Very nice hotel. The new rooms were really pretty - it's worth the upgrade. Breakfasts were nice. Dinner were ok but sometimes not really our taste. Everything was clean. But you could see that there was reconstruction few years back. Some things were still old - the billiard, pink ponk table. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for the price.

WiFi doesn't reach our room unfortunately, and the food selection isn't the best at breakfast, but overall this is a good hotel to stay at :)

We spent a very nice stay in this hotel. Rooms are small but very pleasant. The food (breakfasts) was delicious! Huge variability, homemade spreads, amazing eggs. Every day there was something new. Evening bar menu was sufficient, we were given a very good mojito and pina colada. Only the wellness had some problems. The jacusi was not hot enough in the afternoon. Later in the evening it was good but...

Friendly staff, great pools (indoor and outdoor). Cracking views. Visited at the end of the summer season. Would come again both in summer and winter. Slopes look great for skiing. Also the food was lovely. Great chef, really accommodating and proud of what he does. Top bloke.

The greatest in this hotel is food and The Cook with kitchen staff. They accept nutrition challenges and prepare the food so everyone is satisfied.

The Location is perfect with great views from the balcony. There is also a star watching at night which is a great touch. Not to far from the center. The staff were great. Also it was dog friendly. 100% coming again!

Rooms are very tidy and beautiful, there is a lot of space. Food was great, drinks are also available during dinner. We took our dog with us with no problem. Good location to start a trip to the mountains. The staff (mainly in the restaurant) was very friendly. Very good value for money.

Nice place to stay, very nice personal and cleaning ladies. been there for 5 nights, and it was all good. Standard room is very nice and clean. The hotel is located a bit off the beaten track but it is rather an advantage because it is peace and quiet. 20 minutes walk to the center. Room clean and comfortable, equipped with a small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. There is even a tablet at my disposal, which surprised me positively. Good WiFi signal. I can give a good rating, because I believe the hotel is trying to be accommodating to families and tries to provide to everyone. However, we booked as a couple to go skiing nearby, not to spend the time with kids there. The Panorama + apartment is roomy and comfortable and we do like coming here. Nonetheless a few (minor) things need fixing such as heavy creaking of stairs in at the half-landing in particular. The downstairs shower cubicle is difficult to get into and out of for a well-built person. The shower heads have a nasty habit of travelling down and are awkward to keep still.

I was surprised by the overall stay in the hotel, very well prepared for visiting families with children- children's playroom, children's pool, children's outdoor playground, animation program for children every day of the week. Could do with further improvements or add ons for rooms, no fridge or AC in rooms which is quite tiring during a warm season. A hotel which is run very well. I would ideally give 4,5 stars because the furniture is old-fashioned but other than that everything is pretty flawless, especially the service and the food.

Really nice Hotel. Very clean rooms. Corridors are really well maintained, they smell so good and very clean! The buffet breakfast and dinner are divine. Nice hotel in a good location. Quality rooms and a good restaurant. The overall impression is spoiled by the almost non-flowing shower with no water pressure, making it very difficult to wash yourself. The staff does not smile at all and almost no one speaks English, which I would expect from a four-star hotel.

Hotel located very close to the main road therefore view is nice only from one side of the building, rooms are cosy but not large, often with small windows, some of the rooms have only roof windows and some having awful view on the wall and small parking. Good food but hotel is not cheap, personally I would not stay privately, for business meetings I can recommend. Friendly stuff.
