Breakfast is amazing ! Staff is super nice, and really Profesional! Location little far from the city center, but close to the airport. Room clean, and amenity kits from rituals so double plus :)

In general hotel stay was good. My only concern was noise coming through vents from room from floor beneath, they had a party at night and in addition we were told off by security to keep the noise down. We explained we were just talking and the noise of from downstairs but security was adamant that it was noise from our talking. Quite frustrating. After 45min finally the noise stopped. Assuming security finally realised it wasn’t us.

Very good hotel. Clean and cozy.
The breakfast choice is outstanding.
The staff is very friendly and keen on helping you with any questions you've got - especially mr. Łukasz and Patryk.
I go here several times per month and I can only recommend this place.

23 degrees in the room and not possible to change even upon request, if you like sleeping in a Sauna great. I don’t, receptionist promised to fixed it but didn’t do anything, Telefon was also broken so I had to walk from twice from the far end of the hotel to ask him to fix it without result. Never staying there again. Also no upgrade although being Platinum status.

Enjoyed every moment in the hotel. Excellent breakfast plenty of dishes to choose from. I have to compliment Mr Łukasz as well. Very good customer service.

Fantastic hotel! The room had a very nice look and was recently renovated. Great food and sweet staff at the bar. Also great service while checking in and out. I strongly recommend this place!

Loved the check in at this hotel, the reception staff were
just absolutely brilliant, the restaurant not as much, seemed as if they had a party on the way, my engineer had his starter and main course served at the same time... Change the restaurant staff and would happily recommend.

Standard mid range Novotel geared towards road travellers (near to the A4 motorway junction). Basic but clean. Nice breakfast.

Hotel is family and pet friendly - not the reason I choose it. I stayed in the executive room. Room was ok, but small maybe. Separate bathroom and toilet.
The aircon made some noise, but otherwise worked fine. It was weird that the fridge was locked - wanted to put some drinks in but not possible.
The beds were fine except for the weird plastic coated sheets. Woke up with sheets wet from sweat - as of course the sheets could not “breathe”.
Entry and exit from parking was sometimes a bit of a hassle. Card reader is not very trustworthy. Noticed many cars struggled with this.
Breakfast has a wide choice and was good. Liked the coffee.
All in all a decent hotel and good price/quality.
