Wonderful time, food was great and yhe people where better.

We spent our Christmas Eve there and the experience was amazing. The room was spotless, new bedding, extra clean with fantastic view. The dinner was spectacular, the food was delicious and the service world class. One could tell that the team managing the hotel is top notch. Highly recommended.

Rooms are a bit dated and yellow I gave a 4 because of the view. If you stay on the city side I would give it a 3. Staff are friendly and attentive. Beautiful Park nearby!

Stayed in room 212. Reception staff is helpful, so no problems here. On departure date housekeeping went in twice without warning/ knocking on the door, which is very odd and strange, hence a star off from the review. Breakfast is good enough. If you need a room, where you can open the window, then you have to avoid this hotel, because road noise is excessive.

I stayed at Novotel Wroclaw Centrum for a weekend on a last-minute booking, and I must say the room offered great value for money. simply perfect. We love this place and that is why for several years Novotel Wroclaw has become our place of rest for a few nights and days a year. Hygiene is very important to us, so we appreciate the cleanliness and neatness of the rooms. Delicious and very rich breakfast options become the icing on the cake. In many ways (cleanliness, location, room, fridge and kettle) the hotel is just perfect for your ***. What are the small semi-disadvantages: -breakfast is not included (this is a disadvantage for business travelers, but it can be an advantage for those who live on their own); - the windows overlook the tram tracks - in the morning you can't sleep very well.

The room was spacious and the proximity to the square excellent. The breakfast was above slightly average. On the down side, the furnishings were subpar. Cheap plastic chairs and a dirty sofa that had lost all of its cushioning. The staff were typical to this part of the world, not rude but not particularly friendly. The price and the location make it a good value.

Like the other Mercure hotels, this one is well prepared; more precisely, the spacious, clean rooms, and also the linen, towels..bathrooms. The hotel overall is very nice, in a good location. What sets the hotel apart is their brilliant staff. Every staff member I met went above and beyond to help me. Due to my bad back I had to be in a wheelchair during the entirety of my stay - nothing was too much trouble for the kind staff and I will remember their kindness forever. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Glad to return to this hotel, mainly due to its perfect location. The room was great, clean, comfortable and there was enough space for 2 ppl. The bed was amazing and I slept like a log! The reception staff was very attentive and there was nothing too much to ask. Special big thanks to the lady with pink hair for looking after us!

Staying here was perfect. I had very late check in, and did not have reservation, despite of that the girl on reception was very nice and provided a great room. The room was tidy and nice. The location is good. Breakfast was also good, a big choice of meals. Recommend this place.

Nice hotel, I've been there a few times (business), nice rooms, good breakfast, beer at the bar is little more expensive then I'd expect from a hotel in this location - this is only downside, hotel is far from downtown, fortunately Uber is quite cheap in Wroclaw, so you can get anywhere pretty fast and easy.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location it's ok if you don't want to be at the center of the city. The staff was kind. The breakfast was poor and they did not renew it. Wi-Fi nonexistent.

The location for meeting, congress is very good. The fitness, welness posibbilities are missing. The breakfast is fantastic. In the room you will have everything what us needed, but the bed is too soft and uncomfortable in my opinion.

PURO hotels are all very elegant, and this one is no exception. A superb room and bedding. A friendly and professional welcome, and an original and delicious breakfast. This modern hotel is a must. Perfectly integrated into its back garden, it's connected to the river for a few morning strolls.

Cold room and bathroom after check-in. The taps were set to the lowest possible setting. The bathroom stank of sewage. Breakfasts were very tasty, service was nice. The first elevator was out of order, the second elevator had a broken display and it was impossible to read which floor you were already on. I probably won't be back.

The room has a very large bathroom, a small bed, and a convenient location. The parking fee is very expensive, 105 zlotys a day. The breakfast is average, the surrounding streets are beautiful, suitable for travel and leisure, and there is no subway nearby.

Great part of town! Little pubs and shops everywhere and quaint, vintage style stone walkways and buildings make it even more beautiful. Room is a little dingy, could easily use an update and the tub might fit half of a normal sized person. Not sure what design was in mind when they contracted this tub. Maybe to wash infants? To give you an idea, I'm a female, height is 5'4" and I prob couldn't fit...

Hotel is in a nice convenient center location. Star rating wise, this should not be four star hotel, rather an average three star one. Rooms are small but generally clean.

Well it's definitely not 4 stars, more like average 3 stars. In summer ask for room with opening windows, as this in not the case in all rooms. Breakfast is ok, but for 60 zloty they charge you can get better elsewhere (if you have time). Staff is usually helpful.

The location is great. But I can't say it is a 4 star hotel. It didn't look like one. It also smelled smoke in some corridors. The furniture was old. But quite clean hotel. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good enough. As was the service.

Overall a very nice stay. Stuff was super friendly. Room was spacious and clean. What I liked a lot was that a room had a coffee machine. That’s maybe only me but I already makes my stay nicer :) Location is perfect, right in the center.

I got a room in old part of hotel, 127 - strange corner room, dark, small and not very friendly - but very clean and nice bed. The location by the Market Square is ideal for tourism. The disadvantage is a very tight garage. The staff was going out of their ways to be of assistance and responded immediately to our requests. Very pleasant stay.

Very close to the city Center and charming little street. The rooms was a bit old / rusty and needed some refreshing. The breakfast was nice but basic. Whilst the staff will address any question, they do not come about as being the most friendly.

Beautiful old style hotel. Very clean rooms and courteous staff. Unfortunately it is very noisy around the hotel. On the Gas in front of the hotel, the guests party until 6 a.m. every day and the PS cars with their tuned exhaust systems all night long. You could only sleep with the windows closed, it's not very nice there.

Quality hotel situated perfectly between the centre and the train station. The downstairs room was huge, well kept and warm with a big wardrobe also. The room was a good size but due to ongoing renovations they had taken some of the seats out of the room and stored another king size bed in the room so we had 2 king-size beds which was strange. Enjoyed our stay in the Penthouse. Three double beds. 2 bath. Let two floors. Each of the room in the suite uniquely furnished. Service was nice. Clean place. We liked the central location near the city hall. When arriving by car: Limited number of parking available - I do recommend to reserve with the reception prior arrival. Worst case there are two parking garages near by available.
