Wonderful big hotel with many many things to do inside. I strongly recommend the big Aquapark they have inside and the spa!

Rooms are big and well designed and will be perfect if they will be renovated or refreshed a little bit. Everything else is perfect. If you want to feel luxury, you should visit this place.

Aquapark review - all ok. You can leave your car in underground carpark if the weather is not to your expectations ;) and then enjoy the aquapark. Its clean, free towels, and lots of entertainment(check what's available as the list is long) for all ages, we have been there with todler. Best place to visit with family and kids . Best location ,Lots n lots to do all over the day for aduls n for kids as well. See you soon again. Rooms migh b little larger as per kids but its still manageable as just we spend nigh in rooms rest of the time we were out .

After couple hours of skiing in Szczyrk resort it was a lovely experience to relax in saunas,jacuzzi and go down the water rides😁no doubt its a popular place and I would well recommend to visit this place!

The room was amazing, not much, we came spontaneously with a partner in a wheelchair, we called 30 hotels, rooms for rent, apartments - password wheelchair - no ROOMS, PLACES, ETC, here we found our place on earth, the owner was helpful, nice, she welcomed us like no other person The room is tiny, but something beautiful for us even in a wheelchair. ground floor, balcony, relaxation, close to the market...

Very pretty hotel with great customer service. The spa facilities were exceptional especially the jacuzzi with the amazing views and the pink salt sauna. We had breakfast and a dinner at the hotel. The food was great and overall we had a great stay. Highly recommended ❤️

Hotel located very close to the main road therefore view is nice only from one side of the building, rooms are cosy but not large, often with small windows, some of the rooms have only roof windows and some having awful view on the wall and small parking. Good food but hotel is not cheap, personally I would not stay privately, for business meetings I can recommend. Friendly stuff.

I will give 5*, but the hotel staff have some room to improve about English knowledge. Besides that, it was a really good experience. We spent 5nights with a very reasonable price. Breakfast was very good, but maybe next time I would skip the half board, the reason is only that the menu has enough variety to choose and it would not limit us between 16-19. Nice hotel in a good location. Quality rooms and a good restaurant. The overall impression is spoiled by the almost non-flowing shower with no water pressure, making it very difficult to wash yourself. The staff does not smile at all and almost no one speaks English, which I would expect from a four-star hotel.

In general, our stay was enjoyable; however, our expectations were dampened by the wellness facilities. I loved our family holiday at this hotel and as a birthday treat my husband booked me a massage and a facial ,the only thing I could maybe bring attention to is that the robes are all one size so any woman or man with more fuller figure will not fit . I am still carrying baby weight and I felt absolutely humiliated and went away feeling worse than I went in . Maybe having sized robes to fit all body...

Excellent ambience. Great food. Big room, swimming pool, kids playground. This 4* hotel has everything needed for an ideal family break.

Amazing place for visit. A hotel very nice, comfortable, awesome view, clean, well maintained.

The Panorama + apartment is roomy and comfortable and we do like coming here. Nonetheless a few (minor) things need fixing such as heavy creaking of stairs in at the half-landing in particular. The downstairs shower cubicle is difficult to get into and out of for a well-built person. The shower heads have a nasty habit of travelling down and are awkward to keep still.

Wonderful stay. Staff all very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make guests happy. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Nice and helpful staff, breakfasts and live cooking 11/10, lots of animations and entertainment for children. The Spa area is clean and well-kept, the general standard of the room is more like a 3* hotel, but very clean. It is clear that the director/owner constantly monitors the facility. In general, the hotel is very well-oriented towards its guests! We'll be happy to come back ;)

Breakfast - 4 ⭐ Dinner - 4 ⭐ Room - 2 ⭐ Service - 2 ⭐ Bowling was big disappointment. Only 2 bowling alley and one group can reserve both of them For whole evening. It's impossible to find reservation. If bowling is offered as service then it shouldn't be like that.

We've had a great time there, restaurant served a first class food, there were lot of attractions for kids. We strongly recommend this hotel especially if you travel with kids.

We've been at the hotel for several hours now. The hotel is well located, convenient access, signposted. The parking lot is large, spacious, it is easy to move around even for a woman driving :) The staff at the reception is very polite, promptly responds to guests' requests.
