A hotel which is run very well. I would ideally give 4,5 stars because the furniture is old-fashioned but other than that everything is pretty flawless, especially the service and the food.

Really nice Hotel. Very clean rooms. Corridors are really well maintained, they smell so good and very clean! The buffet breakfast and dinner are divine. The aquapark under it is very nice, with lots of hot tubes inside and outside. Really entertaining. The restaurants are regionally thematic and really pleasant.

Wonderful big hotel with many many things to do inside. I strongly recommend the big Aquapark they have inside and the spa!

Rooms are big and well designed and will be perfect if they will be renovated or refreshed a little bit. Everything else is perfect. If you want to feel luxury, you should visit this place.

Aquapark review - all ok. You can leave your car in underground carpark if the weather is not to your expectations ;) and then enjoy the aquapark. Nice hotel in a good location. Quality rooms and a good restaurant. The overall impression is spoiled by the almost non-flowing shower with no water pressure, making it very difficult to wash yourself. The staff does not smile at all and almost no one speaks English, which I would expect from a four-star hotel.

I loved our family holiday at this hotel and as a birthday treat my husband booked me a massage and a facial ,the only thing I could maybe bring attention to is that the robes are all one size so any woman or man with more fuller figure will not fit . Once again I was in this place because the villa has the same advantages. The kindest lady owner, close to the center, quiet neighborhood, the decor of the rooms and around is very pleasing to the eye, peace and relaxation.

I love the location near to nature and away from city crowd. I should mention about the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Moreover homely atmosphere make us comfortable. The ficility of SPA is added advantage.

Very pretty hotel with great customer service. The spa facilities were exceptional especially the jacuzzi with the amazing views and the pink salt sauna. We had breakfast and a dinner at the hotel. The food was great and overall we had a great stay. Highly recommended ❤️

Hotel located very close to the main road therefore view is nice only from one side of the building, rooms are cosy but not large, often with small windows, some of the rooms have only roof windows and some having awful view on the wall and small parking. Good food but hotel is not cheap, personally I would not stay privately, for business meetings I can recommend. Friendly stuff.

I will give 5*, but the hotel staff have some room to improve about English knowledge. Besides that, it was a really good experience. We spent 5nights with a very reasonable price. I can give a good rating, because I believe the hotel is trying to be accommodating to families and tries to provide to everyone. However, we booked as a couple to go skiing nearby, not to spend the time with kids there. If your focus is to have a calm and quiet visit, I wouldn't recommend, because there are kids screaming and running since early hours to late night. This was fine for us and we understood...

Excellent ambience. Great food. Big room, swimming pool, kids playground. This 4* hotel has everything needed for an ideal family break.

The Panorama + apartment is roomy and comfortable and we do like coming here. Nonetheless a few (minor) things need fixing such as heavy creaking of stairs in at the half-landing in particular. The downstairs shower cubicle is difficult to get into and out of for a well-built person. The shower heads have a nasty habit of travelling down and are awkward to keep still.

Nice and helpful staff, breakfasts and live cooking 11/10, lots of animations and entertainment for children. The Spa area is clean and well-kept, the general standard of the room is more like a 3* hotel, but very clean. It is clear that the director/owner constantly monitors the facility. Breakfast - 4 ⭐ Dinner - 4 ⭐ Room - 2 ⭐ Service - 2 ⭐ Bowling was big disappointment. Only 2 bowling alley and one group can reserve both of them For whole evening. It's impossible to find reservation. If bowling is offered as service then it shouldn't be like that.

Very friendly staff, dogs friendly place, very nice breakfast with personalized omelette option to choose . The hotel is equipped with a swimming pool and saunas. Located in the center of Ustron and there is a very picturesque alley next to the hotel down the Visla river (where you can find with a dog or feed the ducks or chilling with a lovely mountains view).

We've had a great time there, restaurant served a first class food, there were lot of attractions for kids. We strongly recommend this hotel especially if you travel with kids.

We've been at the hotel for several hours now. The hotel is well located, convenient access, signposted. The parking lot is large, spacious, it is easy to move around even for a woman driving :) The staff at the reception is very polite, promptly responds to guests' requests.
