Novotel Wroclaw City

The hotel is very old and not well maintained. The bathroom doors are very old, the walls are dirty and there is a serios problem with the calcar in the bathroom.
The water at the shower has no pressure and sometimes is cold, sometimes hot.

There is no soundproof, you can hear everything from the other rooms and from the lobby. During one night you could hear people yelling from the lobby.

The housekeeping it doesn’t exist. From the very beginning we found a lot of blonde hair on the floor of the room.
After our first day, the floor was not vacuumed, only the towels changed. We left the door sign with the cleaning needed, but in the second day as well, no floor vacuumed and not even the towels changed. But, apparently in other rooms, the housekeeping cleaned the floors as I saw, but for us was not the case.
The bed were not done properly at all, with the sheets outside the mattress.

We stayed in a lot of Accor hotels, but this was the worst we’ve stayed in.
I don’t know why it has so good reviews, but this hotel can be an option only if you don’t have any other option. Very high price for what it offers.

23 degrees in the room and not possible to change even upon request, if you like sleeping in a Sauna great. I don’t, receptionist promised to fixed it but didn’t do anything, Telefon was also broken so I had to walk from twice from the far end of the hotel to ask him to fix it without result. Never staying there again. Also no upgrade although being Platinum status.
