A hotel which is run very well. I would ideally give 4,5 stars because the furniture is old-fashioned but other than that everything is pretty flawless, especially the service and the food.

Really nice Hotel. Very clean rooms. Corridors are really well maintained, they smell so good and very clean! The buffet breakfast and dinner are divine. The aquapark under it is very nice, with lots of hot tubes inside and outside. Really entertaining. The restaurants are regionally thematic and really pleasant.

Wonderful big hotel with many many things to do inside. I strongly recommend the big Aquapark they have inside and the spa!

Rooms are big and well designed and will be perfect if they will be renovated or refreshed a little bit. Everything else is perfect. If you want to feel luxury, you should visit this place.

Aquapark review - all ok. You can leave your car in underground carpark if the weather is not to your expectations ;) and then enjoy the aquapark. Only for families with kids. Food choice for kids is ok. For adults in a supposed 5 star hotel it’s very very poor. Pool and kids facilities are excellent. Prices are totally crazy. Eur 10 for a half glass of cheap white wine. In the supermarket a bottle is probably less than that. To cap it all there’s a 15 minute q to order a drink and then another wait of maybe 10 mins to collect it at the bar....

We have checked for 2 days in November 2024 at Crystal Moutain hotel in Wisla. Unfortunatelly there were slight issues at the beggining of our stay which have made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Nothing serious but still annoying. Evening upon check in we had decide to complain to reception. We have been serviced by Deputy Hotel Director Mr. Krystian K. who resolved all issues timely with a smile...

I spent a week on hotel with two small kids. It was great time. We enjoyed food very much as well as kids indoor playground and pool. I will recommend that hotel to anyone who want to have quality time. Stunning views and great high quality rooms .

Hotel is nice, great area for kids. We have been there with our little one and he enjoy it. Food was medium (not great, not terrible). Room was ok, but TV should be at least connected to the Internet, if this is 5star hotel (no youtube, no netflix). Location is in woods with great view, but is little bit out from everything (1,5 km into the steep hill makes for walking difficult)

It’s a lot more Blackpool-like than we would normally choose, but we didn’t have a choice as it was booked by the company that’s paying for our stay, so we have no right to complain!. The apartment is located in a truly beautiful place – peaceful, quiet, with great views. The food was delicious, fresh, and prepared with great care. The entire stay was comfortable and trouble-free. I highly recommend it.

We only spent 3 days here, but our experience was perfect. We have never seen so much variety at breakfast, restaurant is simply amazing. Kids had so much fun in the pond and when it was raining, the indoor kids area was ready for them. Dogs were very welcome as well. Nice hotel in a good location. Quality rooms and a good restaurant. The overall impression is spoiled by the almost non-flowing shower with no water pressure, making it very difficult to wash yourself. The staff does not smile at all and almost no one speaks English, which I would expect from a four-star hotel.

I loved our family holiday at this hotel and as a birthday treat my husband booked me a massage and a facial ,the only thing I could maybe bring attention to is that the robes are all one size so any woman or man with more fuller figure will not fit . Perhaps the highest quality stay I've ever enjoyed anywhere, + wonderful location and setting. In stark contrast to these positives is the appalling "captive" WiFi system that the hotel provides for its guests. I'm aware that other guests have complained about it too, and am at a loss to understand why the hotel's management is so reluctant to change it.

Excellent stay. Beautifully located, big comfortable rooms, lovely interior. Superb breakfasts and great dinners. Stayed for 4 days, went for a few walks in the location hills and did a couple of drives to surrounding historical towns ( Cieszyn, Zywiec ).

Stayed for a work conference for a week. Absolutely delightful stay, perfect for our group of 80ish. Fully catered, coffee breaks and meals. Staff was delightful, area was beautiful and quiet. Tad far from the airports, but overall a terrific location.

Very nice hotel. The new rooms were really pretty - it's worth the upgrade. Breakfasts were nice. Dinner were ok but sometimes not really our taste. Everything was clean. But you could see that there was reconstruction few years back. Some things were still old - the billiard, pink ponk table. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for the price.

Izabella is located in an amazing place with a beautiful view of the mountains. Today it is a unique boutique hotel with an original interior, delicious breakfasts and dinners. Very nice and helpful hotel staff made us a great rest.

My father has been going to the Jubilarian during the Christmas season for the past ten years and he praises it. In places, the decor is not top-flight, but it is decent, and the friendly service compensates for any shortcomings. On the downside, very poor WiFi. During their stay, most of the registered guests enjoy full board and rehabilitation treatments.

The resort is partly renovated, treatment base in the new part, swimming pool and sauna in the package, you can use it until 8 pm. graduation tower. Good food served to the table. Comfortable rooms overlooking the city and mountains. The location is slightly uphill, approx. 200 m from the main street.

It was ok the bedroom wasnt that great the matress wanst comfy the door had a dent in it the cupboard was sticky but the breakfast was tasty and the spa was very relaxing. Bedroom 300 and 301 looked more like a staff room and badly treated and room 200 was very nice and the complete opposite.

I am not sure what kind of business is being made in this peaceful hotel in Wisla but I can defiantely guarantee it is a place to have a great SPA treatment and to relax. If you like to stay active you can go for a hike in the mountains. It is also only a short walk from the centre of Wisla. Green Hill offers great value for the price. It might have some shortcomings but offers good food, nice views...
