The hotel is very well located and the service is nice. Unfortunately, these are all of its pros. On the other hand the rooms are dirty and you might expect bedbugs. If possible, it is better to look for other places to stay, since the price is also inadequate to the quality.

We arrive today but check out as it didn't feel right, its like the hotel is half done to a standard I definitely wouldn't be back we paid for 4 nights disappointing isn't really going to cover it we were only there for a couple of hours.

Great location, 8 minutes to the train station and 16 minutes to the rynek, just perfect. Rooms are good, lack of air conditioning would be problematic.

This is the worst place to stay in your vacation. Hotel smells like a dirty WC. In the bathroom water got stuck while getting shower. You can't get wifi. Photos have nothing to do with the reality.

This was an average hotel. The breakfast was not that good and there isn’t much of a variety. When you ask the reception to clean your room they don’t make the bed. The sheets did not cover the whole bed and the sheets were stained and thorn. The bathroom door did not close. The only star goes to the reception that helped us the best they can. I don’t think that I would ever go to this hotel again.

Decent and clean place to stay in Wroclaw. Hotel is near rail station and the the railway arches there great pubs and restaurants are situated. Superb breakfast!

The most awful hotel experience of my life. The first room was disgusting, the carpet had huge stains on it and the doors too. The lights didn't work and the sheets didn't even cover the bed. Also there were no electrical outlets near the bed and there weren't any towels in the room so we had to ask for them. You could hear everyone in the hotel.
Then we asked for a new room, it was nicer but we had barely used the toilet before it started overflowing. They had to turn the water off so we got a third room to wash up. There the toilet door didn't even close but hey, at least it had all the towels that is custom in a room.
This has been a horrific three days.
The only star goes to the staff in the reception who handled it the best they could and tried to help us.

Stayed for a long weekend in January 2023. We wasn't told about all the construction work going on... rooms were alright. Hot water took a good 15 minutes to come through, and who in there right mind puts the plug sockets and light switches directly behind the pillows!?!?!
Breakfast was adequate. Had sausages, scrambled eggs, pastries, hams, cheeses and pancakes. Cold drinks and coffee too.
The lift took me by surprise 😅 didn't have a door on it. Staff were friendly and spoke enough English.

Rather weak three stars. Rooms are old fashioned, they need the renovation desperately. Wifi was not working fr unknown reason (we did complain at the desk, they knew it is not working, no solution was found for two days) Walls are thin and one can hear everthing in the next room. Rooms oriented to the Piłsudskiego street get also noise from trams and trains. Beds are comfortable and clean. Breakfast offer is rich and good quality. Staff is friendly and helpful. But still I would not call it best value for money deal.
