A hotel which is run very well. I would ideally give 4,5 stars because the furniture is old-fashioned but other than that everything is pretty flawless, especially the service and the food.

Its clean, free towels, and lots of entertainment(check what's available as the list is long) for all ages, we have been there with todler. There are also really nice saunas and ice cave and silence zone

I like this hotel because of the accessibility and the beautiful view of the surroundings. I really enjoyed the pools and wellness here

After couple hours of skiing in Szczyrk resort it was a lovely experience to relax in saunas,jacuzzi and go down the water rides😁no doubt its a popular place and I would well recommend to visit this place!

The pools are beautiful, spacious, very clean, no mold and similar stories (as happens in other hotels). Sun loungers, jacuzzi, children's area. The pools are accessible to everyone, no crowds

We've had a great time there, restaurant served a first class food, there were lot of attractions for kids. We strongly recommend this hotel especially if you travel with kids.

Brand new hotel and you feel the freshness of everything. Good equipment, shower stuff etc. Beautiful view from balcony, and nice swimming pool. Good enough food in the buffet for dinner

The parking lot is large, spacious, it is easy to move around even for a woman driving :) The staff at the reception is very polite, promptly responds to guests' requests. Very clean, everything is new

We've been at the hotel for several hours now. The hotel is well located, convenient access, signposted

Balconies are too close to neighbours, not enough privacy. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy my stay but from my opinion the hotel just has everything that every brand new hotel should have

In general, our stay was enjoyable; however, our expectations were dampened by the wellness facilities. Positive aspects included free parking, child-friendly zones, a gym, bars, and a good breakfast

On the downside, the sauna area had restrictions for children (I understand it should be quiet place but it's up to parents and the guard there to keep them calm or leave the area)

Many individuals wore swimsuits, even in the Finnish sauna, contributing to the lack of information about healthy sauning. Furthermore, the slippery floor was a safety concern

Additionally, the excessive lighting drew attention to the saunas, and loud conversations disrupted any chance of a relaxing atmosphere

The Bio sauna was out of order, and both steam saunas were not functioning properly, with no showers available

The kids' zone in the wellness area was particularly impressive

The new rooms were really pretty - it's worth the upgrade. Dinner were ok but sometimes not really our taste. But you could see that there was reconstruction few years back

Very nice hotel with tasty food and friendly stuff. Sometime we struggled with polish signs and meals names but otherwise very nice place with sauna and salt cave :)

Some things were still old - the billiard, pink ponk table. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for the price

WiFi doesn't reach our room unfortunately, and the food selection isn't the best at breakfast, but overall this is a good hotel to stay at :)

The room was amazing, not much, we came spontaneously with a partner in a wheelchair, we called 30 hotels, rooms for rent, apartments - password wheelchair - no ROOMS, PLACES, ETC, here we found our place on earth, the owner was helpful, nice, she welcomed us like no other person The room is tiny, but something beautiful for us even in a wheelchair

The facility is new, everything at the highest level, both in terms of equipment and keeping it perfectly clean. Very cozy rooms, equipped with everything necessary for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday. I RECOMMEND 100%.

Great place, clean and nice rooms with balconies and a bathroom. Nice owner and service. Close to the center and away from the street and noise. A kettle and fridge are provided and a set of dishes. 100% recommend

The kitchenette is fully equipped, you do not need to take anything with you. Parking spaces on the property. Beautiful garden with gazebos where you can relax. Everything illuminated at night

A few minutes walk to the center. Very nice and friendly owner, Mrs. Everything cleaned up in a flash. Great, large comfortable room with a balcony and a view of Czantoria, large bathroom

Very pretty hotel with great customer service. The spa facilities were exceptional especially the jacuzzi with the amazing views and the pink salt sauna. We had breakfast and a dinner at the hotel

I will give 5*, but the hotel staff have some room to improve about English knowledge. Besides that, it was a really good experience. We spent 5nights with a very reasonable price

The hotel is just beautiful, it's amazingly designed. I felt well looked after. Everything was great from the room, restaurant, garden, beautiful surroundings and staff. Also SPA was awesome.

Breakfast was very good, but maybe next time I would skip the half board, the reason is only that the menu has enough variety to choose and it would not limit us between 16-19

Friendly staff, great pools (indoor and outdoor). Visited at the end of the summer season. Would come again both in summer and winter. Great chef, really accommodating and proud of what he does

Maybe it was because we were there after Christmas only with few guests. The swimming pool is big and with beautiful view. We're happy to experience our stay there

During our 3-night stay Polish guest greeted us seldomly, let their kids to damage snowmen as well as two dolls and other equipment in children corner, spilled some liquid on billiard table and unique hotel carpet, left used napkins everywhere, took food outside restaurant and behave ruthlessly during breakfasts and dinners

The greatest in this hotel is food and The Cook with kitchen staff. They accept nutrition challenges and prepare the food so everyone is satisfied.

The hotel is otherwise perfect in every sense

The Location is perfect with great views from the balcony. There is also a star watching at night which is a great touch. Not to far from the center. The staff were great. Also it was dog friendly. 100% coming again!

Rooms are very tidy and beautiful, there is a lot of space. Food was great, drinks are also available during dinner. We took our dog with us with no problem. Good location to start a trip to the mountains

Room clean and comfortable, equipped with a small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. There is even a tablet at my disposal, which surprised me positively

Everything you need for a relaxing stay in the midst of nature. At check out they let us have the apartment 3 hours longer so we could shower after our Sunday bike ride. Can highly recommend the place and the people

This resort is even nicer than I expected. It’s about a 4-min drive from the Nowa Osada slope, which is a big plus in winter. The breakfast is probably the best I’ve ever had in a hotel

Swimming pool is a joke for such large resort :( All in all , we had super pleasant stay. But due to the drawbacks , i dont know if we will be back

Many amenities for people who like to spend time actively. Well-equipped gym, ping-pong table, table football, sports equipment forge with a ski dryer and access to a washing machine

A sensational hotel, if there was an elevator, the quality deserves 4 stars, not 3. Everything is at a high level, accommodation conditions, great breakfasts and 3-course dinners

More advanced MTB bikes can take advantage of the route that runs next to the hotel. If someone needs daily exercise, they can use the gym located on the premises of the hotel

From the hotel terrace there is a beautiful view of the mountains and in the evening you can admire the sunset from it

The swimming pool is from the smaller ones, but you can swim in it, and the jacuzzi is warm and with lots of bombs :) We were 3 with a six-month-old child and I'm glad we chose this hotel :) for guests there is also a pool table and a bar

Great place just behind Nova Osada ski lift. New furniture, decent pool, good breakfast with regional food, dinner option available. Receptionists speak English.

The hotel has a good quality spa with amazing massages, jacuzzi and sauna which You can get for individual using. The town center is very close, only 800m maybe. I can truly recommend this place!

I am not sure what kind of business is being made in this peaceful hotel in Wisla but I can defiantely guarantee it is a place to have a great SPA treatment and to relax

If you like to stay active you can go for a hike in the mountains. It is also only a short walk from the centre of Wisla. Green Hill offers great value for the price

I can recommend aperol at the bar as it was one of the most tasteful I ever had! :) Ms Monika at the resection desk was super friendly and helpful

A very enjoyable weekend, a small hotel off the beaten track, so peace and quiet, delicious meals, service at the highest level, especially Oliwia mega nice and helpful, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi plus massage (a masseuse commuting but there was no problem with ordering the service), large terrace with deckchairs, a perfect place for a reset from everyday life

Because that's the purpose of a vacation ☺️ peace and quiet! Good breakfasts, including really delicious scrambled eggs and soft rolls! Large and cozy rooms, very comfortable beds! Very nice bathrooms! There is a shared terrace, but it didn't stop anything, I just met new cool people :) a really nice hotel, lovely staff and a wonderful owner, it's a pity that people give low reviews because their heads...

It's sad they're only five starts to give. Right on for the ones who live a bit of space for themselves. We love it and will visit again. Thanks you all the stuff for your hard work for the benefit of us guests

I would recommend a very pleasant stay to everyone. Particularly noteworthy is the staff who do everything to make the most demanding guest happy. Throughout my stay, I never heard the phrase "impossible"
