to stay there with family. Nice, modern resort. All the staff was very kind. We will definitly come back.

I would like to share with you my opinion about up and downsides of the Vislow Resort.

Downsides:
- extra payment for parking ( it should be added initially to the main price). Otherwise through extras price becomes quickly higher than expected
- cot for kids below 2 years costs extra 50zl ( unbelievable!) for this hotel standard it is not acceptable in compare to European Standard
- very small swimming pool

Upsides:
- amazing breakfast and buffets
- very high standard of the apartment
- they respect the nature and use also environmental friendly products
- it is a amazing location, among the forest
- I love the playroom with ONLY wood toys, many nice books available
- cozy bar
- very pleasant SPA
- place where u can rest and have also your space without being overwhelmed with people

I'm extremely happy with the location, room service and overall quality of the place. The hotel is separated into block of flats, which is great because you have that home feeling or home vibe. The only downside is with the small kids you have to go out to get into different block where you have playroom or game room and so on. Otherwise best place I've been to so far.

Nice people, nice place (like brand new), nice food - we will be back. That simple. Contemporary apartments, great beds, top clean, great breakfast with everything you could dream of - and on top of that in a great location. Everything you need for a relaxing stay in the midst of nature. At check out they let us have the apartment 3 hours longer so we could shower after our Sunday bike ride. Can highly recommend the place and the people. Hotel and restaurant both.
