Herbal Hotel Wroclaw

This was unfortunately not nice experience corresponding to a 4 star hotel quality. I stayed at the hotel 29.-31.3. 2023. My 1st day I had an issue with the glass shower doors in my bathroom. I called the reception that it’s impossible to open them. They sent technical worker and his only advice was to push the doors really heavily up before opening. It already felt strange to me like a solution. Suprisingly same issue appeared my 2nd day but I was inside the shower all wet. So I followed the advice to hardly push the doors up and of course they flew off the hinges and I was balancing all wet with heavy glass doors in my hands - it was quite dangerous I have to say as I could easily slip to the ground with the doors. I only hurt my leg. I called the reception and described my horrible experience and the lady said that someone will come. No one came after 40 min so I called again and the lady said that I didn’t understood properly that someone will come but the next day in the morning (when is my check-out). No feelings, no understandning of how dangerous the situation was by the fail from the hotel side (especially after I pointed this problem out my 1st day), zero responsibility taken just a dry apology via phone. So I’m going to sleep with heavy glass doors out the shower which can slip to the ground during the night and break. Definitely inappropriate reaction worthy a 4-star hotel.
