We spent our Christmas Eve there and the experience was amazing. The room was spotless, new bedding, extra clean with fantastic view. The dinner was spectacular, the food was delicious and the service world class. One could tell that the team managing the hotel is top notch. Highly recommended.

Large hotel just a little north of old town near the islands. Easy to walk into old town or mid-way between tram stops to take you to railway station. Rooms were a good size and clean. Plenty of storage space, safe and easy to use shower. We had breakfast there and choice was really good. The hotel decor is OK - could do with a revamp but it's perfectly okay. Staff were helpful.

In many ways (cleanliness, location, room, fridge and kettle) the hotel is just perfect for your ***. What are the small semi-disadvantages: -breakfast is not included (this is a disadvantage for business travelers, but it can be an advantage for those who live on their own); - the windows overlook the tram tracks - in the morning you can't sleep very well.

hotel in a quiet location a short distance from shopping centres and the city centre. Perfect restaurant with tasty and rich breakfast and delicious food to order for dinner. Large outdoor car park included in the price of the hotel. Clean and cosy rooms.

The room was spacious and the proximity to the square excellent. The breakfast was above slightly average. On the down side, the furnishings were subpar. Cheap plastic chairs and a dirty sofa that had lost all of its cushioning. The staff were typical to this part of the world, not rude but not particularly friendly. The price and the location make it a good value.

The location is perfect to enjoy the central area & the old town. Like the other Mercure hotels, this one is well prepared; more precisely, the spacious, clean rooms, and also the linen, towels..bathrooms. The hotel overall is very nice, in a good location. What sets the hotel apart is their brilliant staff. Every staff member I met went above and beyond to help me. Due to my bad back I had to be in a wheelchair during the entirety of my stay - nothing was too much trouble for the kind staff and I will remember their kindness forever. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Glad to return to this hotel, mainly due to its perfect location. The room was great, clean, comfortable and there was enough space for 2 ppl. The bed was amazing and I slept like a log! Had a great stay while we were there, rooms were comfortable and clean The only reason the room didn't get a 10 was the price changed from the original price given when we reserved, we selected the 'pay when you arrive' but hadn't realised the price could rise over that time. It wasn't a lot but not what we expected.

Stayed in room 212. Reception staff is helpful, so no problems here. On departure date housekeeping went in twice without warning/ knocking on the door, which is very odd and strange, hence a star off from the review. Breakfast is good enough. If you need a room, where you can open the window, then you have to avoid this hotel, because road noise is excessive.

Nice hotel, I've been there a few times (business), nice rooms, good breakfast, beer at the bar is little more expensive then I'd expect from a hotel in this location - this is only downside, hotel is far from downtown, fortunately Uber is quite cheap in Wroclaw, so you can get anywhere pretty fast and easy.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location it's ok if you don't want to be at the center of the city. The staff was kind. The breakfast was poor and they did not renew it. Wi-Fi nonexistent.

The hotel lobby itself is beautiful but the rooms are very dated. The atmosphere in the hotel was a bit stiff with absolutely no one there- it felt abandoned and in turn felt a bit overpriced. The man at reception was so so lovely and really helpful. Location wise it’s great- short walk to the old town and in the middle of a great area of Wrocław.

The hotel has sensors on their interior lights, they're not particularly sensitive and usually remain off. It's borderline dangerous to walk the stairwells at night.

The rooms are a bit old-fashioned. Bathrooms as well... I am glad we did not spend a lot of time there. The hotel is at the old town so we were out most of the time. The breakfast is very good a lot of choices like fresh juoce, waffles, very plenty of choices.

Very nice hotel in a great location, just in the city center. There is a possibility to park the car in the near garage for a reduced price if you are a guest. The breakfast was also very tasty, with many options. One small minus for a bed, which was a bit too narrow/small for a regular adult person.

Great part of town! Little pubs and shops everywhere and quaint, vintage style stone walkways and buildings make it even more beautiful. Room is a little dingy, could easily use an update and the tub might fit half of a normal sized person. Not sure what design was in mind when they contracted this tub. Maybe to wash infants? Hotel is in a nice convenient center location. Star rating wise, this should not be four star hotel, rather an average three star one. Rooms are small but generally clean.

Well it's definitely not 4 stars, more like average 3 stars. In summer ask for room with opening windows, as this in not the case in all rooms. Breakfast is ok, but for 60 zloty they charge you can get better elsewhere (if you have time). Staff is usually helpful.

Enjoyed our stay in the Penthouse. Three double beds. 2 bath. Let two floors. Each of the room in the suite uniquely furnished. Service was nice. Clean place. We liked the central location near the city hall. When arriving by car: Limited number of parking available - I do recommend to reserve with the reception prior arrival. Worst case there are two parking garages near by available.

Very close to the city Center and charming little street. The rooms was a bit old / rusty and needed some refreshing. The breakfast was nice but basic. Whilst the staff will address any question, they do not come about as being the most friendly.

Beautiful old style hotel. Very clean rooms and courteous staff. Unfortunately it is very noisy around the hotel. On the Gas in front of the hotel, the guests party until 6 a.m. every day and the PS cars with their tuned exhaust systems all night long. You could only sleep with the windows closed, it's not very nice there.
