My favorite hotel by far. We come here every year, the service is good, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is great, the view is nice, the location makes it possible to reach most of the important places in minutes and this year because we brought our dog they even prepared a dog bed and a bowl so she can have water. It's just always a great stay and a very good price for what you get. The bar we only tried once and it was very good food altho we ordered kinda late and a banger self made lemonade. Again staff also very forthcoming and friendly

I like the Christmas decoration at the reception area. Room was clean. Breakfast excellent. We also appreciate lobby bar service.

Have been here for 1 month, mid-range hotel, good position, everything seems okay.
"not so good" Room Service, most of the time you have to wait more than 1 hour (if they don't forget about your order, otherwise you will have to wait atleast 2 hours).

Excellent location. Walkable to Old Town Square. Nearby supermarket market. Nearby garment market
Rooms are super big. Excellent washroom. Super fast check in, check out. Hassle free stay.
Flip side. Restaurant with very limited option. Preferable to have food outside. Old town square restaurants are to die for. Have your food there and taxi back in a bolt taxi for 15-20 zloty. All in all a must stay hotel

Hotel looks fantastic, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was good size and clean. Bottles for water in the room which if you want you can purchase;) Breakfast was absolutely fantastic 😊

Disappointed. Previously had an excellent stay here. Room had a weird smell. My partner who is not usually bothered about such things was not happy either. Took ages for anyone to come and check out the problem. TV didn't work well and air con stopped working which is the main reason we booked a hotel rather than an air bnb. Had personalised service before, mega friendly, beautifully decorated, personal message as an Accor member and a free cocktail. Am hoping someone will come and resolve our issues because help hasn't come quickly. Oh and telephone filthy.
Update - have moved rooms without issue but the whole third floor smells. Also doors don't really fit the frames, there is a gap no no real privacy in the toilet. If you can open windows should be an extractor fan.

I loved my stay here. Stayed for two nights on a business trip and not only was it a great location, but the state of the property was fantastic.
Food was good and while not in the downtown area, it is an easy walking distance.

The hotel is clean, pleasant. The bar could be open longer.
In addition, water flows in the room as if they don't even want to let it go. The pressure is very weak. Yes, because of the planet... Blah blah blah. But that's why you can't talk about comfort when showering. I don't know about other places, but room 219 had a rather strong smell coming from the sink.

Very good hotel. I stayed in ibis . The staff is super nice. Very good service. The rooms are super clean and good. Just 1 km from the city center. Surrounded by so many shops and restaurants. The staff speaks English well.

Nice hotel. A bit distant from the old town. However there's a tram stop right outside. 12 minute's to the old town. 32 zloty for a 72 hour tram and bus pass.
