Its clean, free towels, and lots of entertainment(check what's available as the list is long) for all ages, we have been there with todler. There are also really nice saunas and ice cave and silence zone

Corridors are really well maintained, they smell so good and very clean! The buffet breakfast and dinner are divine. The aquapark under it is very nice, with lots of hot tubes inside and outside

A hotel which is run very well. I would ideally give 4,5 stars because the furniture is old-fashioned but other than that everything is pretty flawless, especially the service and the food.

Wonderful big hotel with many many things to do inside. I strongly recommend the big Aquapark they have inside and the spa!

I spent a week on hotel with two small kids. We enjoyed food very much as well as kids indoor playground and pool. I will recommend that hotel to anyone who want to have quality time

For adults in a supposed 5 star hotel it’s very very poor. Pool and kids facilities are excellent. Eur 10 for a half glass of cheap white wine. In the supermarket a bottle is probably less than that

Brand new hotel and you feel the freshness of everything. Good equipment, shower stuff etc. Beautiful view from balcony, and nice swimming pool. Good enough food in the buffet for dinner

Nothing serious but still annoying. Evening upon check in we had decide to complain to reception. We have been serviced by Deputy Hotel Director Mr. who resolved all issues timely with a smile and understanding

Kids had so much fun in the pond and when it was raining, the indoor kids area was ready for them. Dogs were very welcome as well. They had a little surprise prepared when we arrived, as well as the bowls and pet beds

This resort is even nicer than I expected. It’s about a 4-min drive from the Nowa Osada slope, which is a big plus in winter. The breakfast is probably the best I’ve ever had in a hotel

Lots of fresh fruit, salad bar, various deli meats, all kinds of breads and baked goods, lots of things for kids to eat. Overall this place is perfect for families with small kids

Our second stay here, we liked it a lot, very comfortable, spacious and well equipped apartment, quiet area, lots of attractions on the hotel premises for kids and grown ups.

There’s a playroom, probably best for kids under 5. The rooms are incredibly clean and well stocked for a short trip. Always a plus to have a kitchen on a trip with kids

We only spent 3 days here, but our experience was perfect. We have never seen so much variety at breakfast, restaurant is simply amazing

In general, our stay was enjoyable; however, our expectations were dampened by the wellness facilities. Positive aspects included free parking, child-friendly zones, a gym, bars, and a good breakfast

On the downside, the sauna area had restrictions for children (I understand it should be quiet place but it's up to parents and the guard there to keep them calm or leave the area)

Many individuals wore swimsuits, even in the Finnish sauna, contributing to the lack of information about healthy sauning. Furthermore, the slippery floor was a safety concern

Additionally, the excessive lighting drew attention to the saunas, and loud conversations disrupted any chance of a relaxing atmosphere

The Bio sauna was out of order, and both steam saunas were not functioning properly, with no showers available

The kids' zone in the wellness area was particularly impressive

Perhaps the highest quality stay I've ever enjoyed anywhere, + wonderful location and setting. In stark contrast to these positives is the appalling "captive" WiFi system that the hotel provides for its guests

I'm aware that other guests have complained about it too, and am at a loss to understand why the hotel's management is so reluctant to change it

Very pretty hotel with great customer service. The spa facilities were exceptional especially the jacuzzi with the amazing views and the pink salt sauna. We had breakfast and a dinner at the hotel

Tasty food, nice location at the bank of river. Great working ours of wellness area 8-22 and very nice staff. It s also a great pleace for hiking. I hope they ll be able to keep the high quality

We were very staisfied with perfect services, relax possibilities and nature trips. Wisla is nice river and near the hotel is interesting waterfall. They are several walk trips to the nature

We used the free options and it worked out that no one was there at the time. The room was beautifully large. The hotel had the possibility to play billiards and one large room served as a playroom for children

Outside in front of the hotel was a children's playground with seating for parents. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff of the hotel restaurant, where breakfast was served, was also pleasant

Stayed for a work conference for a week. Absolutely delightful stay, perfect for our group of 80ish. Fully catered, coffee breaks and meals. Staff was delightful, area was beautiful and quiet

Sure,it was loud but fortunatelly on until cca 9-10pm -badly organized wellness, no towels/sheets available. The only option was to rent a bathrobe (20 zloty) that is a non-sense in a sauna. Slippery floor as it gets wet

Only 20 cm left next to bed on one side, second side was just next to a radiator -incredible smell from kitchen due to ventilation system under our window (avoid room 324 or better any room in inner courtyard)

Only 4 uncomfortable deckchairs in resting area and only 8 lockers for entire hotel. Many guests had no idea how to behave in sauna/jacuzzi - maybe short instructions located near entrance could help

Staff did not care and preferred to have loud and annoying discussion among themselves. During 3 visits there was never anybody at reception. But a second day one guy wiped the floor

No temperature regulation in shower (just cold water, so people were avoiding shower before entering the wellness area). Limited privacy as cameras were observing showers partially

Very comfortable beds, great choice for breakfast, wonderful view from the balcony 😀 as the hotel is at the hill. Free parking and the restaurant in the hotel is also good. There is nothing we didn't like.

Comfortable one night business stay. Parking next to the entrance. Easy walking distance to the centre. Good breakfast, although serving it only from 8am is a bit too late.

Standard rooms located on the west side with a beautiful view of the Vistula Valley, comfortably equipped above the *** standard (welcome set with coffee and tea, free WiFi, hairdryer, room service every day during our stay)

Maybe it was because we were there after Christmas only with few guests. The swimming pool is big and with beautiful view. We're happy to experience our stay there

Friendly staff, great pools (indoor and outdoor). Visited at the end of the summer season. Would come again both in summer and winter. Great chef, really accommodating and proud of what he does

During our 3-night stay Polish guest greeted us seldomly, let their kids to damage snowmen as well as two dolls and other equipment in children corner, spilled some liquid on billiard table and unique hotel carpet, left used napkins everywhere, took food outside restaurant and behave ruthlessly during breakfasts and dinners

The greatest in this hotel is food and The Cook with kitchen staff. They accept nutrition challenges and prepare the food so everyone is satisfied.

Izabella is located in an amazing place with a beautiful view of the mountains. Today it is a unique boutique hotel with an original interior, delicious breakfasts and dinners

A sensational hotel, if there was an elevator, the quality deserves 4 stars, not 3. Everything is at a high level, accommodation conditions, great breakfasts and 3-course dinners

The hotel has a good quality spa with amazing massages, jacuzzi and sauna which You can get for individual using. The town center is very close, only 800m maybe. I can truly recommend this place!

I am not sure what kind of business is being made in this peaceful hotel in Wisla but I can defiantely guarantee it is a place to have a great SPA treatment and to relax

If you like to stay active you can go for a hike in the mountains. It is also only a short walk from the centre of Wisla. Green Hill offers great value for the price

I can recommend aperol at the bar as it was one of the most tasteful I ever had! :) Ms Monika at the resection desk was super friendly and helpful

A great place to stay in Wisła. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is very large and comfortable for a hotel. Bath amenities plus plenty of towels. Each room has access to a balcony

A very enjoyable weekend, a small hotel off the beaten track, so peace and quiet, delicious meals, service at the highest level, especially Oliwia mega nice and helpful, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi plus massage (a masseuse commuting but there was no problem with ordering the service), large terrace with deckchairs, a perfect place for a reset from everyday life

Because that's the purpose of a vacation ☺️ peace and quiet! Good breakfasts, including really delicious scrambled eggs and soft rolls! Large and cozy rooms, very comfortable beds! Very nice bathrooms! There is a shared terrace, but it didn't stop anything, I just met new cool people :) a really nice hotel, lovely staff and a wonderful owner, it's a pity that people give low reviews because their heads...

It's sad they're only five starts to give. Right on for the ones who live a bit of space for themselves. We love it and will visit again. Thanks you all the stuff for your hard work for the benefit of us guests

I would recommend a very pleasant stay to everyone. Particularly noteworthy is the staff who do everything to make the most demanding guest happy. Throughout my stay, I never heard the phrase "impossible"
