We spent a very nice stay in this hotel. Rooms are small but very pleasant. The food (breakfasts) was delicious! Huge variability, homemade spreads, amazing eggs. Every day there was something new. Friendly staff, great pools (indoor and outdoor). Cracking views. Visited at the end of the summer season. Would come again both in summer and winter. Slopes look great for skiing. Also the food was lovely. Great chef, really accommodating and proud of what he does. Top bloke.

The greatest in this hotel is food and The Cook with kitchen staff. They accept nutrition challenges and prepare the food so everyone is satisfied.

The Location is perfect with great views from the balcony. There is also a star watching at night which is a great touch. Not to far from the center. The staff were great. Also it was dog friendly. 100% coming again!

Rooms are very tidy and beautiful, there is a lot of space. Food was great, drinks are also available during dinner. We took our dog with us with no problem. Good location to start a trip to the mountains. The staff (mainly in the restaurant) was very friendly. Very good value for money.

Very clean and tidy rooms. Many amenities for people who like to spend time actively. Well-equipped gym, ping-pong table, table football, sports equipment forge with a ski dryer and access to a washing machine. Delicious and rich breakfast buffet and most importantly - friendly service.

The Panorama + apartment is roomy and comfortable and we do like coming here. Nonetheless a few (minor) things need fixing such as heavy creaking of stairs in at the half-landing in particular. The downstairs shower cubicle is difficult to get into and out of for a well-built person. The shower heads have a nasty habit of travelling down and are awkward to keep still.

Wonderful big hotel with many many things to do inside. I strongly recommend the big Aquapark they have inside and the spa!

Rooms are big and well designed and will be perfect if they will be renovated or refreshed a little bit. Everything else is perfect. If you want to feel luxury, you should visit this place.

After couple hours of skiing in Szczyrk resort it was a lovely experience to relax in saunas,jacuzzi and go down the water rides😁no doubt its a popular place and I would well recommend to visit this place!

Very pretty hotel with great customer service. The spa facilities were exceptional especially the jacuzzi with the amazing views and the pink salt sauna. We had breakfast and a dinner at the hotel. The food was great and overall we had a great stay. Highly recommended ❤️

Hotel located very close to the main road therefore view is nice only from one side of the building, rooms are cosy but not large, often with small windows, some of the rooms have only roof windows and some having awful view on the wall and small parking. Good food but hotel is not cheap, personally I would not stay privately, for business meetings I can recommend. Friendly stuff.

Nice hotel in a good location. Quality rooms and a good restaurant. The overall impression is spoiled by the almost non-flowing shower with no water pressure, making it very difficult to wash yourself. The staff does not smile at all and almost no one speaks English, which I would expect from a four-star hotel.

In general, our stay was enjoyable; however, our expectations were dampened by the wellness facilities. Positive aspects included free parking, child-friendly zones, a gym, bars, and a good breakfast. The kids' zone in the wellness area was particularly impressive. I loved our family holiday at this hotel and as a birthday treat my husband booked me a massage and a facial ,the only thing I could maybe bring attention to is that the robes are all one size so any woman or man with more fuller figure will not fit .
