The room was amazing, not much, we came spontaneously with a partner in a wheelchair, we called 30 hotels, rooms for rent, apartments - password wheelchair - no ROOMS, PLACES, ETC, here we found our place on earth, the owner was helpful, nice, she welcomed us like no other person The room is tiny, but something beautiful for us even in a wheelchair. ground floor, balcony, relaxation, close to the market...

Very pretty hotel with great customer service. The spa facilities were exceptional especially the jacuzzi with the amazing views and the pink salt sauna. We had breakfast and a dinner at the hotel. The food was great and overall we had a great stay. Highly recommended ❤️

Hotel located very close to the main road therefore view is nice only from one side of the building, rooms are cosy but not large, often with small windows, some of the rooms have only roof windows and some having awful view on the wall and small parking. Good food but hotel is not cheap, personally I would not stay privately, for business meetings I can recommend. Friendly stuff.

I will give 5*, but the hotel staff have some room to improve about English knowledge. Besides that, it was a really good experience. We spent 5nights with a very reasonable price. Breakfast was very good, but maybe next time I would skip the half board, the reason is only that the menu has enough variety to choose and it would not limit us between 16-19. The hotel is just beautiful, it's amazingly designed. I felt well looked after. Everything was great from the room, restaurant, garden, beautiful surroundings and staff. Also SPA was awesome.

Firstly would be adding some vegan otions to the menu, we were told there was, but a soup and a salad is not really food. Only for families with kids. Food choice for kids is ok. For adults in a supposed 5 star hotel it’s very very poor. Pool and kids facilities are excellent. Prices are totally crazy. Eur 10 for a half glass of cheap white wine. In the supermarket a bottle is probably less than that. To cap it all there’s a 15 minute q to order a drink and then another wait of maybe 10 mins to collect it at the bar....

We have checked for 2 days in November 2024 at Crystal Moutain hotel in Wisla. Unfortunatelly there were slight issues at the beggining of our stay which have made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Nothing serious but still annoying. Evening upon check in we had decide to complain to reception. We have been serviced by Deputy Hotel Director Mr. Krystian K. who resolved all issues timely with a smile...

I spent a week on hotel with two small kids. It was great time. We enjoyed food very much as well as kids indoor playground and pool. I will recommend that hotel to anyone who want to have quality time. Stunning views and great high quality rooms .

Hotel is nice, great area for kids. We have been there with our little one and he enjoy it. Food was medium (not great, not terrible). Room was ok, but TV should be at least connected to the Internet, if this is 5star hotel (no youtube, no netflix). Location is in woods with great view, but is little bit out from everything (1,5 km into the steep hill makes for walking difficult)

It’s a lot more Blackpool-like than we would normally choose, but we didn’t have a choice as it was booked by the company that’s paying for our stay, so we have no right to complain!. Huge number of flashing lights in the public areas, lots of kids running around but it’s half-term so it’s expected.
