We spent a very nice stay in this hotel. Rooms are small but very pleasant. The food (breakfasts) was delicious! Huge variability, homemade spreads, amazing eggs. Every day there was something new. Evening bar menu was sufficient, we were given a very good mojito and pina colada. Only the wellness had some problems. The jacusi was not hot enough in the afternoon. Later in the evening it was good but...

Friendly staff, great pools (indoor and outdoor). Cracking views. Visited at the end of the summer season. Would come again both in summer and winter. Slopes look great for skiing. Also the food was lovely. Great chef, really accommodating and proud of what he does. Top bloke.

The greatest in this hotel is food and The Cook with kitchen staff. They accept nutrition challenges and prepare the food so everyone is satisfied.

Pension on the sidelines and thus peace and quiet, wonderful views. Room neat czusty. The hosts very nice. I will definitely come back again.

Older building on the outskirts of the city, well-kept rooms with TV and bathroom. I was looking for accommodation for one night without a reservation, the Lord assumed in advance that I could not afford him and he is not Caritas, in the background you could still hear "just remember that it is more expensive for one night", if I was not tired I would simply turn and went out.

Nice service, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi - very enjoyable. Breakfast with lots of food, very tasty.

Could do with further improvements or add ons for rooms, no fridge or AC in rooms which is quite tiring during a warm season. Not enough designated smoking areas, balconies only open and close from inside. A lot of older people. Place ideal for seniors 60+, it offers a care package as a part of the price, massages and therapies.

Very pretty hotel with great customer service. The spa facilities were exceptional especially the jacuzzi with the amazing views and the pink salt sauna. We had breakfast and a dinner at the hotel. The food was great and overall we had a great stay. Highly recommended ❤️

Hotel located very close to the main road therefore view is nice only from one side of the building, rooms are cosy but not large, often with small windows, some of the rooms have only roof windows and some having awful view on the wall and small parking. Good food but hotel is not cheap, personally I would not stay privately, for business meetings I can recommend. Friendly stuff.

I will give 5*, but the hotel staff have some room to improve about English knowledge. Besides that, it was a really good experience. We spent 5nights with a very reasonable price. Breakfast was very good, but maybe next time I would skip the half board, the reason is only that the menu has enough variety to choose and it would not limit us between 16-19.
