Clean and tidy budget hotel. Well situated next to a shopping centre and around 25 minutes to town centre. We stayed there to visit Christmas market and was an ideal base. Restaurant and bar service was good and reasonably priced.

Disappointed after staying here for one night. Twin room is a room with two separate beds that has been put together. Smell of old dirty carpet is something that stays in your nose for the next few days. It’s really middle range hotel. Reception is nice and breakfast was pretty good.

We recently book a couple of rooms here for a big event in town (ultrace). When we arrived we weren’t able to park our cars at the hotel as there was a lot of people. After talking to the staff the let us double park so that our cars where safe and let us park for free.
Later on the ac broke in the whole hotel but gave us free fans while they where fixen the ac.
Rooms are of good quality and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Overall frendly an helpfull staff

PROS:
Location: Walking distance from Wrocławia mall and railway station, though the hotel is a bit secluded but many good eating joints 500m away, also has aquapark nearby, close to office area
Staff: mostly friendly and cooperative
Cons:
Cleanliness is poor as one of the towels we got was dirty;
condition of the room and equipments is worst, broken door knobs and shower head;
AC was not working in the room, but thankfully the staff on the reception was good so she quickly changed our room;
Also not suitable if travelling babies as the don’t have baby cots; also they played sirens/fire alarms randomly during the day without notice for ‘Test’ purposes which made it difficult for babies to fall asleep
Overall it was a poor experience but thanks to location and proximity to office and malls that made the stay bearable; there are other options available in similar price range so would suggest to check those first.

Clean rooms and spaces, very kind and available staff, located in peaceful clean area of the city, big mall with everything you need is a 3 minute walk, train and bus station is also very close and so are the stops for public transport, the restaurant is clean, the food is good and the price is honest,also the hotel has an ATM machine that can be useful. Only negative thing I'd say is the air conditioning that is not very powerful, other than that was great.

We enjoyed our stay! Location (obviously) is a bit outside of town but near transport links! The room was standard, quiet, but it was super warm and we never managed to cool it down well enough without the window open which made it too cold and noisy. Overall, we'd stay again.

I have been to this hotel because of my arrival in Wroclaw for the competition. Rooms are comfortable, clean and relatively small in size. Good breakfast buffet. As for me, an average three-star hotel in the city center)

I recently stayed here, the hotel is very clean , the staff were helpful and the location was excellent!!! I would recomend the breakfast which we cost you about 30 zotly.

We have visited this hotel with the group of sportsmen during weekends on 10 Dec till 13 Dec. Our organizer who booked it for us before ,told us that the price mentioned in booking is not 50 Euros,but it's much higher , it's120 Euros per one room,because of holidays in Wroclaw. We clearly understand that the situation is quite tricky ,BUT why the reception confirmed on the 10 of Dec to one of the member of our group that the price for the room per one night was 120Euros,but not 50Euros as it was stated in Booking.com? Whom to believe? Booking .com or organizer from Lviv and receptionist?
