Only for families with kids. Food choice for kids is ok. For adults in a supposed 5 star hotel it’s very very poor. Pool and kids facilities are excellent. Prices are totally crazy. Eur 10 for a half glass of cheap white wine. In the supermarket a bottle is probably less than that. To cap it all there’s a 15 minute q to order a drink and then another wait of maybe 10 mins to collect it at the bar....

We have checked for 2 days in November 2024 at Crystal Moutain hotel in Wisla. Unfortunatelly there were slight issues at the beggining of our stay which have made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Nothing serious but still annoying. Evening upon check in we had decide to complain to reception. We have been serviced by Deputy Hotel Director Mr. Krystian K. who resolved all issues timely with a smile...

I spent a week on hotel with two small kids. It was great time. We enjoyed food very much as well as kids indoor playground and pool. I will recommend that hotel to anyone who want to have quality time. Stunning views and great high quality rooms .

Hotel is nice, great area for kids. We have been there with our little one and he enjoy it. Food was medium (not great, not terrible). Room was ok, but TV should be at least connected to the Internet, if this is 5star hotel (no youtube, no netflix). Location is in woods with great view, but is little bit out from everything (1,5 km into the steep hill makes for walking difficult)

It’s a lot more Blackpool-like than we would normally choose, but we didn’t have a choice as it was booked by the company that’s paying for our stay, so we have no right to complain!. Huge number of flashing lights in the public areas, lots of kids running around but it’s half-term so it’s expected. Very nice hotel in beautiful place, nice spa.

Very pretty hotel with great customer service. The spa facilities were exceptional especially the jacuzzi with the amazing views and the pink salt sauna. We had breakfast and a dinner at the hotel. The food was great and overall we had a great stay. Highly recommended ❤️

Hotel located very close to the main road therefore view is nice only from one side of the building, rooms are cosy but not large, often with small windows, some of the rooms have only roof windows and some having awful view on the wall and small parking. Good food but hotel is not cheap, personally I would not stay privately, for business meetings I can recommend. Friendly stuff.

I will give 5*, but the hotel staff have some room to improve about English knowledge. Besides that, it was a really good experience. We spent 5nights with a very reasonable price. We spent a very nice stay in this hotel. Rooms are small but very pleasant. The food (breakfasts) was delicious! Huge variability, homemade spreads, amazing eggs. Every day there was something new. Evening bar menu was sufficient, we were given a very good mojito and pina colada. Only the wellness had some problems. The jacusi was not hot enough in the afternoon. Friendly staff, great pools (indoor and outdoor). Cracking views. Visited at the end of the summer season. Would come again both in summer and winter. Slopes look great for skiing. Also the food was lovely. Great chef, really accommodating and proud of what he does. Top bloke.

The greatest in this hotel is food and The Cook with kitchen staff. They accept nutrition challenges and prepare the food so everyone is satisfied.

I would like to visit, but unfortunately, I did not know that need to advertise a week in advance and indicating the passport number. In General, it looks very neat and tidy, in the end, it is from our taxes, so that they can add a few more acres and a dozen people to service what's there.

Great place just behind Nova Osada ski lift. New furniture, decent pool, good breakfast with regional food, dinner option available. Receptionists speak English.

It was ok the bedroom wasnt that great the matress wanst comfy the door had a dent in it the cupboard was sticky but the breakfast was tasty and the spa was very relaxing. Bedroom 300 and 301 looked more like a staff room and badly treated and room 200 was very nice and the complete opposite.

I am not sure what kind of business is being made in this peaceful hotel in Wisla but I can defiantely guarantee it is a place to have a great SPA treatment and to relax. If you like to stay active you can go for a hike in the mountains. It is also only a short walk from the centre of Wisla. Green Hill offers great value for the price. It might have some shortcomings but offers good food, nice views...

Nice place for a short stay. The hotel is located a bit outside of the town center in a quiet road so you don’t get much traffic noises. Our room was facing the parking and the main entrance so it was really loud at times. On the positive side: the windows are well sealed so they block most of the noise when locked. A great place to stay in Wisła. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is very large and comfortable for a hotel. Bath amenities plus plenty of towels. Each room has access to a balcony. It is our first visit to vislow, but not the first one to wisla. We have comparison to aries , crystal and golebiewski. IMO vislow is doing a good job, however there are several drawbacks.
