I booked this hotel on points as I frequently stay in Marriott properties for my work.
I realized when we were traveling to Poland from Scotland that I had inadvertently double booked our nights in two cities. When I realized this it was only 24 hours from our stay. I tried to get in touch with hotel management but had wifi issues and was unable to. But I thought we could deal with it when we got to the hotel.
I explained the situation to the front desk when we got there and she said unfortunately I would be charged for the full night I did not stay and also for the breakfast we paid for but didn't eat. I sent a note into Marriott reservations and got a reply back that they could not do anything and I would be charged 100% for the night.
I understand this was totally my fault, but since the hotel was almost empty, and I have been such a long time loyal Marriott customer, that at the very least they could give us a discount on the second night, or some kind of reprieve. Not possible, they said, but they could upgrade us from a standard room for free next time we stayed there. That is something I already get with my Marriott Gold status so not really helpful.
We also had no linens for the pull out couch which we needed as there were 4 of us in one room with a king size bed. We were able to get those from the night manager who actually also offered us breakfast the next morning for the inconvenience. When I explained we'd been charged in full for the night we didn't stay she also offered us a pool pass for the following day- so she was very nice and accommodating. Reservations seems to be a different arm and it's a shame because Marriott corporate policy seems wonky here.

Outstanding experience at the AC Wroclaw. Staff is excellent and top notch. Enjoyed the large room and balcony overlooking the area. Easy access to walk into old town. Local grocery down the street. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this hotel. The location is on point, couple of minutes to the center and far enough to have a peaceful and quiet night. Restaurant is 10/10, great dishies and very friendly staff. Fitness and SPA area got everything you need. For sure I’ll be back :)

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Unfortunately breakfast is terrible. There's always something missing. The staff does not check whether the dishes, plates or glasses are finished. They approach some tables to ask if anyone wants something from the a la carte menu, others don't. You don't know if someone will approach you, roulette is like in a casino.

It was one of the best trips in Wroclaw specially coming in this hotel. Excellent service specially from Dominika and Alicja in reception, they were so helpful and full of information, they managed to solve my problems with the reservation. Really nice to see people like them and specially been working also in Marriott it's glad seeing this kind of people and taking care of everyone. The room sparkling clean,nice view and all amenities involved. Really nice bar and lobby, place for using your laptop and work, there also some computer to use. Good connection from the hotel and easy walk around 8-10 to the city center Rynek. I really recommend to everyone to come and enjoy.

The AC Hotels in Wroclaw stands out as one of my favorite hotels in Poland for several reasons:
- The staff, especially towards regular visitors and Marriott Bonvoy members, made my stay memorable with a nice gift of desserts and a room upgrade.
- All rooms I've stayed in were well-maintained and fresh, without any noticeable issues.
- The inviting spa zone with two saunas adds to the overall positive experience.
- The staff's excellent hospitality is evident in their readiness to address any requests.
- The hotel's perfect location, just 3 minutes from the city center (Rynek), enhances its appeal.
Suggestion for improvement about the restaurant: While I appreciate the delightful dishes, it would be more convenient for guests if Marriott Points could be earned regardless of the billing method, not only when the bill assigned to a rented room, allowing for flexibility when visiting with friends.

My second time at this hotel. Restaurant had very good food especially for people who love seafood and vegetables. Good location and very reasonable rates. My go to hotel when I visit this area

Rooms were great, and unlike many places in Europe had great personalized climate control. Sleek, modern, comfortable with great beds.
Location also great but what makes this hotel was the staff. Reception was welcoming, and the staff at Fuego restaurant were amazing. Always ready to give me a carafe of water to bring back to my room after going running - saved having to find bottled water at shops.
Also stop by the bar for a wine - staff is very knowledgeable and the argon dispensers are nature the wine by the glass is always fresh.

I hardly ever write a terrible review but do have to share my experience. I cancelled my reservation 2 days prior to my arrival due to serious injury, and hotel charged me a No Show for entire week. They offered me voucher which is absolutely not acceptable. I would completely understand if I canceled my reservation on the day of arrival and they charged me a night or two. That would be completely acceptable but entire week is not.

Rooms are decent, the mattress isn't the best. Showers are great. Breakfast is nice but way over priced for what it is.
The one thing I wish they would fix is the stairs to the lobby. If you're having stairs you really need to have a bell man and they don't have that. Asking the young people at the lobby to help you with luggage in a busy lobby doesn't feel right.
Having said all of that, I'm a repeat customer and I probably will come back again. It's a clean and well run property.
