Disappointing First and Last Stay**

My recent stay at this hotel left me thoroughly unimpressed, and I won’t be returning. While I understand the need to protect furnishings, the execution here prioritized practicality over guest comfort in a way that felt outright inconsiderate.

The most jarring issue was the **bed**. Instead of a standard mattress protector or fitted sheet, the mattress was fully encased in a **thick plastic bag**. Every slight movement produced an obnoxious crinkling noise, reminiscent of bed-wetting protection used for young children. It made for a restless, absurdly uncomfortable night—like sleeping on a giant potato chip bag. For a paying guest, this lack of basic comfort is inexcusable.

The **lobby** was another letdown. Advertised as a communal workspace, it was anything but peaceful. Noise levels remained high throughout the day, with constant chatter, clattering dishes, and loud foot traffic. Attempting to work remotely was futile—this space is better suited for socializing than productivity.

**Pros?** None stood out enough to offset these flaws.

**Final thoughts:** If you value sleep quality or need a quiet environment to work, **avoid this hotel**. The plastic-covered beds and chaotic lobby suggest a lack of attention to guest needs. There are far better options in the area for the same price—or less.

I was woken up at 8 a.m. by a building crew demolishing a bathroom right above my room. 2 calls to reception didn't change anything. It seems it's a standard way of waking guests here. Get ready to live on a live construction site.

The hotel is very old and not well maintained. The bathroom doors are very old, the walls are dirty and there is a serios problem with the calcar in the bathroom.
The water at the shower has no pressure and sometimes is cold, sometimes hot.

There is no soundproof, you can hear everything from the other rooms and from the lobby. During one night you could hear people yelling from the lobby.

The housekeeping it doesn’t exist. From the very beginning we found a lot of blonde hair on the floor of the room.
After our first day, the floor was not vacuumed, only the towels changed. We left the door sign with the cleaning needed, but in the second day as well, no floor vacuumed and not even the towels changed. But, apparently in other rooms, the housekeeping cleaned the floors as I saw, but for us was not the case.
The bed were not done properly at all, with the sheets outside the mattress.

We stayed in a lot of Accor hotels, but this was the worst we’ve stayed in.
I don’t know why it has so good reviews, but this hotel can be an option only if you don’t have any other option. Very high price for what it offers.
